I took my 3month old Toy Poodle in for his $38 first puppy trim and nails cut on Sunday. When I picked him up his hair was still quite long & didn't seem to be cut and his nails still scratched; maybe he had a bath; just didn't smell clean&fresh as I thought he would. I brushed his hair on Monday, no problem, but Tuesday morning everywhere he laid was a trail of cut hair all over the floor. I don't see any bald spots yet, but locks of hair are everywhere he lays down. The receptionist was kind and helpful, but I won't go back and neither can I recommend the grooming department in Tulsa Hills. I will be calling for answers today. Below are pics of hair loss and after grooming pic. Still pretty fuzzy, but still cute as a button.

Best staff ever! Had my Nala girl get treated by them for a long time before she passed away. They even sent flowers and a card to my family. Who else gives amazing costumer service like that because I can't think of anyone who can meet there fantastic and wonderful talent and personality! They are now treating my first ever cat Theia Louise and are really helping me be a good cat mom!!! Much appreciate and love to this Pet Smart location. (Shout out to Victoria and Kristie for being amazing!!!)

We have been taking our dogs to this location for as long as I can remember for grooming, and all of our experiences have been relatively positive. The lady in the cat room was very nice, even when we were there to just look at their cats. You could tell that she enjoyed her job and was not just another employee looking to get a paycheck, the cages were always clean and she handles the cats with care. When we had finally decided it was time to adopt one, she made the adoption process very easy and made sure that we had the right cat for our needs. Would recommend! UPDATE: We decided to go back because we felt that we had room for one more baby in our house so we returned and while the lady in the cat room wasn't there one of the managers help us pick out our cat, whom we love very much. I felt the need to share yet another delightful experience at this location.

I think they have a very good variety of everything, price wise I think it's pretty good. I like their grooming salon, I think I might bring my pups here. Everything looks clean. We bought filters for our fish tank and we this offer "buy one get one half off". Cashier was very nice and told me that we get points for each purchase and then you can exchange it for treats. So like $2 dollars off for certain amount of points. You do need to register in order to get them. I love to come in and pet some of the dogs we find in our way.

The groomer cut the dogs ear. Read my review...

This is for the grooming place inside of Petsmart. They cut my dog. His ear bled. They should have at least not charged me. It was a decent sized cut. It took two weeks to heal. I have visited this place twice. On the first visit they refused to listen to what haircut we wanted and instead made my dog look ridiculous. The second visit, they sliced his ear open. see above ^

If you are reading this review and looking into dog training, I highly recommend you call Thrive…read moreDog Training because you will be nothing but impressed and happy with the decision to have them train your dog(s)! Thrive Dog Training changed our lives and the life of our Pit Bull, Bossy, in a way I never thought was possible. She was a sweet and loving dog with my husband and I but she had many issues - barking at everyone and at every little noise; pulling when she was on a leash; jumping on guests and annoying them until they gave her attention or until they left our house; begging for food while we were eating and taking food right off our plates or hands when we weren't paying attention; peeing when she got nervous or excited regardless of where that pee went; totally freaking out whenever she saw another dog and wanting to attack the dog(s). We were not only annoyed and embarrassed with her behavior but we were also scared to death of her attacking someone or attacking someone's pet and us being sued and/or having to put her to sleep. We ended up purchasing a lifetime membership and it was worth every dollar and then some. Nathan and all of his staff at Thrive took the best care of Bossy and turned her into the perfect dog! Every bad trait and behavior of hers was gone. She was still the sweetest and most loving dog, but we were no longer afraid of taking her out in public or of her being around other people and other dogs; no longer embarrassed by her when guests came over; we no longer had to be annoyed or angry with her because now when she got excited, she kept her excitement contained and stayed obedient which eliminated her accidents all over the house. Best decision we ever made! Unfortunately Bossy passed away recently but when we do decide to get another puppy or adult dog, they will be trained by Nathan and his staff also!

My dog Marley was way out of control prior to meeting Nathan and his wonderful staff at Thrive!…read more Worth every penny!!! Our lives and Marleys life is much more fulfilling and fun now! We get to take Marley everywhere and everyone is so impressed by his behavior! I recommend Thrive to everyone! Thanks Thrive!

We did have to give them permission to x-ray, which I appreciated. They were super sweet to our dog, the service was very fast, and they explained everything to us in detail. Luckily our girl did not need surgery and our total cost was very reasonable. I would absolutely go there for services in the future if my regular vet was not available.

She tried to avoid taking responsibility for almost everything. She started reading the lab results…read moreand then claimed that neither she nor the other doctor had suggested euthanasia. I called her out on that, and she responded, "Well, we have to have that conversation sometimes." I pointed out that just moments earlier she had said they never suggested it. She also claimed she wasn't the one who performed or reviewed the labs and ultrasound, so I pointed out that the paperwork has her name listed as the attending veterinarian. I took my dog to another hospital and had the labs redone and pancreatitis showed up on it 45 mins after leaving. Also this whole ordeal with them cost over $3,000. The entire conversation was like that. Every time I confronted her with documentation or something she had previously said, she had to backtrack or change her explanation. It was obvious she was scrambling to justify her actions. I also brought up EPO. I explained that it's been available since the 1980s, and she agreed. I reminded her that we specifically asked whether there was anything that could increase her red blood cell count, and she told us there wasn't a medication available. At that point, she changed her explanation and said they weren't treating her for that condition and that the clinic didn't carry it. I told her that wasn't the point and we specifically asked if a medication existed that could help, and she said no. EPO is readily available and costs around $34 at Walgreens. I also questioned how they insisted she did not have pancreatitis, yet by the time I drove her to Bartlesville, about 45 minutes later, she was diagnosed with it. Pancreatitis doesn't develop in 45 minutes, which raises serious concerns about whether it was missed during their evaluation.
