Great experience. I was lucky to find my Service Animal food here. This was the second PetSmart I drove too. Food seems to be low but I'm so glad I found two bags of what I needed. FYI, If you're looking for Royal Canin Adult boxer food there's none here. I just bought their last two bags. The staff is always so pleasant. the worst PetSmart (tri-county) grooming. You set an appointment at 4pm they close at 3pm even tho says open till 5pm. You set an appointment on line it says been booked then you get there they say employees left early. Grooming staff so unprofessional. Can't trust them!! TRI-County location is horrible. read more

Service is hit and miss. Why book an 8am appointment if you're not ready or can't accept pets until 5 or 10 after. When picking up your pet for their grooming appointment, you sit there and wait. Then you receive a ticket only to have to wait in another line to pay. There should definitely be a cash register inside of the grooming room. One cashier for both takes too long. read more

I go to this Petsmart regularly because it is right next to my work, and the people here are always the nicest. The tall man who works the register during the day is always super kind, greets me when I come in, and seems to really enjoy working here. I used to be a PetSmart employee myself, and this location provides me with nostalgia from my days as an associate. The enclosures for the pets and cats are always extremely well taken care of, and the entire store is always clean and organized when I come in. There are always amazing deals and I've never been displeased with a purchase at this location. I also love the products they sell, Petsmart always has high-quality, cost-effective goods. I attached a photo of the cat scratcher and bed I just got today, it looks and functions exactly like it does in the picture!! I feed my cats Authority, which is a proprietary brand for Petsmart, and they are never out of the food (or anything else) that I need to purchase. I really am getting sick of unprofessional and untrained groomers. They couldn't remove two small matts behind the ears. So they refused my dog. I took them out in the parking lot. What a waste of time. Not every dog will sit on the table perfectly for you. The groomers need to go through better training for stressed pets. Learn how to desensitize the dogs to the grooming tools. So our dogs do not have to suffer due to horrible groomers. read more

Our neighborhood PetSmart is a favorite of mine and of my furbaby, Sammers because she loves getting to go in with me. It doesn't hurt that the cashier ALWAYS gives her a treat! Sammers went in for a bath, toenail trim and breath treatment right before Thanksgiving and you know what - my family members noticed and remarked how soft she felt with less fur loss accompanied by a wonderful aroma. Often when I am in the store, there will be pets for adoption and my heart strings pull me towards the area on the right hand side of the store where there are kitties for adoption. You read their stories and you just want to bring them all home. But because my cat at home would be jealous, they have to suffice with me rubbing their cheeks and fur with my hand against their cages. If it's dog obedience classes you will be wanting, they've got that, too. My dog rates it two paws up!!! read more

Have been Using Petsmart to keep my Sheltie looking and feeling good after a grooming for 10+ years. Girl named Bethany does Connor now and she is GREAT! Meets us at the door and knows Connor by name, feels through his coat, looks at eyes, ears, teeth, checks him all out when I drop him off... when I pick him up he looks like a show dog and he trots out like one too. Recommend them to anyone... they love dogs... at this's location for sure and Bethany if you get her is Super! Saturday's grooming was 5 Star as usual! read more

PetSmart has everything one may need for a pet. They almost have too much. PetSmart is on the expensive side. The only reason I went here to get what I was looking for is because I was going to the Play It Again Sports two doors down. I would rather make one trip than two. I have a feeling I may have over paid by $5+ dollars. Nothing I needed was on sale. My daughter did like looking at the fish, birds, lizards, and cats. This location has a groomers, dog classes and cat adoption. It was okay. I don't think I will be back. read more

I've been a pretty loyal fan of this Pet Smart for years, and I don't even live by it now. I don't really know why, but maybe it's just familiarization. I know where everything is and the staff have always been helpful here. Plus I'm a nerd and they have kitties that need a home, so I ALWAYS have to go and give them a few pats on the head. The only reason it's not a full five stars is because of their prices. They are SO expensive!!! I do buy the top of the line food for my pets though and that may be why. I have two old animals and I want to keep them here as long as I possibly can, so I figure the expensive food can't hurt. I haven't tried their groomers yet for my pup, but it's on my to do list, so I'll let you know when I do. As far as their vet's office.. also VERY expensive. I decided to go somewhere else for my pets because I couldn't afford their prices. YIKES. But that's a different review for another time. As far as the store itself goes, it's pretty great. I recently adopted a border collie mix, he needed a deep brushing and had some issues. Sarah, was the best . She was patient with him and his fears and even though it took a bit longer than predicted they called and communicated. My new fur baby feels great, looks great and smells great, thanks to an understanding and expert staff. I will always trust this location with my pets and my heart, you should too. read more

I use to buy all my food there, I even joined the heartless hart cat and dog rescue. I had a cat and her babies needed a home. I was kicked out of pet smart for visiting my cats when in the cages. then one of the volunteers from hart was going to place mamma and AANG in a home with a vet tech with 20 other cats. and the lady had a room with 20+ cats who had FIP. so I had to pay hart to take my babies back. I will not recommend that rescue to anyone !!go to the shelter save a life. or go to OAR or HEART rescue on reading rd but stay away from the hart cat and dog rescue they are crack pots. because of that rescue I use the store very little read more

Brought my German Shepherd Kado for a bath and nail trim, the girl, Chelbey, that took care of him did an awesome job! Kado is so clean and his nails look great! He also had his ears cleaned and they look good too. They are very friendly and Kado doesn't mind behaving for them since they treat him good. would definitely recommend and will use in the future! read more

My husband and I go to this location for our pet needs because it's the closest to us. Every single time we've been at this location it's never a pleasant experience. The staff is always rude and in a hurry if you can even find a staff member. Last time we were in there the cashier pulled out his phone and started texting right in front of us and we had to wait until he was done to push our type of payment so we could scan our card to leave. I will be choosing a different pet store for our future needs. The staff needs a re course on how to treat customers. read more

Very disappointed after visiting this store. I love the Colerain location and expected the staff here to be as friendly. That didn't happen! I was ignored in the fish department and treated like I was rude when I asked the 2 workers that were just taking for help. Once I got to the register the cashier charged me for an angel fish and I bought a platty. It's about a $6 difference and when I told her the mistake she fought me on it. Just wanted to leave the fish there at that point but didn't. Will never go back there! read more

I have been bringing my dog Matti to Kelly Donnell for grooming for 2 years now. Kelly is the BEST. Matti does not like cages so Kelly suggested the express grooming for her and it has made both Matti and my life much easier. When Matti leaves after grooming she acts as if she is ready to "strut her stuff".....she looks beautiful and even my vet as commented on the excellent grooming job. Kelly goes the EXTRA mile to make bows for Matti's hair....I don't think Matti cares but I do. Kelly is the reason I go to the Springdale store even though another Petsmart is closer. Highly recommend grooming with Kelly!!!! read more

This is the very worse store I have ever done business with . I am a loyal customer of Petsmart and I do ALOT of business with them .....Untill now ! This is the second time I have had a HUGE ISSUE with this store . The MANGERS are absolutely the worse . My first issue with this store was a return with a reciept.This store and the MANGEMENT REFUSED to allow me to return an item because thats their policy but on the other hand another Petsmart store allowed the return with full a full refund . I was so upset that I actually contacted Petsmart corporate office . Today I had an appointment for my Havenesse dogs to be groomed . Due to being out of town on vacation I requested that they call our Vet to confirm that they both was up to date on their shots . WELL........We arrive at the groomers only to find that they had not called our vet and refused to groom them . When the young lady asked RACHEL what to do she loudly stated it wasn't their responsibilty to call . At that time she informed RACHEL that it was requested on their records to call . At that time I asked RACHEL was she talking about us and she said no I thought she was talking about another dog ...not only was she very RUDE to her co-worker in front of us and 2 other customers that was in the store SHE LIED after she saw that they was suppose to call to confirm their shots was up to date ! At that time I requested to speak with a manager....here we go again !!!! MIKE ( The manager and I use the title loosely) offered 50% off if we wanted to reschedule ...once again the mangement came up on the short end ! Never once did he apoligize or even act like he was concerned that THEY had messed up . He just stood there looking very indifferent !!!!!!! I contacted the regional manger DAN OTT ...... Hopefully he will have better mangement skills then the so called managers at this Petsmart store ...We will see .. Petsmart has lost a very loyal customer because of the mangers and the customer service at the Tri county store ! I will take my business elsewhere ! I have had enough ! read more
