I called recently for a rehire and learned that I would not only need to reprint her materials but was treated in a grossly rude manner when I stated that I didn't have the ability to print something from home at the moment. She offered alternatives disdainfully, and actually had the gall to ask me if I could have my mother print it out for me (I am a 40 year old professional). This is after her original exhaustive procedure for beginning service during which I was told "customers call me and we take care of them when they are already out of town." I guess they left without calling previously but remembered to print out paperwork. Anyway, she was ugly enough for me to want to write this review. I'd worry about my animals in the care of someone that doesn't want to keep their customers.

The staff is super friendly and helpful; the first time we boarded our dogs, they called me, concerned because one of them hadn't eaten his dinner. I let them know that was normal for him (he can have some separation anxiety), and they said they would call back if it continued to be an issue. Really only complaint is with the cost of boarding... as someone else mentioned, you pay a base price for the boarding, but then extras, such as a cot in the kennel, bedding, extra playtime, etc. are a separate added cost, which can add up pretty quickly. But, worth it to me knowing that my dogs are getting good care while I'm away.

They video taped the cats hanging out and getting lots of attention and sent it to me while we were gone. I actually got home a bit early, so it was terrific that Justin could give lots of attention to my male cat (who obviously adored him and wouldn't stop rubbing up against his legs) while I brought my stuff in. Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them! I would recommend them to anyone who has to leave their homes -- it's reassuring to know that pet sitting isn't just a 'job' to them -- they love animals!
