Excellent service. Tamar was very helpful and patient. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and need to get something for your pets.

The trainer was very rude and condescending to older people. We only went to one session. She was very difficult to understand and very poor at describing concepts. We didn't bother to fight for our money back. This happened in Los Lunas on May 31 at 6 in the evening. read more

Poor care on selection of live fish with way to many dead and diseased ones floating. some of the employees are very pushy and rude. Smart Alec even. Watch when buying the fish because they tried to give me the smallest, sickest fish in the tank. When U asked them to get a healthy fish - the employee said "all our fish are super healthy - we hardly ever have any die. Meanwhile, there are so many dead ones in the tank that the employee can't work around - NOT netting up a few of those. I guess they think customers are stupid and blind. I'd say chalk it up to the braindead/rude Generation Z, but then I got to the cashier, in her 30's, who tried her best to force me to give a phone number and join their club. I had to tell her NO THANK YOU repeatedly. She was acting like her cash register wouldn't work without a phone number - and the return policy would be VOID if I had a paper receipt only. NEVER, have I EVER, had so many problems on a simple transaction. I recommend people find a better place to shop. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. read more

Dear god, I have never seen my dog so terrified post pick up... Were do I even begin? Employee (on the noon shift on 1/16/18) treated us like butt, talked to us like we were dropped on our heads and was vexxed by phrases like "I normally wash my own dog". When I came back, my dog was so terrified he did not even deign to piss/crap upon leaving. He went straight to the car, tail between legs, and jumped in curling up. And for some reason, "Could you wash my dog, trim his nails and secrete his anal glands" became "shave dog's face". Yeah. Seriously, you would be better off letting the pound pick Fido up then to take him to this place. Hard "Pass". read more

This location is not in my opinion that busy always employees standing around unwilling to help. The grooming place is a nightmare not busy but you still have to make appointment. I'm looking for a new groomer. read more

The store manager at the las lunas location refused to accept a return for 2-$30 jackets ordered on line that didn't fit my dog. They didn't have it in stock and they thought it would be too inconvenient. It's better to ask us the customer to drive to Albuquerque to return them when this store is down the street. I called the 1800 customer service number which said they are able to and should have. I will not take my business here and I hope you do the same until they learn how to respect customers time as much as their own . Zero customer service , very inconsiderate and not my idea of a typical stores Moro of customer first . I made a complaint and we will see how this is resolved . Regardless I'm not taking my money here again and I'm telling my family and friends and social circles to do the same . Their loss too bc I spend a lot of money on my babies . read more
