Once the 4 weeks were done, I had a very difficult time to reach her and ask about helping me control my dog during the walks I would give him, the issue continued and stop never gave a real solution and she began to ignore my calls or texts. I have tried to reach out to someone about getting a new trainer but now my phone calls are being ignored, so after spending almost $4,000 dollars, I would highly advise to get a better company if you need assistance in training your dog or puppy or better yet, watching Youtube videos for free instead wasting my money on a company like this. What a terrible experience. -Awful customer service -Terrible people pretending to be trainers, -Ignoring the customers once they get the money.

I love that Maryna doesn't suggest we punish our dog for behavior we don't like, instead she wants us to reward Petrie for behaviors we want more of. She gives us proper expectations and is never, ever condescending. She listens, is kind to Petrie, and I consider her to be our anxious little doggo's "therapist". She's seen her 4x in the last 4 months. She taught us to focus on Petrie with more "nose work" vs trying to out exercise her anxiety. I CANNOT recommend Alex Pederson enough. We struggled for a long time with separation anxiety with…read moreour golden doodle & it got to a point where we were exhausted, stressed and very overwhelmed. Everything we saw online to try did not work, other trainers we worked with who claimed could fix separation anxiety did not work, even some board and train programs wouldn't take him because of his separation anxiety. I came across Pack Method Prep and gave them a call and ended up getting paired with Alex. During our first meeting with Alex after hearing her plan I thought there was no way we can do this but we buckled down and trusted the process and I can confirm she knows what she is talking about TRUST THE PROCESS! Alex was very kind, understanding, helpful, responsive, supportive, the list goes on. Not only did our dog have separation anxiety, he also had confinement anxiety and wouldn't even walk near his crate. In just 60 days of classes here and there, our DOG has made insanely huge improvements. Ranging from more structured walks, instead of towing us around, sit, stay, recall and being around other dogs and not getting too anxious. Our dog use to not be able to be around another dog without whining and anxiety taking over, he is making huge progressive every week though with Ed's classes and guidance!! We just finished his 6 week group training and I plan on going into the next class, which is more advanced with more dogs, higher pace and continue the learning and training with our dog TANK!
