    Disney after a cut

Disney (my dog) loves coming to Groomingville. The staff is patient and kind to pups even when the pups are feisty. And they always come out looking like their best selves. While I have not tried to their boarding program, I return to the groomers for all Disneys needs. The service is great and the price is too!

I've been looking for a groomers to take my dog to, and thanks to the great reviews I found on Yelp for Groomingville - I decided to give them a try! I was able to book an appointment really quickly and easily online! I got a next day appointment, and could not have been happier with the service that Sage received. I opted for the 'Full Groom' which included a double shampoo, ear cleaning, expression of glands, nail trimming ... The full works! I felt this was really good value for money, Sage throughly enjoyed herself and she looked and smelled great when I picked her up. Looking forward to coming back again for more grooming sessions and possibly some playtime with their dog daycare as well! Their team were all super friendly and warm towards Sage and I - which makes all the difference with making you feel welcome!!

My baby needed a full grooming session (usually I trim him but I cannot cut nails), so I figured to take him out for the full groom. Very happy with what they did! And they put a cute little bandana on him! It was very easy to make an appointment online. They had tons of open slots when I looked into booking a week in advance. Not sure ewhich tech we had but we dropped them off and we were told 1.5 hours. They called us almost on the dot in that time! Very shocked! It cost $85 for the full groom which includes: cut, shower, brush, teeth cleaning, anal gland expression , and nail cut. The only thing I'm not a super fan of is once they're done with your baby, they are free roamed in the middle of the grooming floor. Picking up all the loose hair, walking around. My dog doesn't shed much, so it sucked to pick him up while his legs picked up other dogs hairs. My dog is anxious around other dogs so they had locked him in the bathroom. Thank you for keeping him separated, but I feel like they need a better system to keep the dogs separated. Location was hidden, off the cut, kind of close to twinbrook metro but in the back where the residential/warehouses were? Didn't even know there was stores back there! FYI, they have boarding and grooming which are through different doors! Grooming is towards the end.

Groomingville has done a wonderful job with our puppy Coco. The first time we took her there she was about 5 months old. We had tried going to a different groomer a few weeks earlier but they were only able to trim around her face. Groomingville was able to complete the full groom and was very patient with Coco. They did an excellent job, so we've continued to come back! They even are able to use the special prescription shampoo our vet gave us. Euge was our most recent groomer and she did an awesome job. Everyone that works here is super friendly. I'm considering checking out their daycare services as well. You can tell the employees truly care for and love dogs!

I recently took my dog to Groomingville and had an outstanding experience. I chose this location because it had great reviews and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The staff was friendly and professional, and they treated both my dogs with great care and attention. The grooming service was excellent--my dog looked and felt amazing afterward. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The building is on a strip with 3 different doors, I initially went to the boarding door but the grooming door is all the way at the end of the strip. The parking situation is very sparse so I recommend a quick drop off and pick up. I love that they do not cage the dogs and they get to roam around and make new dog friends. I highly recommend Groomingville for anyone looking for top-notch grooming services!

I have been bringing my dog here for almost 3 years and they always do an amazing job grooming my golden! We have had a few different people groom him and they are always consistent! Today we had Willy (that's what my receipt said lol) he did a fantastic job ! Couldn't recommend them more !

Do you offer sedated grooming for cats? my newly adopted medium-haired cat has horrible mats and may need a lion cut. I think he will need to be sedated though.

So far, so good. I…read morelearned about Pup Scouts Dog Care because I saw it from the window of a nearby gym. Since I was planning to go on an international trip very soon, I decided to stop by and inquire about its boarding services. I thought Henry, the owner, did a wonderful job explaining the ins and outs of Pup Scouts' boarding services during our impromptu meeting. He even provided a quick tour of the facility. While the boarding situation seems pretty standard, I was impressed to learn that it is a cage-/crate-free environment. Prior to booking a stay, the dog must complete 10 hours of of doggy daycare. I was not surprised by this stipulation. However, I was shocked (in a positive way) to learn that the 10 hours of doggy daycare is free. While Pup Scouts is a business, this showed me that they are interested in ensuring that the dog is a good fit rather than just focusing on profits. Online booking makes things pretty easy for reserving a spot. In most cases, I have been able to reserve slots for doggie daycare a few hours before dropping off the dog (e.g., booking in the morning for an afternoon stay). In terms of price, I think Pup Scouts is on par (if not slightly lower) to compared to other places in the area. While I've met only a few members of the staff, both persons were very professional and seemed to really care about working with dogs. During every instance of dropping off and picking up my pup, 1-2 customers would highlight how much they enjoyed working with Pup Scouts.

We had an unexpected family situation and were sure we would struggle to find the right accommodation for her. She is very affectionate but suffers from a bit of separation anxiety. Pup Scouts was incredible. They ticked all of the boxes - no crates, 24/7 staff supervision, flexible drop off and pick up - like ANY TIME. Henry was so friendly and understanding. From the start - he answered all of my questions at the meet & greet, and did a wonderful job of introducing other dogs to our little one. He was methodical and thoughtful in integrating her into the established "pack". He is incredibly gentle and affectionate and she took to him immediately. All of the staff were incredible. Having a live web-cam to check in on our little fur-baby at any time was so helpful in keeping our spirits calm and reassuring us that she was being well cared for. Pup Scouts is fantastic!

Pebbles (blue heeler, 1.5 years old) would never listen to me, would not sit or lay still, and had a lot of other obedience issues that caused her to be stressed or confused. She was a TOUGH dog to train and I was concerned I couldn't find the solution for her to get basic concepts. This view has completely changed since working with RSK9's 3 week program. I would HIGHLY recommend them and their methods - you can tell they genuinely love working with dogs and it's made a huge difference in giving my dog the chance to find real rest at home. They send DAILY updates with photos and videos which was so nice. This isn't a regular class or something you just pay for; it's truly an investment that you and your dog will be using for the time you get to share together. Side note: it's worth doing 3 weeks versus 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark is when Pebbles really started to understand her marks and cues. From here there is so much more that can be refined and Brandi/Perry really capitalize on that threshold being crossed!

Gina picked up Flossie and for the next three weeks we got pictures and videos every day of Flossie's training progress plus also information for us to learn about the training. All of this made the transition back home easy and seamless. Gina's instructions were clear and concise and she also made sure that we understood the hows and the whys of training. The staff downplayed the severity of the wound and kept trying to get us to dismiss it as an accident. According to the emergency vet they dropped our dog off at, it was a very deep bite, not evidence of a typical accident. Our dog needed staples and a drain inserted in his neck. Upon telling a staff member and their manager about the severity of the injury according to the vet, neither person expressed any sympathy for our dog and instead quickly gave us the rehearsed line about the liability waiver we signed. We understood Dogtopia wasn't liable, but their contract says owners are liable for any damages their dogs cause to staff or other dogs. I hope that they don't allow the dog that did this back to Dogtopia, but I have my doubts due to the answers we received. They ultimately ended up paying the nearly $1,000 emergency vet bill themselves but only after my wife and I persistently followed up. We did receive an apology from the manager but at that point their lack of sympathy and unwillingness to acknowledge the severity caused a lot of stress and hurt. I truly hope they are able to give their staff more training and show more love for the dogs who attend their daycare.
