Worse groomers! Dropped my dog off 12:30pm for grooming (bath, trim, etc. and paid extra for conditioning). 1:28 pm got a call ready for pickup. $83 for my fur baby to look exactly the same way when I dropped him off. I should've know something was wrong when I get a pick up call after 1 hr. My dog was still wet and not fully dry. It's 34 degrees outside. I can empathize with groomer saying I'm sorry you're not happy, but got nothing from this person. When I returned after paying my dog was on another groomer's table. That groomer was blowing drying him. Prior to leaving to pay I asked them not to touch him. So why did the other groomer have on the table blow drying him. So they can't even follow simple instructions like "please don't touch my dog." Look at my poor dog's face. He knows he got a crappy groomer. The worse grooming my baby has ever had. Beware!

The worst experience ever!!! We ask for our mini golden doodle to receive a teddy bear hair cut the person who we booked with Devon had my dog looking like Freddy Bear! Hair is uneven she was rushed within 1 hour for a full grooming! She also has bald patches on the back of her legs. For her first haircut this was a horrible horrible experience and I want a refund! Tried calling the store 6 times no answer at all! I reported this store to it's corporate office, no wonder this location received a overall score of 2

Disgusting staff memeber Walter Jr was chosen to wash cut and clip my pamapoo. This Bruce Jenner looking guy had my dog sitting for so long in the cage he pooped on his self and that's not in his character, on top of that the cut was low quality I think ray Charles could've out done this sir ma'am. Don't trust Walter jr to groom your pets, this barbarian didn't even clip my boys nails correctly and my dog was very upset Didn't even wanna be bothered at all after this poor experience. STAY FAR AWAY from that guy Walter jr he is a Shameless animal

My cousin has a huge fish tank so we stopped here to get some things. At first I was excited to see the pets but that feeling soon left me. I was surprised to see how old most of the cats were. I'm sure the most adoptable would be kittens so I was sad thinking how much longer their time would be. I also saw birds and reptiles but not a single dog other than the customers own who were getting groomed. The staff presence seemed unbalanced. There were plenty of them doing this and that but only one girl working one register out of five.

I second Larenzo!!! Our dog had a horrible experience at this establishment nothing like what I've experienced at other pet smart locations! Seeing my dog so irritated has me in flames. I waited hours to be reunited with dog only to find him extremely sad & a botched haircut. Not one service I paid for was done correctly. All business here wasn't bad the manager seemed slightly nonchalant of the experience but did refund me to take him to the location I initially preferred. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN!

Ryan was so patient and we are amazed at what Shaggy has learned over the course of 8 weeks. He's a completely transformed dog. We learned so much along the way and feel much more confident in our dog handling skills. Shaggy can now sit, walk nicely on a leash, be quiet in his crate, and go to his place among other commands. He really enjoys training and we do too! Thank you again!

Rob and Tineisha started with the basics, teaching us simple exercises we could us to lay and foundation, providing advice about food, toys, and how to use the crate, housebreaking, etc. Murphy, our puppy, ALWAYS looked forward to their visits. Rob made training fun, and showed us how Murphy could actually be a happier dog through the training process. (And how our lives would be better, too.) Both trainers have real expertise, explaining not only the mechanics of proper training, but also the psychology behind it. We continued training through Murphy's first six months. Now, when I walk Murphy on the city streets and he heels perfectly, sits as a default at crosswalks, and generally behaves himself, I am so happy we had Rob and Tineisha's guidance and advice. HD Dog Training were dependable, thoughtful in their direction, and showed genuine care for us and concern for the well-being of our dog. They are great at what they do.

When I picked up my 8 month old puppy she was so desperate to pee and poo, she went on the sidewalk in front of their building. She was so thirsty she was panting and needed water immediately. I sent food but she did not eat there. To compound the problem, Communication is awful. They don't let you into the space. You stand on the sidewalk - they crack open the door and pull her in or give you the leash to take her out. You get 1 email a week with some photos and videos. They don't appear to read the form you fill out and don't discuss goals. I told them that my puppy has had training since birth, but their first video was showing me how to hold a leash. The second video was of a different dog being trained - they said my dog was tethered watching. Throughout the entire video I could hear her crying. No one attempted to soothe her at all. I provided constructive input verbally and in writing by email. Despite my bad experience at the City School, I was still interested in the Farm School. I went to the open house and they were much more transparent about what a typical day looks like there. But before the evaluation day (which is separate from the City School evaluation), they called me to say that they were cancelling the evaluation because I am not a good fit for their program. They said it had nothing to do with my dog, who is a very sweet Labrador, it is because I am not "aligned" with them. They were not willing to even listen to why I thought the Farm School would be a better fit than the City School, saying that the decision had been made "by senior management" and it is not worth wasting time talking about it. Wow!

Prior to working with Daniel, my dog, Eugene, would bark, spin, mouth, run, and turn into a high-energy dog whenever someone entered my space, then stay high-energy after they left. It made me nervous having guests over. I put off dog training because I thought I could Google and read my way to a solution, we had a decent foundation in obedience on our own, and, frankly, Eugene and I had been stuck in our ways for some five years together. I wasn't sold on dog training. How wrong I was! Daniel's expertise went above and beyond anything I could've figured out myself. He helped me apply the obedience work we'd already done to create stronger boundaries and a better relationship. He noticed a few quirks in Eugene that meant generic dog advice just wasn't enough. Because Daniel has read so extensively in addition to his real-life experience, he could call out advice I'd picked up that wasn't serving us or help put it in context. Daniel is also dedicated to making the training process efficient -- he's not trying to sell you sessions you don't need -- and he makes himself available between sessions, which was a godsend as we were working through new behaviors. The result is a dog (and an owner) who is more confident and less anxious. Eugene has become a pleasure to be around, and I am so grateful for this. Thanks, Daniel!

Daniel immediately stood out when we were looking for a trainer for his credentials and after a short phone call we already felt confident he was the correct choice. At the initial assessment he observed us and Asher before sitting down & creating a gameplan for training. An additional benefit is that Daniel made it clear that we could text him any time with questions. We can't thank Daniel enough for how he's helped us and can't recommend him enough to any other dog parents looking for assistance. Thank you Daniel!
