I had a 0900 appointment. I dropped off my dog and 30 minutes later recived a call to come get my dog because he was not happy in the crate. Crate? what the hell was he doing in a crate, you were suppose to be cutting his hair. I thought appointments were made for a reason. I will not be back. read more

Terrible service today, came in to drop my dog off for a grooming appointment and the person in the back did not come up to the front to check us in. Waited 20 min and the cashier up front was no help saying she couldn't even go in the back to get her attention. Waste my time driving all the way up here read more

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. they had about 30 dead fish in a tank and when i voiced my concerns the girl at the front proceeds to tell me she "didn't have time yet." and then glares at me. but then she goes back and talks to her coworkers and laughs about the matter. and proceeds to not to care about the remaining fish who are still alive and might i add suffering. if you know anything about fish which apparently this place knows jack all, you can't keep dead fish in a tank with others. it will kill them. these fish were decaying so they've been in there for a minute. what a disgusting place. their snakes are all skinny and crammed in a little container, same with their tortoises. one's legs were so crammed in there and he looked hurt. terrible place. do not buy from this store. read more

Be very careful shopping in this store or branch of it..Merchandise indicated as 14.00 suddenly became 25.99 at the register.When I asked later about why there such a difference in price, I was told items get mixed around and that the store does not like putting up dividers to prevent this from happening..I called the sales clerk later and told her what happened she said her job is very difficult and all she could do is try to ask about putting up dividers. She answered the phone in such a manner of being an exacerbated robot before I even spoke. I explained that when a customer encounters this it feels like "bait and switch." The time and money of customers is important too. My cat likes the overpriced toy, but had I known the actual price I would have chosen a different one. We stood there a long time going over the costs and level of fun and interest. A clerk could not be found to ask questions. With the marked price plus level of fun we deduced this one was the best for the money. When there are screw ups on price the customer feels tricked, baited. But the clerk said basically there was nothing she could do unless I want to bring it back. I live in another town and do not want to spend the gasoline and time. So. whatever you choose there expect it not to cost what is marked. If you do not care and have time and money to burn go here. They will certainly burn up your time and money with stupid and lazy explanations. The item is called, "Chase Meowtain" with four levels of play. We should have checked online via our phones. Later, I did and found these sell for $19.99, much cheaper than 26 dollars. If you go here, check their prices against those on the internet or at other pet stores. Do not seek help from any of the clerks on the phone later. They do not care if you return or not. read more

This petsmart had an employee who was really rude and discriminating to my grown son today. My son went in to purchase guppies and mollies for his fishtank and the employee would only sell him 4 of them. He also would not sell him an angel fish and told him he would need a photo of his fish tank before doing so. Not quite understanding this and have tried to contact corporate but they are not currently open. I will be making a call to find out the reason. It is not up to an employee as far as I know as to what they sell you. They may suggest but they cannot tell you that you cannot purchase fish from them. read more

Maverick walked out of this PetSmart's grooming department looking like a stud... And he knew it. The extra pep in his teeny tiny steps were the artistic proof. I'm actually quite picky about my dog's hair and somehow they managed to cater to my request of avoiding cutting his feet so short they looked like stilettos. They even had a name for it: the modified lamb cut. You got that Mav? Bonus: the employees are all super friendly... But then again... this IS North Carolina. read more

Pretty good grooming service, however, the time your pet is available is ridiculous. Scheduled a 7am appointment and was told that my toy poodle will be ready about 11. After I inquired on the long wait time the associate begin to tell me how they have walk-ins, etc. I suppose my definition of an appointment is different for everyone. Also, still had some matting on my dog so please check your pet before you leave. read more

First I was she scheduled for a Monday appointment they said they tried to reach me but never did .i drive 20 miles each way just to get rescheduled for 1030 Wednesday .i explained my shitzu gets very stressed so we could not have her there for 4-5 hours .well guess what they kept her for 5 hours and tried to tell me I had a later appointment in which I had the card to prove my time .the manager of the grooming department was very RUDE .i will never use Pets smart again .She said it's complaining customers as myself that they have to pick up the phone for us why dogs are late bring picked up .really take some accountability Pet Smart .picked our dog up haircut not like we wanted in addition five other dogs waiting no other way to describe an assembly line puppy mill grooming salon read more
