But I love her,…read moreas special as she is. - My puppy, being how she is, REALLY needs a competent, capable, kind/compassionate, and patient groomer to provide services. I understand that money is money, and time is very precious to money hungry people, I did tell them that I will pay the same amount, but if my fur-baby does not cooperate, to please stop and I will pay them the same amount either way. This was our 2nd time in this location. The owner was kind before, when the business was new. During that first time we went there, it took her 4 hours long, (because again my baby is not easy) and the owner at that time, as tired as she was (then) she kindly offered for us to come back another day. HOWEVER, This last time, at a time when her business is doing well, my dog came out with blood shot eyes, after a rushed (less than 2 hours) service for a difficult dog, she says that it was because my dog was matted, and true as she was, over time, I have experienced competent, caring groomers who are still very capable of treating her well in whichever situation. & in the first place, AGAIN, I told them that if my dog will not cooperate, and will be difficult, as how I know my princess to be... to please STOP and NOT continue and they will get paid whatever money is owed. The owner rudely said to me (that last time) "Then take your dog to San Diego" and "We cannot spend more than 2 hours in 1 dog" This place has become - Money over compassion kind of business. Shame how the owner changed, and who she turned out to be. I am leaving this here as a Fair warning to people with squirmy dogs, who are not easy to be groomed. Take your pups to a place where groomers have compassion, rather than greed.

That's when she decides to roll her eyes at us once again, as if these two dead fish haven't been clearly in there for a while. She has absolutely no customer service skills and obviously does not care about the animals that are in that store. Will never go back to this place.

I notice this is a community with a ton of dog owners than any other kind of pet. I love that they have a ton of treats at the entrance for dogs. Lots of toys for all types of breeds. They also sell aquarium food and fishes even a few birds in the store. This location also offers grooming and pet training classes as well. I found everything in stock for items I needed for my puppy while on the road. Overall a positive experience with amazing staff. Highly recommend this store a visit especially if you own a dog you will definitely find everything you need.

She has seen & continues to see thousands of unwanted & abused animals. She does not believe n locking ur dog n a kennel for the duration of ones vacation or weekend trip..... This is the reason why all the animals at her house stay n groups depending on size. They r free to play whenever they want, no limitations. Boarding at any vets office means ur animal is alone & n a cage! She spends everyday taking care of unwanted, abused animals by doctoring them, feeding them, cleaning up after them, nurturing them, re-gaining trust w them, loving ALL of them & ultimately saving them.
