We took our frenchie for surgery. We were warned that frenchies have a hard time with anesthesia which he did end up having a hard time waking up but I'm glad they let us know. They also kept us in the loop at every step by text message/whatsapp and we really appreciate that. They take them to a tj pet hospital and they bring them back at the end of the day with medicine's they need to take. The dogs are in good hands. I personally have not used this groomers as I do not have a dog, but this is the meeting point for the vet and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the lobby/waiting area was clean. If using for the vet, you line up outside the door and must bring your dog on a leash or a carrier. It is recommended to get there early. They also make and sell pup treats/cakes! read more

I've never had this happen to me and it has scared me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I left my dog for a bath and hair cut at around 4ish and they never contacted me if my dog was ready or not. They close at 7 and I called at 6:49pm to see if she was ready. Turns out they left her in there, lights out, the place is locked. They were not returning our calls and my dog has heart problems and can't be left alone unattended. They left a sign at the door but never reached out like they normally do that she was ready for pickup. This is totally unprofessional and neglect. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Took my cat to get groomed and once I arrived my cat was in utter distress. Total negligence on their part and could care less about your pets well being. Once I arrived home my cat looked like he was given some kind of medication (anesthesia) due to his wobbly imbalance and visible distress. Shortly after arriving home my cat tragically passed away. My cat was totally healthy and strong, once I let them know what had happened. They claimed my cat was having health issues, which is false. I had to arrange a family member to pick him up. When i got home, he didn't smell like shampoo and his ears are dirty. it seems like they only cut his hair and put a bow on. So disappointed they charged me $60. **Warning** This place is not worthy of your dog. I needed to get my dog groomed immediately but everyone around town was booked. I called this business and they were able to take my dog as a "walk-in." They told me it would be approx 2 1/2 hours which to me was definitely not bad at all. Well that ultimately ended up being 4 1/2 hours. Next they told me their credit card machine was down just before they told me my dog would be ready in 15 minutes. The worse part is the injuries my dog sustained after the grooming. My dog is 12 years old. He like many dogs that old has developed warts on his skin. Somehow during the grooming, the groomer managed to cut a wart by his nose and on his right rib. Both were bleeding! I also found a large cut on his right rear paw. The receptionist told me my dog had urinated on himself during the grooming and tried to bite the groomer. My dog has been groomed all 12 years of his life and I have never heard of problems like this arise. This place needs to be investigated. One last grievance is the loud music that blasts in the "grooming" room. I dont think loud music blaring in the background allows dogs to relax. Save your dog from a nightmare. Trust all the other reviews that talk about similar experiences!! read more

OK, so this is for when they first ever opened up I'm not sure if the same people still work here or not but we brought my English bulldog and they ended up cutting her paw. They didn't even tell us or anything until we notice blood marks on my sister's shirt.!!! so they immediately went inside to go ask them and they said yes she kept moving so she got cut. Inexperienced groomers, the place was filthy and overcrowded, and they overbooked appointments. Had dogs in tight crates for hours at a time. The workmanship was terrible and unhygienic. Instructions on what we desired along with pictures were provided. However, upon picking up our dogs, we found that only one was well-groomed. The other dogs, aside from the terrible haircuts, had bright red spots and cuts on their bodies. We brought this up to the owner, who made excuses and gave false statements, claiming that the main dog in question had extensive matting, which was the reason for the cuts. However, we are experienced dog owners and take great care in grooming our pets. His last grooming session was less than a month ago, so it was almost impossible for him to have the knots the owner claimed. Instead of being empathetic towards the pain our dogs was in, the owner continued with his excuses. read more

We saw the great reviews from this place so decided to take our dog. It was our first time there so I expected them to request my dog's medical records; they didn't. Which was a red flag for me because that tells me anyone can bring their dog vaccinated or not. I spend good money to ensure my dog is healthy and being around other healthy (vaccinated) dogs is also a key part of a dog's health. They were accurate with the time; they said it'd take two hours and it took exactly two hours. My dog received a shampoo and trim, and he looked great so I was happy about that. I know it's a dog groomer facility but the smell inside is very off putting. Petco smells better than this place. When I dropped off my dog, I was told that I'd get a call when he was ready. I received no call but I did receive a text (see screenshot below). As you can see, it's just a lack of customer service etiquette. So because of that and no request of my dogs medical records, I won't be going back. If you don't care about stuff like that, then it's the place for you and your pet; it's just not a place for us. read more

I told the guy that they missed cleaning her private area, so they took her back in. Well my daughter was being nosy and peeking through the door where they have the dogs and the groomer literally picked up my dog from the bare tail onto the table!
