Staff is super helpful and friendly. They really get the chance to know your puppy and have gone above to accommodate last minute requests for boarding stays. So my dog pulled on the leash while checking in. The rude staff member said that they can't take dogs with a "cough". I explained he had throat damaged. She said I was "Not a vet and could not determine that". I explained that the vet is aware. She continued to harass me. I would not recommend taking your dog here unless you want poor treatment by staff. If they are this inconsiderate of dog owners, one can only imagine how poorly they might treat your pet. read more

On Sunday, March 2 between 9:30am - 2ish. My dog was there to get groomed I highly recommend that you DO NOT go there for grooming. The Groomer was a young man who appeared he just graduated from grooming school. He did 90% ok job. I came from a time I knew how to groom and what to do; I didn't have to ask. This young guy had a friendly rudeness attitude. "I know how to groom". if he knew how to grow then why didn't my dog's ears did not get done; underneath the ears and around it did not get done and her sanitation area was very choppy - was not cut clean. I boarded my doberman at PetSuites for about 2 weeks while we were moving into a new home. I was very happy with them and will use them next time I need boarding. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I can tell they love dogs. I really liked that they communicated via text. They offered to put Jolene into the morning Daycare group every day for only $4 extra. That was well worth it to get Jolene out of her little kennel and give her a chance to stretch her legs and have some fun. I was able to take Jolene out of the kennel and keep her with me for a couple of the days. The staff made the check in and check out process simple. My whole family loved getting the Pawgress reports with pictures and a quick summary of Jolene's activities. PetSuites also offers daily enrichment activities for your dog for a low price. They send a text with a description and price and you can easily OK it for your dog if you want a little something extra. Finally, they appear very clean and safe. We got a quick tour of the kennel and everything was spotless. There is a big window for viewing the daycare dogs when you first walk inside. I loved this place. I took my dogs for their first daycare experience & when i picked them up they all passed out as soon as we got in the car. Petsuites sent an update that they passed their evaluations, an update picture, & at the end of the day they sent them home with the cutest report cards! I did an add on so that they got to participate in Unicorn day also. For $10 each they all got a specialty picture & treat. My youngest dog is 4 months old, so she got to go to preschool with other puppies to socialize. read more

Ughhh. What a wildly frustrating experience. I booked both my 5 dogs meet fam and their stay over the phone. I ended up cancelling 2 out of 5 and they cancelled the whole bunch!! It ended up being more expensive to board 3 than 5 and one dog had to be alone. No concessions were made. They didn't give back all their meds. I live 40 min away so had to make a trip back to retrieve. They would not answer the phone!! You can get the corporate people (who are AWFUL) but when transferred to the local location it just rings. I waited 4 mo to post this to make sure I didn't give the a bad review in anger. The good: staff was super sweet, they give honest behavioral evaluations and it seems really clean. *** in response to the owners: 5 dogs arrives on 10/16/23 at 9:00 am and were picked up at 5:00 pm same day. I'm almost positive it was called "meet the fam" because it was such a cute name. Three dogs were boarded on 11/1 or 11/2 and one dog was picked up on 11/4 and the other two on 11/5. read more

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE! We left our pup here for 5 day. When we called we asked ask and made sure that he would be receiving all the care he needed and paid EXTRA for it. When we picked him up they said they needed to bathe him. We obviously waited, upon receiving him he was ALL YELLOW with pee stains that they couldn't remove even with a "whitener shampoo". We told them before dropping him off that he was still really young and that he would pee himself at nights, that we as the owners would have to wash him in the mornings. Their policy as stated when we asked was that they would handle with a wash up and or bath. IT WASNT DONE. Our dog was left dirty until THE DAY we picked him up, where they realized he was all yellow with pee and we had just arrived to pick him up. They tried to clean it and couldn't. He is a white German Shepherd, now being at home I have given him 2 baths and it still hasn't come out. When I called to ask them about this situation they said he has been white and clean up to the day we picked him up. Which only infuriated me even more. Knowing that I wash him every time I see that he peed himself over night and the next morning after I bathe him he's clean, and white again. They were lying and trying to get out of it instead of apologizing or trying to make it right. Our pup has also had diarrhea since we picked him up, I'm overlooking this situation only because I know how sensitive a puppies stomach can be and anything could've set it off, including a treat they might have given him. But we will NEVER leave him there again. We paid to have the suit I can only imagine what happens to the poor dogs left in the regular rooms. Please find somewhere else for them! read more

He does not leave the house. He potties on pee pads. He had to contract if from here. I know you are going to say no too cover your assets. Yet, he couldn't of gotten anywhere else. Rosie was just fine at PetSuites. I was apprehensive at first but she took to staff right away.

All I can say is wow! This place is truly a luxury hotel for dogs. My two Rotties were there for the past 10 days and were so well taken care of by all the friendly staff who welcomed them as family. My female has horrible arthritis and had a side effect from the medication she is on and had horrible diarrhea and vomiting and they did nothing but show her true compassion, care and empathy throughout her days of being sick. They monitored her closely, kept me abreast of how she was doing and sent pictures every single day to let me know she was in good hands. Aaliyah, one of the best people I have ever met in my entire life ran to get her a prescription from our vet which is all the way across town. Taylor, another friendly staff member would constantly share updates as to the progression of our family pets. We had set up dates for boarding our dog. We provided shot records and a deposit three days prior to drop off date. We were told everything looked good. The day we tried to drop off - we were told that our dog needed a shot and they wouldn't be able to keep him. This was concerning due to the fact we were traveling to our daughters WEDDING. Honestly, someone should have reviewed his shot record at least 48 hours prior to drop off and given us time to provide the shot needed. read more

We boarded our pug at Pet Suites of Murfreesboro after being referred there by our usual pet hotel that was booked solid for Thanksgiving. We got a tour of the place a few weeks before we went away and were very impressed by the facility and staff, who clearly love animals and enjoy their work. Every day we were away we got updates and photos and the staff was very friendly when I called to check on how things were going. I've already recommended this facility to some of our neighbors and look forward to having them care for our dog again. read more

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I boarded both of my dogs there last month and they are still recovering physically from staying there. When I picked them up I was informed that I needed to have one of my girls looked at by a vet because she was coughing. I took them both in and they both ended up having a respiratory infection and are still on antibiotics as I type this. It's been almost 3 weeks. They said that they would reimburse me for the vet visit but have ignored all emails and voicemails I have left. This was over a 500.00 vet bill. They didn't even have the common decency to call me back or email me back regardless of what they might have said. They have complete disregard for people and their pets. Do not board your babies here. I will tell everyone I come in contact with not to board their pets here. read more

I will NEVER bring my babies here again! My girls are each big dogs about 100lbs each. When we talked to them they described the room they would be staying in as big enough for both of them to stay in, a room. My older dog could not handle the commotion there and they asked that we pick her up, she's a large dog, she has a loud bark and the employees were afraid of her. When I went to pick her up they had them both in a kennel that was just big enough for one of them! This was not how they described the "room" they would be in. The room they were in was a large room full of kennels with each one side by side only seperated by a plastic wall, and large enough for a single large dog and they had both of my babies squeezed into one kennel . I go to pick up my terrified baby and there are no employees who even look like they have experience all milling about at the cash register. I took my terrified baby home but left my other happy dog there. We asked that she be bathed and her nails clipped prior to being picked up. So we pick her up today and she wasn't bathed, her nails weren't clipped she's been sprayed with "pet perfume" AND her toys are covered in urine. My poor baby, now I don't even know if she was taken out to do her duties outside her kennel. This place is so bad I would give it zero stars if I could! I do not recommend this place, pet parents beware. Also, it's been 4 days since I picked up my baby and took her to the vet last and she has kennel cough. read more
