This store is the WORST grooming location for a cat! The corporate trainer, Drianna, was not only aggressive and what I feel abusive to my cat, she also did a poor job and stated in "her professional opinion he should be done at Lake Underhill Veterinary so he could be sedated". Not sure why she did not like our use of Banfield Veterinary inside of PetSmart where we take all 6 of our rescue cats. My 3 year old Flame Point Siamese, Marshmallow has been groomed every 2 to 3 months sine he was 6 months old with NO problems from anyone except the 2 times he was done at PetSmart in 2 locations. Drianna trained the other groomer at the other location. I feel this explains the problem. If you love you pets like I do, STAY AWAY from PetSmart. I may have to start shopping at Petco.

In a shopping strip plaza with several other stores, so there is plenty of parking, but the lot is busy, so you may not get too close a spot. They have the normal items and the standard sales on various things through the store. A good deal can usually be found after holidays or at season changes. They do the pet adoptions on the weekend, the cats were adorable and I took some pics of their cuteness. I love that they allow local adoption agencies space for showcasing. Tons of great animals need a loving home, so go visit! Most of the time staff is at the front on the register, but you can occasionally find someone walking around if you look for them. Overall: B Local adoptions on weekends, give them a visit! What you'd expect for products and offerings otherwise!

This place is disgusting. Not one experience has ever been good here. From the dead fish. To the soulless managers and workers. Besides an instance where Google maps says they open at 7am. It's the only petsmart on Google maps that says 7am. And for this ****er to sit on the phone and argue with me and say "no it doesnt" is utterly appalling. I would never recommend this store ever. I've lived right in the area and I'd rather drive twenty minutes to the next PETCO than drive ten to a hole like this.

Just completed 6 week puppy training in the Leesburg store. Alyssa is AMAZING! Patient and loving to all the dogs. Our puppy, Nico, is 5 months old. Like all puppies he was all over. the place. Alyssa was patient with him and we can see a huge difference in his behavior and his awareness. when we started we didn't expect much. Very thankful we registered. Alyssa is a SUPERSTAR!

    Great haircut for the pup!!

This is a great PetSmart!! The groomers here do a great job & my parents dog, Addy always looks so cute after her cut, nail grinding & teeth brushing. The groomers always give her an A+++ because she is such a good girl for them!! I would highly recommend the groomers at this location to anyone & everyone!! Besides having excellent groomers, the store itself is a gigantic facility with an incredibly friendly staff. Great store & great service = happy pet owners & pets :)

I just recently started taking puppy training classes with my 5 month old Jack Russell at this location. The classes meet once a week and are very informative. Our instructor takes the time to work with us one on one and its as much of a learning curve for the owners as it is for a puppy. I believe I paid just over $100 for an 8 week puppy training course and we meet for an hour every week. I checked out a lot of other training options in the area and this one was the best value. If you are looking for a good cheap way to learn how to control you pup, then I would highly suggest this convenient outlet.

The instructors were all helpful and I loved seeing my dog's progress. We were diligent about attending and practicing. When both my grandfather and mother fell ill and died within 3 months of each other during the holiday season of 2024, I could no longer make the sessions with my dog. Truly they were forgotten during this time of extreme hardship. A couple months later when I could breathe again, I remembered our sessions and went to reserve a class but couldn't because my package had expired. I called and was told that nothing could be done, as this was the policy. These are privately-owned franchise locations, and the owners have the ability to create and revise policies to help their customers - it is their choice to take a customer's money in upfront packages and then refuse to extend any goodwill or flexibility. The classes I attended were rarely full. It would not have hurt their business in any way to allow me to utilize the classes I had already purchased. Looking at other reviews, they have a pattern of treating customers this way. If they had let me use the classes that I bought, I surely would've kept coming and even bought more sessions. But it's not worth it to me to support a business that treats its customers like this.

We have been going to classes since she was just over 6th months old, we were biweekly/weekly for the first year and a half and now we pop in every few months for practice. The staff is incredible, they are all welcoming, kind and so knowledgeable. They have great suggestions in fixing behaviors and ate always willing to help with different training techniques. I would still go weekly if I could, and I fully plan to take all of my future puppies/dogs here for training and socializing.

That's when I found Natural Instincts on a Google search and decided to give it a shot. I signed up for the agility classes. For 99$ you can attend agility class either Saturday or Sunday morning for 6 sessions. The sessions expire within 12 weeks so when Pepper had to take a break because she got spayed, it was absolutely no issue. The majority of the class is focused on doing the agility course, but they also practice other things such as proper leash walking. The owner runs the class but there are always atleast 2-3 other trainers around to help. Pepper loves agility! She is a couch potato at heart but when she's at agility class she is always having a blast running and just being around dogs. A lot of obedience classes and dog day cares unfortunately discriminate against pitbulls but at Natural Instincts they are extremely bully friendly. Oh and they always have someone with a professional camera taking amazing pics of you & your dog. It's definitely nice having all these wonderful pictures of my dog (it's not like my camera isn't already full of pics of her). If you have a fearful and anxious, three month old puppy, which was stated in all of the paperwork, then DO NOT hire Pawfection. If you want your three month old, fearful and an anxious puppy to be labeled as "aggressive "after being blown in the face twice by a canister of CO2 then do not hire Pawfection. If you want your three month old puppy to get the piss, literally, scared out of him by getting blasted in the face with CO2, then hire Pawfection. If you want your puppy to cower against a window or in their crate, their safe place, but then get approached by the person that scared the living piss out of him with the canister of CO2 and try to put a leash on him, where he gives a warning growl, which then labels your three month old fearful and anxious puppy, who was just scared to death and approached in his safe zone by some stranger, reaching over his head to put a leash on him then hire Pawfection. If you want to sit through an almost 2 hour PowerPoint presentation of almost 90 slides of outdated information that you can find in the Internet, then higher Pawfection. If you want to be told what to purchase off of Amazon, after learning that she invested in Amazon years ago, then hire Pawfection. If you want to listen to them talk poorly about their competitors (by name), speak poorly of food companies while promoting a specific brand, or listen to anything negative that isn't related to them, then hire Pawfection. If you want to learn more about perfection and how involved they are with the industry and you want to learn how they can benefit if you purchase things off Amazon, then hire Pawfection. If you want a total of 20 minutes of actual interaction with your puppy for training, keep in mind a three month old fearful and anxious puppy, then hire Pawfection. If you want a "one size fits all, special sauce training", then higher, Pawfection. If a toddler were afraid to enter their classroom at the start of the school year, would you use a scare tactic to get them to do what you want them to and not address the fear and anxiety? I cannot speak for other methods of training or other dogs who need training aside from a fearful and anxious puppy, but if you have a three month old fearful and anxious puppy, then my recommendation is DO NOT hire Pawfection. If my dog was labeled "aggressive " (keep in mind what caused the cowering and growl) due to being scared in his safe place that was intruded, then why would they book us for a puppy play date at their facility with other puppies for the following week? I'm ready for the response as I know that it will be defensive, blaming, rude, aggressive, and no accountability is taken. I can predict this due to other negative reviews that were left behind and how the owners respond. But I feel that dog owners who have a puppy very similar to mine should see this review. We used zero of their tactics and zero of their recommendations. We found better products and better food than recommended. We found a different trainer and now our puppy is doing amazing and it's thriving. Perfection was a waste of money, but a lesson learned. Probably less than one star of that was an option.
