I use Pet Suites quite regularly to board my dog when I go out of town. They do a great job taking care of her and keeping me updated about her!

Rosie was just fine at PetSuites. I was apprehensive at first but she took to staff right away.

Their 24 hour care is extraordinary. I would not use anyone else because the staff, services and care my animals receive are stellar. They care for my babies like I do. These folks are wonderful.

He was howling from hurting after he peed that morning so we took him during ER hours. Took X-rays and was told he needed a urinalysis. Also was told there IS something there so definitely needed the urinalysis. He wasn't having it initially so they gave him gabapentin to calm him down. Finally they found he had crystals and blood in his pee and wanted to treat it as a UTI. Gave us antibiotics, gabapentin, and a different pain medication and were told that pain medication could interact with his medication he's BEEN on for about 3-4 months. We never gave him that pain medication because we didn't want to take that chance. They also told us that when we come back in two weeks if it's not better to get on a medicated food, and if that's not better after two weeks then we would do surgery- but never told on WHAT or WHY. We spent $951 and some change that day. Monday (8/10/2026) comes, we decided to take Ziggy to his primary vet for a second opinion and we got the xray/record sent over and our vet encouraged us to come in asap and redo X-rays. We were told THAT day he had a bladder stone and needed surgery sooner than later. Our vet also told us the contrast on the first xray was not done good. We scheduled for Wednesday (8/12/2026) Thank the lord we were able to take him to his primary and afford it because the ER isn't cheap in anyway- we knew that. But we didn't want to just let him be in pain and keep wondering until Monday we are not those parents. We want to help our fur babies. I just truly hope they do not do do this to ANYONE ELSE. I have called yesterday (8/13) asking to speak to the office manager so she is fully aware of what is going on. I haven't heard back. Below I put pictures in. The cloudy one is the first one.. the crystal clear one was day of his surgery but looked just like his from Monday. I hope this helps the next family decide where to take their babies in an emergency. Also pics of his bladder stone- it was physically spikey and his whole bladder was bruised. If it were to try and pass through his urethra it would have been WAY worse. Good news after all the vet drama-- he is on a road of recovery.

We took our dog in for a nail buff and waited outside for him. When I picked him up and was putting him into the car, I noticed what I thought was a small spot of blood on his paw. It was raining very hard that morning, and I honestly thought maybe he had jerked during the nail buff and the buffer had accidentally caught his paw. By the next day, the area was larger because he had been licking it. I contacted the business and sent them a picture. I was told that they didn't think it could have happened there because the injury was on the top of his paw. My response was simply that I knew the spot was not there when I dropped him off, but it was there when I picked him up. They asked me to keep them posted. Over the next several days, the area continued to get worse. We were considering taking him to the vet, but first tried treating the area at home and putting him in a cone to keep him from licking it. I sent the business another picture showing how much worse it had become. The only response I received was, "I will tell my owner." I have not heard anything else from them. I understand that accidents can happen when working with animals. My biggest disappointment is not necessarily that our dog may have been accidentally injured--it is the lack of concern and follow-up afterward. I would have appreciated someone simply acknowledging what happened, checking on him, or showing some concern for how he was doing. After being a returning customer and having positive experiences in the past, I expected this situation to be handled with much more care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the lack of response after seeing how badly his paw had become has changed how I feel about bringing our dog back.
