Also, take into account that Sam and his team not only train for obedience and hunting, but also spent time in war zones training explosives detection dogs and have a charity training veteran's and their service dogs. Simply put, they know what they're doing. Now, on to my review...I take my two Beagles (5 and 13 years old) here regularly. My dogs love it there! They are well attended to, played with, and always smell nice when I pick them up. The facilities are clean and temperature appropriate for the season. The staff keeps the runs and play areas tidy. They always keep an eye out for health issues and are very flexible with pickup and drop off times. At $68/night for both my hounds, this is my kennel of choice. The bottom line is my dogs love it here and that's the only feedback that matters to me!

They then call to remind me of the appointment (approx. 1 day before). My pets never have any issues and my dog actually likes going to the vet, which makes me feel at ease and comfortable with this office. I called to find out if they sell propane. I was told that they sell it by the gallon. Nope. They…read morecharge for what ever cylinder you have. My 40lbs cylinder takes 9-9.5 gallons empty. I think he pumped about 7 gallons when empty. I could not tell as there gallon meter was not turning showing how much was put into the tank. He handed me the tank and it was way light. He put it back on the scale and probably put in another gallon if that. They probably fills these tanks to about 80% capacity but charge you for a full tank. So figure your cost to be about $5 a gallon for propane. I will never by anything from this store as they are CLUELESS or just greedy. He did not even open the bleeder valve when filling the tank which insures a full tank. Another customer was waiting and hearing our conversation left with his empty tank. And he kept telling me that I had a 30lb tank. Like I said CLUELESS. Stay away from them.

It took a few years to get past the loss of our last two best friends-best-Frenchies, Bo 12.5 yrs, Stella 14.5 yrs. Well not past, but ready to fill the loss. I sent an email with some basic questions and was responded to that same day. I put a deposit down and was notified when the pups were born. She sent me photos frequently and always responded to my questions without making me feel like I was bugging her. She was very accommodating for the pick up as well. She worked closely with her vet, and has clearly been doing this for a while. All pups are AKC and good looking too. Not all weird like some of em can get. She sent me home with a bunch of food, a blanket, and some toys- a nice touch. The pup is a fine specimen and clearly well socialized. We're very happy with our new baby boy.
