We were told Paula had extensive experience grooming the breed. When we arrived and dropped off our dogs, plans suddenly changed, and instead an apprentice groomer handled both dogs. Both dogs were completely botched so badly that we had to take them to another groomer. One of our dogs had to be shaved down to a zero to fix the damage from a completely different groomer. His coat was completely ruined by this purported "grooming". We paid $383 and were promised a refund by the owner, Lua, but she later refused to honor it. We had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Very disappointing experience, poor workmanship, and unprofessional handling of the situation. Be Cautious!
