I'm only giving it a 1 star only because I absolutely do not like the groomers. There's this one lady that always has an attitude and terrible when handling animals. I believe her name is chesleigh. I brought my 9year old shep mix to get her nails done and wash. I told them that she has knee problems and can't stand for very long so be gently and patient with her. Chesleigh took my dog to the back to wash her and my dog had slipped under feet. A 25mins task took about 45mins I finally walk in the groomers part and asked where my dog is at? She then says oh she had an accident and was scared so we're giving her time to relax and then I can wash her again. I said absolutely not. Give me my dog!! I cannot stand that lady!! read more

Let's talk about how this place tried to kill my dog. We took him in during the afternoon in order to have a bath and his nails trimmed. He had not been dropped off 20 minutes when I received a phone call saying that he was injured and we needed to come pick him up. Upon arriving, none of the staff inside of the grooming salon would speak to me besides one woman at the front. She began to scrutinize me and claimed that because I let my dogs nails had gotten too long, that somehow they got stuck on something and it had ripped halfway out of his paw. I immediately demanded that they bring him out to me and his foot was bleeding and he was limping. He was whining and in a lot of pain. - I also want to note that this is a senior dog and he cannot go up steps let alone barely make the step that is to get inside one of their grooming cages. This was not the first time he had been there, and they knew this. I asked again face-to-face what happened, and again refusing to take any responsibility the woman upfront continue to belittle me about how I was a negligent dog owner and he was hurt because of the length of his nails. There were other dogs in the salon and I did not want to start yelling and upset them, so I told her to check her computer and see that he had just been, in and I brought him back a month later for his grooming treatments as they advised me to do. At this time, she then told me that he had seen the vet from the Banfield hospital next door and said he was fine so I needed to leave and take him with me. I walked him over to the receptionist and asked to speak to the vet for his professional opinion, the vet came out and told me that he had NOT seen the dog and that it was a tech that looked at him. He and the receptionist were very kind and immediately took my dog into the back to take care of him. I went back into the grooming salon and at this point I had had it, I demanded to speak to the man that had taken him into the cage for his point of view what happened. The woman upfront refused and at this time, all of the other people working in the grooming salon decided to chime in and tell me what a terrible dog owner that I was and that what happened to him was my fault and they claimed no responsibility. As I continued to argue with them, some random woman that worked there came in, got up in my face and asked me to leave. I told her to fuck off and then I wasn't leaving because my dog is in the hospital and they had lied about the vet seeing him. Word of a "crazy woman in the salon" traveled to a male employee of the store and he came in and told me to leave as well. I told him the exact same thing that I told the woman and everyone else working in the salon. Just because they were a bunch of incompetent assholes, the vet at Banfield was kind and was handling the situation the best he could. I was not going to leave that store and leave my dog out of my sight for one more second. Not one time while I was in there for over an hour, did anyone come up to me and addressed themselves as a manager. No one tried to do anything to reconcile the situation besides the banfield vet. The vet ended up wrapping my dogs paw, and told us to leave it that way for a week until it healed. OK, he was kind and did the best he could - but he was a fucking idiot too because that was not healing. I took him to my vet the next day and spent over $600 in his nail/paw repair. He still has a scar from it. All I can say, is that I'm grateful there were other dogs in the salon that day and I kept it together so the dogs would become frightened and be injured themselves. If they were not, I would've absolutely lost it and definitely left that place in handcuffs. These "salon" employees all need a good slap of reality. ** I even reached out to the company via email and to this day, no one has done anything.** Fuck you petsmart. read more

My dog had an allergic reaction to the food we bought here and after her vet visit, they put her on a prescribed dry food diet. Went in with the old food to see if we could do an exchange for the new food. Since it was purchased within 60 days and there was more than half left, they allowed the exchange as per their store policy. Everyone seemed nice about it, but the manager said at the end of the transaction "if your dog has food allergies, next time buy the small bag. The company doesn't take back returned food, we actually have to pay for it. I want my kids to go to college." He said it in a light manner, but I could tell he was unhappy about the exchange. I understand what he is saying about the size of the bag, but those big bags are cheaper. If he didn't want me exchanging it, just say no. Instead he made me feel guilty and it left a bad taste in my mouth. This review is for the store, not the Banfield pet hospital (they rock). read more

I would like to comment on some peoples reviews on PetSmart at Kentlands I have taken my dog there plenty of times to be groomed and the ones that you think that are really good ate not none of them are really very good I don't remember her name but she basically raise her hand like she's about to hit my dog so I'm pretty much done with PetSmart I will probably just go there and buy stuff for my dog but I will never ever take my dog there again for grooming because none of them are good they're all rude they seem like they don't like the job the one who I thought was really good turned out not to be good and it's just not a good place to take your dog at all to get groomed please just find somewhere else thank you read more

Had a series of unfortunate experiences here today. 1) I brought my dog in to get him a bath. His appt was for 3:30. I arrived at 3:25, and was told that his appt was at 3. The lady gave me a bad attitude while saying she will have to see if the person can still give him a bath. As she walked away i asked the other lady up front to double check and when she did she saw that my appointment was in fact for 3:30 PM. 2) I was expecting a call for when he was ready to be picked up but didn't get one. Instead, they emailed my husband and he had to call me from work to let me know that my dog was ready to be picked up even though I was sitting at the Starbucks next-door waiting on the call. 3) When I picked up my dog they gave them to me with his leash broken. I asked what happened and the woman just said 'I have no idea' and just handed him to me with one of their weak blue leashes. This is a German Shepherd. It's not easy to contain him with a wimpy little leash like the one that they provided to me. I got a bad attitude, no call to pick up my dog, and a broken leash (value $30). And zero apologies. Unacceptable. This is probably why they had me pay for services at the register before getting my dog. read more

I have been going there for grooming my dog for a few years and about 3 visits, they started getting it wrong, nothing major the first time just small l stuff, the first time I lEt it go, the second time I said a little something, then yesterday I made of point of saying something and explicitly explaining how they had not been quite doing the face right... they said they understood and were shocked because the directions were so clear on the standing work order.. well you guess it.. they messed up worse then ever before. I lost it, you cannot add hair back after it is cut off. Well the worst of it is they did not really seem to care, yes they refunded me, but they did not really care.... STAY AWAY!!! read more

My first grooming experience wasn't the best, but I thought let me try another groomer. I am super glad I did. Joy is amazing!! My pup was well groomed and happy after leaving. I know Joy was gentle with my pup because my pup's behavior coming home was super normal. The nail grinding was perfect and her haircut. My pup had mats in the legs and she absolutely did an amazing job cutting them out without hurting my pup. I highly recommend Joy! read more

This store at this location is my preferred store for all things pet related. This location also provides dog grooming and veterinary services. While my primary focus has been on supplies for my dogs, I have noticed that PetSmart also carries a large selection of cat supplies and carries supplies for other pets such as fish, birds, rodents (gerbils, hamsters, and related), and a few other types of pets. This location has a cat adoption area, periodically shows dogs for adoption, and sells a variety of other smaller pets. PetSmart carries a wide variety of pet foods, treats, clothing (for dogs, anyway), toys, and supplies for dental care, grooming, health, and other supplies such as clean-up (poop bags for dogs and sprays for pet "accidents" clean-up on carpets and floors. The PetSmart staff, and the manager, Rod, in this store are very attentive and helpful to customers without being intrusive, a good balance. read more

The grooming experience here is so unreliable here that you never know if it will be good or bad. I scheduled an appointment for a groom but they canceled my appointment day of because they were short staffed. I rescheduled for a week later but arrived a few minutes late, so they canceled my appointment again. Last time my dog was groomed here it took 5 hours, so I don't see why coming a few minutes late would make a difference if my dog is going to be crated for hours waiting anyways. This PetSmart is not accommodating at all and seems to always overbook and then turn people away or take forever. Overall poor customer service. read more

I have a 12 year old shih tzu that has been battling allergies. We've been to the vet countless times with no luck. I decided to try a limited ingredient diet for my dog so I went to PetSmart to pick up some food. I was able to find an employee, Rod, to ask where the limited ingredient dog food was. Rod was so knowledgeable and friendly and was more helpful than all of the vets I've seen. He had so much knowledge about dog food and dog needs and helped me find a great new plan to try. All my dog needed was probiotics and pre biopics which rod was able to help me find. It's been about a week and the rash that has been bothering my dog for years is finally clearing up. Rod was more useful than any vet I've been to and was so helpful. If he sees this, thank you Rod! read more

I have had several bad experiences here, mostly in their grooming department. Most recently I was visiting my parents, they have a kitten that needed his nails trimmed. We went in and they said they don't trim nails on the weekend. This sounded a little ridiculous, they said we could "even look at their website," after taking a look with no mention of not cutting nails on the weekends we headed over to the PetSmart in Germantown. Sure enough, they were more than willing to cut the kitten's nails. I'm not sure why they denied us service but I don't plan to go back. I would recommend heading to Germantown. Especially considering the number of other unsavory reviews for their grooming services. read more

I enjoy this Petsmart. They have a huge parking lot, large selections of items in the store, very dog friendly (as most Petsmarts are) and they have adoption drives on some weekends. I took my German Shepherd there when she was little and it was a sensory overload for her. They had many other dogs shopping at the same time, as well as a cat adoption area (in an enclosed room) that she could see into. I believe it was one of the first time she had ever seen a cat, so she was fascinated. They have birds on display for sale, but they are also protected behind glass and cages, so they're not in danger of being bothered my canine visitors. My dog loved it. You can put them in your shopping cart if you wish to make a quicker run through of the store, but I normally let my dog take her time and sniff everything. She gets very excited now when we pull in the parking lot because she knows where she is. I would encourage you to take your dogs there! The employees are really friendly, too. If there is ever a mess (poop or pee) they will come take care of it. But, they have sanitation napkins throughout so you can really handle it yourself. They have free dog biscuits at the counter so your dog can have a snack while you're waiting in line. A great place to shop and a good outing for your dog! read more

Perfect for anyone who has a pet! There is a great selection of dog treats that use real meat and healthy ingredients. The bones are very inexpensive and there was a good deal when I came in December. I bought my dog a beef bone for $3 and she absolutely loved it! It was gone in a few hours... Some of the bones in that aisle were only $1! I would definitely recommend getting a small bone for your dog because they're just a few dollars and make your pooch SO happy. I go to this one because it's closest and I just don't like driving. I think I've been going since they opened and this is the sum of my experience so far: Even though it's massive, they never seem to have exactly what I'm looking for (admittedly, I dote on my dogs and like better quality high end foods etc). To find the foods I want, I either go to Bark! or more often just buy online. The people are friendly, but they never seem to know about the products they carry or where to find them, so I have to wander around looking for it myself or they wander with me, like that's helpful. when I do have questions about food or treats, they just look at the bag which I can do also -- that's not really product knowledge. I don't have a lot of other choices as to where to get my dogs' nails clipped (they're beagle mixes, so I don't need the grooming part) and they do it while I wait, even though I'm a walk in and they're often busy. Maybe it's because I'm just a walkin and it's not part of a grooming package, but the clipping is just cursory and it would be nice if they actually clipped them short. I had them do the grinding once too, and it was expensive and also just cursory. Checkout can be PAINFULLY slow Their prices are kind of high, but on the plus side, their return policy is good. Like I said, they're closest to me and sometimes I don't have a choice. But I have better success and fewer frustrations buying stuff online from other sites. read more

I've been coming to this store since I was a little kid. I got my first tetra here and even a hamster. Recently I've been coming here frequently since I got a new puppy. The store is clean and staff are friendly. I haven't been in the store once where I wasn't asked if they could help me with something. This is my go to store when my dog wants a new toy or if my dog out grows her harness. They have everything here that I need and especially when I need cleaning supplies for my carpet they have large bottles on the ends of the aisles that I can just grab an go. This is helpful since I am still potty training my puppy. I haven't brought my dogs here for grooming because they do not need special grooming but my mom and sister have and they do a pretty good job. read more

I took my Pomeranian in for a haircut. We usually have a personal groomer come (who does a wonderful job for only 50, no clippers used). Her hair was about 2-3 inches. Now shame on me for coming despite the previous bad reviews. As the groomer gave me back my dog, she commented on how calm the dog was, great. But then why was my dogs hair so choppy using clippers? Her nails clipped? Yeah right. Her fur actually ended up worse after the bath and haircut. We brush her often enough so it's not matted but after the groomer it was horrible. 60 dollars for a horrible job on an 8lb dog. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. I brought my dog in today and paid $53 for an awful haircut. I could have easily given a 5 year old scissors to do the job that they did. My dogs hair looks incredibly horrible. It's one thing if it looked silly it's the opposite. I showed the lady that helped me up front a photo of what I wanted for my dog and showed her the length yet didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. From the tail, wings that you gave my dog, and Shakespeare face hair cut (I'm serious it's that awful lol) to the accident on both sides of his neck. Give me my money back! read more

If you have a question about a fish, go look for Tyler. This guys knows everything about fish and is super helpful. I've been in twice and asked for advice and even got a quick chemistry lesson about PH Balance. He helped us pick out a great little fish to add to our tank, after we had a little tragedy. Tyler also steered us away from some fish that didn't look very healthy. That was much appreciated. As far as the rest of the store, there's not much to say. I was pretty scared and hesitant to take my dog here to get groomed after reading all the negative reviews but it had the earliest appointment time and he really needed a trim with this bad weather so I decided to check it out yesterday. I felt that all the groomers were attentive and welcomed all the questions I had and any special requests about the way I wanted his haircut to be. He's also an older dog so in general I had a lot of instructions for them, such as not putting him up on a high table and to watch out for sore spots, etc. I was also going to get the teeth cleaning service and the woman told me candidly that it would essentially be the same as just a regular toothbrush that I use on him at home. I appreciated the fact that she advised me on this and I avoided wasting the money. I got the whole grooming service plus the "FUR-minator" add-on. I'm not really sure if it really stops the shedding so much, but I figured it would be worth it since he would be brushed for an extra 20 minutes or so. All in all I was really happy with the services. My dogs haircut was just as I had asked and his ears and nails were clean. He looks and smells great! read more

If I could leave zero Stars I would. Don't ever bring your cat here! He was butchered! Never again! They said it would take one to two hours and they finally called me after 3. That's not acceptable when you have an appointment. My cat gets groomed on a regular basis and this is hands-down the worst he has ever looked. Over the phone and in-person I asked for a buzz around the bum and the jewels and she never even bothered to do it. Only half of the matting was removed and the cat wasn't even dry when I picked him up. It was like flushing $60 down the toilet! You suck PetSmart! I've always had pretty good experiences with this store. I live in the neighborhood, and walk her with my new puppy about three times a week. One of the trainers, Donna, spent 1.5 hours with my husband and I picking out all of the accouterment for our new puppy, by passing the unnecessary add ons and really making me feel like she was helping us with the essentials. As such, we bought some impulse items anyway, but had we felt pressured, we probably would have walked out. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind, and I am so grateful to her. As for most of the employes, their dog specific knowledge is hit or miss, but at least one person in the store was always very knowledgeable which is nice. David, the store manager, is kind, respectful and helpful, always willing to help out all customers not matter how big or small the request is. They had a grooming customer service guy ( young man, short dark hair, I wish I got his name) and he is super knowledgeable about grooming, pricing, recommendations etc with truthful recommendations again providing information but not overselling, which I appreciate and is a way to build trust and loyalty. Everytime I come here my puppy and I are BOTH fretted warmly by most of the staff, and I appreciate how they make it feel like a family boutique store despite its big box roots. Perfect for the Kentlands, and I am so happy with the products, return policy, customer service and overall experience! Thanks petsmart! read more

The groomers here are AWFUL! I have a Bicheon and she needs to be groomed about once every 1-2 months. I usually cut her hair myself but I was very busy and didn't have time. I told them that I wanted a puppy cut, but I didn't want it too short. I came back to pick her up later and she looked like a rat because they cut her hair so short. I said something to the groomer and she gave me a snarky remark about that is what a puppy cut is and it isn't her fault. On top of that my dog got an ear infection because they did not cover here ears when bathing her. I highly recommend you don't bring your dog here at all for grooming. The actual staff at this store and not very educated in animal care except for Donna (the trainer). She is always very helpful and teaches a wonderful class. If it weren't for her, I would give this store 0 stars. read more

I took my dog to get a puppy grooming, which was a nail trim, ear cleaning and a bath. I was told it would be 45 min to an hour, so I came back after 45 min and was told another 20 minutes so I walked around the store and came back. He was still not done. The staff was extremely unfriendly, specifically the blonde woman in the front. I was given no information about why it was taking so long or how much longer it would be, which was just strange. I could hear dogs barking and the dog on the table getting a haircut was shaking, so not great to see when my dog was in the back out of my sight. I didnt have a problem waiting longer, I just wanted to know what was going on and to know my puppy was ok. Instead, I see the blonde woman point at me while im outside of the door waiting, and they bring my dog out, half wet half dry from his bath and his fur is sticking up all over the place? I cannot imagine any groomer that looks at that and thinks that is acceptable to give back to the owner when the dog's fur is all over the place like he went through a wind tunnel. I tried to brush him when we got home, but I'd have to give him another bath because it is stuck sticking up. Long story short, I will NOT be coming back to this grooming center with the most incompetent staff who dont even look like they like dogs! read more

I had my seventeen year old daughter drop off our puppy, a standard poodle, today at 11:30 for grooming. She was told that our dog would be ready in 3-4 hours, which is usually the length of time that our puppy spends at her usual groomer. We decided to get her groomed at PetSmart due to its convenient location to our home. At 3:30, I didn't get any call or update on what's going on but I waited patiently. I received a call at 5:30, 6 hours later to say that our dog was finally ready. When my daughter got there, I told her to find out why our dog was there for 6 hours. The groomer, Alissa, informed her that our dog "misbehaved" so she placed her in a cage whilst she proceeded to groom other dogs. With this timeline, our dog was caged for at least 2 hours. Alissa also informed my teenage daughter that her shift was over at 3:30 yet she was forced to stay an extra 2 and a half hours on behalf of our ill-tempered dog. I find Alissa's comment about her having to stay extra time to my teenage daughter extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE!! My dog gets groomed regularly and her groomer reports her behavior as calm and well tempered. This "misbehavior" that Alissa claims is difficult for me to believe as I have never once seen or heard of my dog misbehaving for neither myself nor her typical groomer. Also, when we picked up our dog, she was panting more than usual and went straight to her water bowl as soon as we walked in the door. It was like they didn't give her water for the whole 6 hours she was there! I would NOT recommend bringing your pet to be groomed here. read more

We have been bringing our Shih Tzu here for grooming since March 2018. We are very pleased with their groomers and service. Our little guy always leaves there happy and well cared for. They always groom him just how we ask and he always looks great. They also never try to push those stupid add ons. We will not be taking our dog anywhere for his baths and haircuts. read more

I have had it. We have brought both our dogs here for years now since they were young trying to give this place a chance but you know I just can't justify it any longer. We pay between 80-150 for either baths or full grooms for both our poodles to get done here and every time I leave something isn't done that should have been that we pay for. For one he ears are always always still filthy I still need to come home and clean them looking at the other reviews looks like that's a common issue.... second they didn't even take the Hair from their ears either when it's part of the service seems like pure laziness too me. Every time I come to pick them up they are still wet and their hair is all curly too when a poodle is blow dried and bathed properly their hair is straight not curly and kinky this means they leave them In cage dries cause of LAZINESS the reason I know this I used to work for a groomer I groomed mainly breeds I would groom my own dogs but the time of day isn't here for me but knowing what I'm paying for these things should be done. My boys shouldn't have dirt in their hair between their pays or even wet curly kinky hair I mean they smell like wet dog. I've spoken to the manager so many times here they don't care to even try and teach the staff anything. PLEASE DONT GET YOUR PET GROOMED HERE! read more

The employees here at this PetsMart are really nice and eager to please. They genuinely enjoy the animals and seem enthusiastic if you bring your pet over. Very nice customer service. I had a negative experience with a manager who basically lied about a product being discontinued when in fact the product was just no longer sold at their store. The employees actually were far more honest and told me where I could find the product (not in Petsmart). This just reminds you that PetsMart is a bit more corporate than the other pet stores in the area... Also, the grooming salon is always insanely busy and they'll keep your dog in a cage all day so maybe skip that.... unless you need time away from Fluffy. All in all, you have more products than most places, competitive prices, and attentive customer service, which makes the trip worthwhile. read more

The manager Neil is very knowledgeable, especially about reptiles! We have a juvenile bearded dragon and he has been really helpful. They seem to sell a good number of baby bearded dragons but they keep running out of small crickets, which the babies eat a TON of! I have had to drive up to Petco in Germantown at night to get crickets because Petsmart was out. I have asked if they can increase their order for the small crickets to keep up with the demand, but was told that they can't. If they are going to continue to sell baby bearded dragons, they really should find a way to increase their supply of the crickets that the customers will need to feed them. read more

I brought my dog here twice for grooming. After a few days after the first visit, he had a bald patch on his leg and then his face. I thought about whether this was related to the grooming but then shrugged it off. I brought my dog back a month later for a bath. The groomer started off by saying if my dog is extremely nervous or has anxiety, that I'd have to pick him up. I thought it was odd, considering they didn't mention this a month prior and he's never had issues at the other groomer we used to go to. When I picked him up, I heard the same groomer tell another couple that their dog was "extremely nervous and has anxiety..." which, again, I thought was odd that they are informing everyone that their dog has anxiety. Again, had a weird sense, but shrugged it off. Literally the second we got home, I stooped down to pet my dog and he frantically yelped when I went near his right leg. This morning, he is acting withdrawn and refuses to walk up or down our steps. We called Petsmart, who offered to have their vet take a look at him. Upon arrival, the manager of Petsmart began to talk about how this happens to "old dogs" in that they can't handle grooming. Meanwhile, our "old dog" LOVED our last groomer. He began shaking the minute we stepped into the store. Overall, it felt like something had happened (eg dog injuries, a death of a dog that happened recently) which is prompting the manager and the groomer to repeatedly mention canned comments surrounding "dog anxiety" or "nervousness". After his exam with the vet, she mentioned it seemed that he may have pulled his shoulder. Petsmart paid for his medical exam and pain pills. We were approached by the store manager "Rod" as we were leaving who stated that our dog could no longer be groomed there because of his age, which is interesting, because they had no issues with his "age" last night, or the month before. I would never, ever, bring him back here anyway. Overall - if you look at the reviews here, which I wish I did, the 1 or 2 star reviews are mostly for the grooming department. I truly believe they either are careless and don't own up to their mistakes or mistreat the animals. Fair warning...do NOT bring your dog here for grooming! read more

As far as the grooming service goes, the staff was very friendly and welcoming but my puppy cocker was returned to me with ears still waxed over and matted under eyes that you would expect to be cleaned when you pay for a full groom (bath, nails, ears, teeth). My dog was regularly groomed here by Kelly and Terri. Well she hasn't been groomed since before the pandemic so I set an appointment and I thought I would get someone new but oh boy don't I regret it. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT set an appointment with Britney. She was rude and made me absolutely uncomfortable with leaving my dog with her. I waited 30 mins outside the door because they were too busy to do curbside pickup, which is fine I wasn't even annoyed with that because I GET THE WAIT we are in the middle of a pandemic! When she came to the front reception area of the grooming station she looked annoyed already, not the normal smiling groomer I see here regularly. Immediately she made me nervous leaving my dog with her. Well she proceeded to ask me questions from the app that I answered pre-checkin and by mistake I answered one question with a yes. Okay my mistake, let's fix it but her let's fix it came off with a very rude and condescending attitude. I'm sorry you have to print the paper to have me sign it but it's a mistake. Rabies vaccination question is next and yes I have the records but in the car because I rushed to make my appt at curbside on time. Well she looked at me like I was some idiot and said well I need them, are you going to get them or what?!Okay! Well at that point I felt like I was going to cry so I asked to just cancel the appointment and she said well I can't make you feel comfortable if you don't soooo needless to say I walked out feeling frustrated that I went all the way there with my dog just be mistreated by her. I did the "Karen" and asked to speak to a manager because why would they let this person handle anyone's animal?! Well the manager listened, I was so angry I didn't even look at his name tag. He proceeded to tell me that "she yelled at me last week for 10 mins and I get it because she has a sick family member BUT it's not excuse" of course because that just makes me feel better...NOT. Do I feel for her sick family members of course but her job is to make the customer and the animal feel comfortable which she failed to do. Why would I feel comfortable with someone that makes me feel like she would take out her frustration on my dog?! Anyway I'm done with PetSmart and I hope that anyone who has booked with her rethinks their decision. Hopefully Kelly and Terri are still around because they were probably the best 2 groomers I've seen there! read more

This is the first time I was going to try their grooming service. The blond lady at the front desk was on the phone when I arrived, and she just ignored me while on the phone for a while. She didn't even look at me. Then another customer came in, she stand in front of her, and the lady ignored her too. When she was finished with the call she told us, rudely, that only one family was allowed at a time. She seemed very annoyed. It turned out that my dog's rabies vaccine just expired one day ago, and because of the Pandemic, his vet is short on appointments. She just said, rudely, we can't take him, the certificate is expired, sorry, bye. And that's it. She didn't offer to reschedule or anything. I'm never coming back. She must had having a bad day or something, but this is no way to treat first time customers. By the way, my dog just wanted to leave the waiting area so badly. Probably a tell sign. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO BE GROOMED HERE! I took my dog to get groomed and immediately walked out as soon as I saw one of the groomers yanking and yelling at one of the dogs. The dog was nervous and barking and the groomer violently was yanking the dog around and yelling at it to stop barking. I will never ever step foot in here again after seeing that. The groomer was doing it right in front of me, didn't even care that people were around. Just awful. My heart sank after seeing that dog treated that way. read more

I took my lab to get his teeth brushed here. All they do is put toothpaste on their finger and go around once for 9 bucks. It ridiculous. The staff is so rude in the grooming dept. I could have taken a tooth brush and done a better job. They told me they do it that way in case the dog would bite them. U are not brushing their teeth if u do it that way. She told me if I didn't like their way go somewhere else. I called for the manager and he said he doesn't want to endanger his employees and I said but we are paying for a service that is not being done right. Manager that is company policy. I said show where it says that. He said I'll give u your money back and go somewhere else. read more
