My dog REALLY needed to be groomed and they were able to fit me in same day! Awesome!! All of the ladies there were very sweet and I could tell my anxious and dramatic dog felt at least somewhat comfortable when I picked her up because she wasn't trembling like she has done at other groomers. All the pets wait to be picked up in small but decent size individual cages and they get their own little pillow to sit on which I thought was great. All pets seemed comfortable. It is not conducive to providing a good environment for learning! It is just too crowded and allows bigger and more aggressive dogs (yellow bandana doesn't work, this is dependent on pet owners identifying that their dog has aggressive tendencies) How do you teach behavior modification when you are about 2 feet from another pup who is excited or an overly aggressive dog! We paid over $1,200 for a series of lessons and felt like the training was not individualized at all for our high energy pup. Did not like the concept of using a choke collar or electronic monitoring device to control our pup. Incidentally neither worked! Surely as dog trainers you would think you would be able to provide some better techniques rather than punishment type deterrents?? We gave up and went to a personal trainer Terry and in about four weeks he had demonstrated the techniques and was able to show us how to work with our dog and get the desired behavior. He was less expensive and as a plus he came to our home. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Opt for more professional and experienced training in a proper learning environment!

When I started vetting dog sitters at the beginning of the year, I knew I had to go with someone I could trust to come and go as I needed and take really good care of my boys. After calling and asking around, I eventually met with Fred & company at my house. I knew right away I was in great hands. I have used FidoSit's service more times than I have cared to keep count this year, and I could not be happier. They are easy to use, take great care of your pets, and are trustworthy good people!
