But I love her,…read moreas special as she is. - My puppy, being how she is, REALLY needs a competent, capable, kind/compassionate, and patient groomer to provide services. I understand that money is money, and time is very precious to money hungry people, I did tell them that I will pay the same amount, but if my fur-baby does not cooperate, to please stop and I will pay them the same amount either way. This was our 2nd time in this location. The owner was kind before, when the business was new. During that first time we went there, it took her 4 hours long, (because again my baby is not easy) and the owner at that time, as tired as she was (then) she kindly offered for us to come back another day. HOWEVER, This last time, at a time when her business is doing well, my dog came out with blood shot eyes, after a rushed (less than 2 hours) service for a difficult dog, she says that it was because my dog was matted, and true as she was, over time, I have experienced competent, caring groomers who are still very capable of treating her well in whichever situation. & in the first place, AGAIN, I told them that if my dog will not cooperate, and will be difficult, as how I know my princess to be... to please STOP and NOT continue and they will get paid whatever money is owed. The owner rudely said to me (that last time) "Then take your dog to San Diego" and "We cannot spend more than 2 hours in 1 dog" This place has become - Money over compassion kind of business. Shame how the owner changed, and who she turned out to be. I am leaving this here as a Fair warning to people with squirmy dogs, who are not easy to be groomed. Take your pups to a place where groomers have compassion, rather than greed.

I notice this is a community with a ton of dog owners than any other kind of pet. I love that they have a ton of treats at the entrance for dogs. Lots of toys for all types of breeds. They also sell aquarium food and fishes even a few birds in the store. This location also offers grooming and pet training classes as well. I found everything in stock for items I needed for my puppy while on the road. Overall a positive experience with amazing staff. We are here in the valley for a short while and I needed some groomer recommendations. I was given Buddy Sweets info. I found them online and followed allllll (yes its quite a bit) the steps to register my baby for a groom. First its a little tricky to enter, directions say take Austin to 86. Seemed odd but once you actually drive out there you get it. So #1 tip THEY ARE LITERALLY OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE 86 coming from Brawley, immediately after the curve. Follow the white fence to the end and theres the entrance to take you down to the red building. Now that that's outta the way, park, and take your doggy inside to check in. Someone will be there to greet you. Rudy and Tiffany were great with answering some nutrition questions I had. Brittney did an awesome job on my mascota. Perfect hair length all around and still soft and snuggly. And she smelled good. My diva also has a collapsed trachea so she needs extra care. Brittney remembered and brought her out to me in a harness set in a particular way to not upset her issue. As for alllll that registration online. It was worth it, checking in and out was a breeze. Take your babies there for some love and pampering.

Boarding at any vets office means ur animal is alone & n a cage! She spends everyday taking care of unwanted, abused animals by doctoring them, feeding them, cleaning up after them, nurturing them, re-gaining trust w them, loving ALL of them & ultimately saving them.
