We brought our chocolate lab, Stella, in for her first grooming this past Saturday. The staff were very friendly and professional. Stella hadn't been groomed in a few months and was starting to shed her undercoat so she was a hot mess. We asked them for a bath, de-shedding service, toothbrushing and nail trim. Well, when we picked her up, Stella looked gorgeous! And you know she felt much better because she had a big smile on her face! It's been almost 3 days since her appointment. Looking around my house, at the carpet and furniture, I don't think Stella has ever been properly groomed until her visit at Bubble Pups! She is not shedding all over the place! My husband and I love Bubble Tubs for Dogs. It is a cute little place that looks like a house till you see the sign in the front. There is a long driveway that leads to parking in the rear of the building. You have to walk around to the front to enter. Inside is quaint and cute, they sell items for dogs and dog lovers. We have lived in the area for 3 years and have been taking our Coco to this groomer for the majority of our time here. We tried a few other groomers before discovering Bubble Tubs. Coco is a Miniature Schnauzer and it's only appropriate to make sure he keeps a Schnauzer cut. The other places that we have patronized in the area don't seem to know how to cut a Schnauzer correctly. We like his legs full, body tight, and beard long and no other groomer in the area was able to cut him as requested. I walk Coco daily and have had a few neighbors who live in the area pull over to ask where I went for his grooming, they all have Schnauzers as well and had not been able to find a groomer that could cut their dog like ours. Prices are competitive with groomers in the area. Customer service is good. If you plan to try them out make sure you call to make your appointment far in advance because the appointments fill up fast. read more

Not only is the I guess manager whoever the red headed older lady super rude and unprofessional. Because I have a larger dog - who is NOT aggressive, but doesn't like getting his nails trimmed. They are always extremely rude and then charged me an additional 10 dollars because it takes more than one person to cut his nails as if it's not their job. Maybe get a new one. If people could bathe and cut their own dogs nail you wouldn't have a job. read more

The ladies were very kind when I came in and everything was very orderly so I didn't have to struggle with my dogs at any moment since they are a rowdy pair. We had booked an appointment for all three of our dogs today as we have been a loyal customer for YEARS. We picked a Saturday knowing our dogs usually spend the whole day there so we cleared our schedule to make sure we were readily available to go pick them up as soon as we received the call that they're ready. I always hated the idea of them being stuck in a cage for so many hours as we often dropped off at 8:30am and didn't pick up until 4pm. Upon arrival the front desk lady mentioned we had been taken off the schedule due to an unpaid $25 no show fee and that they had called an left a voicemail two days ago. I DID NOT receive a voicemail and I even showed them my call log and confirmed my number. We would have been willing to pay the $25 dollar fee had we known about it, however we were not made aware of it until we had all three dogs with us the day we were scheduled to come in. Their defensive attitude was also an issue. I would have thought to mention the fee at the time of booking and our issue wasn't having to pay it we understand and value the groomers time and facilities needed to schedule accordingly but seeing as we had been coming there for many years and we cleared our day to stay close by due to their varying pick up times/length of grooming I would have thought an accommodation would have been offered or that other forms of contact would have been utilized (email or attempts with other phones on file). This was the first time we had heard of the fee in the may times we've brought our dogs here. I just don't understand why they took us off the schedule without letting us know when we were fully prepared with three dogs at 8am on the Saturday we were schedule to come and pay $240 + tip for 3 full grooms. Just because of a $25 fee. It would have been more courteous to a loyal customer to honor their appointment and just have disclosed the fee at the time of payment. It's great to see how they value their customers. read more

They always did such a great job with my coco. You can tell they advocate for your dog ! Coco had not been in for a while because he got diagnosed with Diabetes- so hospital stays, insulin changes. Etc. I brought him in and he had matted ears, shaved spots from catheters and Hotspot because summer. I was so embarrassed because I always tried to stay consistent with him but they were so understanding and they did an amazing job on coco and they were SO FAST. I was so impressed! This is the worst groomer; in fact, I would not even call them groomers the way they cut/buzzed my dogs' fur. We took my two dogs in for a cut and showed them a picture of what we wanted. They ended up buzzing both of my dogs down to their skin! Their skin is now irritated, and they look so pitiful! My Aussie had such beautiful fur, and he now looks sick. We called and told the owner how disappointed we were, and she did not even offer a refund for the awful job they did! Love this dog salon! My shitzu yorkie mix has been getting groomed here for his whole life. We live in Roswell and drive all the way over just to get him groomed here. The staff is all super friendly and the owner is a total dog lover who will make sure your pup is taken care of and friendly business owner. They have a great retail section in the front of the store. Oakley's haircut always looks great when he leaves and the adorable Bandana does as well. read more

I've taken both my dogs here for baths and they have been wonderful every time! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable!

Our regular dog grooming place in town, and we have tried many to compare. Frequently we decide last minute our dogs need a bath, we call up and see if they can take them and we have never been turned down. We have a 100 pound rotty/hound mix that goes in for a bath and price is great (about 35$). Now we can easily give her a bath a home, and sometimes do, but it seems she smells good way longer when she comes home from B&T. Our late pup, a great pyrenees mix cost a lot more due to her long hair. Now we rarely got anything more done than a sanitary cut (great price), but if we did more it got closer to $100. The groomer also spent hours on her because she never had a cut like this and had a few mats. Love the new location, very cute. read more

This place is great! My incredibly anxious dog gets nervous going literally anywhere, especially when he's left without me. I was so scared to take him the first time, and I even expected a call from them saying that he wouldn't let them do the grooming service and I needed to come get him. He clearly trusts the staff and doesn't mind being there (which is HUGE for him). On our second visit they even remembered him and that he has his own medicated shampoo that he has to use. The job was half done, but when I told them the cut needed additional cutting around dogs head the tech took him back and whatever she did to him I could hear him cry out. I don't like the fact that you can't see your pet before you pay them, pet is in the back. So therefore the lighting does not allow you to see the pet so good. Most groomers who are sure the work is excellent, will let you have pet 1st then pay. Don't go here it's OVERPRICED and you can tell them what you want, well you don't get it and they cut how they want them. read more
