Gladys is more of my favorite because She always makes me feel like Coleman is the most important dog there, everyone has given my kid a cut and I'm happy every time. I'm sure she makes everyone feel a special way, but we'll keep this about my fur baby lol. Whenever he comes he doesn't cry or act weird so i know he's in a good place. Whenever i walk in everyone there seems to happy and welcoming, which is also nice. It always smells clean and fresh, you can't even tell any dirty dogs have come in. Lol I'm always happy with the time it takes for them to groom him. Prior to coming here, Coleman's grooms took All Day, this place is normally under 3 hours. This place isn't doggie camp, so you have to pick up when they call, but they are understanding if you turned the day into your grooming day too, you just have to let them know in advance. Annndddd don't take advantage, this place isn't very big so they don't have a lot of space to place fur babies not getting service. I read some reviews about the bandana, They don't always give him a bandana, but i honestly don't need one every time. I like how they give them here and there and it matches the season. There is a long driveway that leads to parking in the rear of the building. You have to walk around to the front to enter. Inside is quaint and cute, they sell items for dogs and dog lovers. We have lived in the area for 3 years and have been taking our Coco to this groomer for the majority of our time here. We tried a few other groomers before discovering Bubble Tubs. Coco is a Miniature Schnauzer and it's only appropriate to make sure he keeps a Schnauzer cut. The other places that we have patronized in the area don't seem to know how to cut a Schnauzer correctly. We like his legs full, body tight, and beard long and no other groomer in the area was able to cut him as requested. I walk Coco daily and have had a few neighbors who live in the area pull over to ask where I went for his grooming, they all have Schnauzers as well and had not been able to find a groomer that could cut their dog like ours. Prices are competitive with groomers in the area. Customer service is good. If you plan to try them out make sure you call to make your appointment far in advance because the appointments fill up fast.

Well, when we picked her up, Stella looked gorgeous! And you know she felt much better because she had a big smile on her face! It's been almost 3 days since her appointment. Looking around my house, at the carpet and furniture, I don't think Stella has ever been properly groomed until her visit at Bubble Pups! She is not shedding all over the place! And neither store had refills for Gizmo's new favorite toy (PetSafe Busy Buddy Bristle Bone). To get to Pet SuperMarket, I have to drive past my home - and I didn't want to waste a trip - so I called - and the friendly employee who answered the phone actually checked and confirmed that they sold both the toys and the refills! (Unlike some places who will tell you they are going to check for a product and just leave you on hold forever.) The fact that they are a much smaller store than PetSmart and Petco - yet still manage to have a more diverse inventory / greater selection - AWESOME! And there was an employee, cute young bearded ginger, who spent nearly 30 minutes with me - acommpanying me to various sections and answering all my questions about various items. I felt like royalty. I love that they assign my girl to the same groomer each time. My dog goes to her readily each time. The groomer always comes out to talk with me before the session to make sure we both agree and understand what is to be done. My doggie always looks (and feels) so good after her grooming! The place is always bright and clean, and the employees seem genuinely happy to work there. I do wish you could make an appointment online without having to put down a deposit for the slot, but I just call instead and it all works out well. I definitely recommend Wolfgang grooming!

Been here 3to 4 times always super quick and easy for a nail trim. This time I had to sign a…read moreweaver, never had to before. Then they take my dog to the back, 2 big dogs are blocking the doorway so my dog doesn't want to walk through. Then they need help getting him on the table, not really necessary for a nail trim he is over 90 lbs it takes 5 minutes to do his nails. They leave him on the table & come and ask me if he's aggressive, no never has been and then as they are talking to me he falls off the table and they say we can't do him today. Never been a problem in the past he was nervous but not aggressive. I will not be back.
