Best friend when I tell you I feel SOOOO bad because I go these guys to groom my babies and I have yet to write a review. I know they are saying ABOUT time. No worries I got you guys. This place is located in a small area where there is a Target and all kinds of food places around. You don't have to worry about parking Everytime i come here the employees are sooo beyond sweet so it keeps me coming back of course. Now when I first got my mini poodle. He didn't look like a mini poodle but mind you he was only 4 months old and just a little baby so his first haircut omg I didn't recognize him. My baby looked soooooo cute with his tail and boy washed. I just could t stop loving on him. lol I know he was thinking ok lady PLEASE sit down somewhere lol. Bottom line. I LOVE this place. The groomers do a really good job and I appreciate the love and care. Thank you guys

READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING GROOMING HERE Without exaggerating, you place your dog at risk of needing an urgent visit to a vet if you groom here. I am a physician who routinely performs outpatient surgery, and the injury left on my dog is nothing short of negligence. If you reference the picture below, then you will see an approximately 2cm, full thickness, skin laceration to his mid abdomen, exposing the muscle fascia that covers his abdominal muscles. I was told this was created by a "blade" used during their grooming process. I do not say this lightly, the kind of rushing, corner cutting, and/or poor training responsible for this kind of injury creates the kind of conditions that put your dog at risk for having the fatal outcome most of us fear and have head about on social media--the one where they jump off the grooming table and are choked from the collar. I would need to see some kind of official response or change to ever go near this establishment again. They are paying for the vet bill and didn't charge for the grooming fee but you can probably imagine that's cold comfort. Medical concerns aside, the haircut is terrible. You can also reference the pictures and see that they basically set a cutter to a certain length and just ran the length of my dog with it (incompletely I might add). They also did so for my OTHER dog who was there getting groomed as well, in case you were wondering if they stopped early with only my injured dog because of the accident. I think I've said enough. Be careful with this place.

Vienna has grown up going to this PetsMart. Always an amazing experience with the training crew. We LOVE Dr. Tinc who visits every Saturday with ShotVet. Truly, we trust him more than anybody at local clinics right now. And now we have tried Grooming with PetsMart for the first time today. She was not scared when they were finished and she looked & smelled amazing. We did the Bathe and Brush, and the Luxury add-on package with the HEMPZ soap. Really happy with the service and will 100% be back!

Took my pug/poodle mix for a haircut and nail trim. They were so kind and great at communicating what the various services were since it was our first visit. Definitely scheduling with them in the future!

This is for the grooming department! Jaime was my baby's groomer for today and I was more than happy with his attitude, heart and passion for his job with my puppy! Barkley was so happy with drop off and pickup today for his bath! His first time here and it won't be his last! Ask for Jaime!

Worst examples of carelessness & animal abuse I've ever witnessed in a pet store. Not simply dying fish, but MOUNDS of dead fish, dirty tanks, multiple fish stuck in filters. Don't buy fish here. If they're not dead, they're surely sick and will die shortly after arriving to their new home.

I can't speak for all of the groomers, but I followed Zang to the Potranco store from another petsmart location when this new store opened.

Ashley was his "trainer", although I really don't know how much time she spent with him, since communication was very spotty during his board and train due to "phone issues" and a "medical issue". I got one video of my dog training with two other trainers at a Lowes, and just a couple pictures of him during his time there. Upon pickup, it was clear he didn't have a mastery of the "place", "heel", and "off", all of which are in the contract as skills the dog will learn. Even with reinforcement, I feel most of his time there was wasted. You can buy the mini educator e-collar for $180, which is the one they send you home with, and train your pet yourself with just a few hours a week and save yourself a ton of money. The worst thing, was that immediately after he came home he was sick with a virus that he was exposed to during his stay and cost me $5000 in vet bills to save his life. He was fully vaccinated, but still got sick, and after I contacted Bulletproof, they made no effort to help or follow up. Now, clearly this is a one-off review, but do yourself a favor and research e-collar training before you spend so much money on this training facility.

I had used some other trainers in the past for some of my others but I never had any success so I was not getting to excited about trying another place. But after reading about them and being owned and trained by Veterans I was sold. I took him in and I met the new trainer Gage. I liked him and facilitates right away. i left my baby there 15 days and Gage was awesome, he was constantly sending me videos and photos of his progression .Then after the time was up we went in for the training of me. Anyway, my dog is perfect, and I would not suggest a better place!

Today she sat nicely in the car, watched them and didn't try to get away from. Big improvement. I look forward to watching her become even more confident with her group classes. Highly recommend!

I wish I had found Off The Leash first because it would have saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of frustration. Before Ronnie came here, I had already paid, the Same Money for another board, and, train program through Dog Wise. Ronnie already knew her basic obedience commands before she went. We hired them because we needed help with her resource guarding and wanted her exposed to real, life situations and people. She came home knowing how to "place" on a cot, but that was about it. I tried to convince myself it was worth it, but in my heart I never felt like she was getting worked with every day. I received very few basic train videos or updates during her stay, and honestly, it felt more like she spent her time in a kennel than in training. She even came home without her personalized collar and leash. We did not receive any of the follow up sessions promised. I also spent a lot of money on private one-on-one lessons with another trainer through Sit Means Sit. Four 50-minute sessions later, I still wasn't getting the help Ronnie really needed. I spoke with two other companies that turned Ronnie down because of the outcome from Dog wise. Then we found Off The Leash. From the very beginning, it has been a completely different experience. Ronnie bonded with her trainer Mark almost immediately, and you can see how much he genuinely care about her. Every single day I get videos, updates, and a summary of exactly what they worked on, how Ronnie did, what they're building on next, and what I need to know when she comes home. I never have to wonder what's happening because they keep me involved every step of the way. The biggest difference has been the real-world training. Ronnie isn't just learning commands in a building. She's going on field trips to busy stores like Lowe's, pet stores, sporting goods stores, parks, and other places where there are real distractions. She's learning how to be confident and how to make good choices in everyday situations. I also love seeing videos of her in mark's home interacting with his family. Watching Ronnie become more relaxed, more social, and more confident has meant so much to me. As someone who works full time, travels for work, and is also a full-time caregiver, I simply don't have the time to give Ronnie this kind of daily exposure and consistency. That's exactly why I chose a board, and, train program, and this is the first time I truly feel like I'm getting what I paid for. I'm actually excited for the leash handover because I know they're going to teach me how to continue everything Ronnie has learned. They've made me part of the process instead of making me feel like someone waiting on the sidelines. If you're looking for a trainer, ask questions. Ask how often you'll get updates. Ask to see training videos. Ask how much real world exposure your dog will get. For me, Off The Leash has restored my confidence in professional dog training. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will use them again.
