My dog got his first full bath here and left looking fantastic! Definitely one of the best grooms he's had and very affordable. My one concern is they require everyone drop their dogs off for grooms early in the morning. I dropped my pup off around 830am and finally got the text around 2pm that he was ready for pick up. I picked him up around 220pm and I could tell he hadn't been let out for a LONG time. Probably not since I brought him in. I just wish they would've taken him out at some point in the 6 hours I left him with them. I was able to pick him up quickly but would be concerned if it was much longer. read more

Have been a Pet Parent at PetSuites for 2 years. They have taken care of my dog since he was a puppy for both daycare and kenneling. My dog loves everyone that works there and they always take such great care of him. They are always great but recently when I had a death in my family, they went above and beyond. My dog was triggered by my grief and I needed to kennel him to deal with arrangements and the PS Team was so great. My pup got lots of extra love and treats and play which was great. But they also took care of me by checking in and sending me photos daily of my smiling boy which lifted my heart during an awful time. I cannot more highly recommend these folks. 10/10 read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I dropped my dog off at 9:30 am to get him groomed. I got a text around 4 pm with a couple pics of his red raw skin on the inside of his legs from the groomer saying she can't groom him because he has ringworm. He didn't have ringworm. His skin was rubbed raw somehow on the inside of both legs near his belly. He wasn't groomed. I picked him up that evening and his legs were red but it slowly went away. I reached out to them and they still refused to tell me what happened. All they said was that it happened when he was sitting to get bathed, that they would pay his vet bill to check his skin to make sure his legs were ok, and that the manager would call me in the morning. The manager never called me. I still haven't heard from them. No explanation whatsoever as to what happened to my dog, why he wasn't groomed, and why I was completely lied to. read more

I am so disappointed in Pet Suites Norcross and will never take my doodle back again. I dropped my doodle off at 8:00 am for grooming. I called at 3:30 pm to get a status update and was told she will be ready at 6:30 pm. The issue I had with them is time it took to groom her. Got a text at 6:00 pm stating this, "Hello, this is PetSuites. Just wanted to let you know our groomer had an emergency and she's not going to be able to finish Ella, she'll finish trimming her face and she'll be ready in about 15 minutes if you want to pick her up. You can also come back another day so she can finish her groom, We're really sorry". I completely understand emergencies, but my problem is my dog was there for 10 hours. This has been a recurring issue with PetSuites when I drop her off. It seems like Ella a 50 pound doodle is always the one, if not the last to get groomed. I am always picking her up late in the afternoon. I am not sure what kind of schedule and how they groom the dogs but I think if you make an appointment, my thoughts are first one in first one out. I will never take my dog back there. Prior to this experience, the last time I took her there and brought her home, she ran to the water bowl and drank so much water which led me to believe she didn't receive water that day. I dismissed it and made sure I told them on this groom to please give her water. read more

Gave this place TWO chances. Both were less than 1 star experiences. First time, both dogs came home covered in their poo. Second time, none of the employees would help me or acknowledge that I was there to pick up my dogs. They went over to my dogs and I saw them cowering the whole time the gate was being opened for them. One of my dogs actually developed SUPER defensive behavior as soon as they got back the second time. I am so disappointed and regret giving this place a second chance. This Pet Suites is close to my work. With the early opening and later closing its particularly ideal for my needs. On top of this, my dogs LOVE it here. The staff is so kind and attentive. I live farther away and will drive them here whenever they need to stay the night simply because I feel more comfortable with them here overnight than anywhere else. I would not recommend this facility for boarding. They advertise that your pet will be covered by their insurance if they get sick. My dog got sick after a boarding stay here. Before taking my dog to the vet I asked Petsuites if I would be reimbursed by them and they told me via email yes. They have ignored me since and never reimbursed me. read more

Then their new manager, Ariana started, and it all just progressively got worse. It is disappointing that they have a good staff working there and such incredibly poor management. This is my fourth time (I know! This time I am finally done!) of making a reservation over a month in advance only to drop my dog off at 8am and to call for an update at 2:30 only to be told multiple untruths and finally just picking him up. No bath. No groom. Loads of excuses. I can't believe I did this again today! And my baby has been in a crate all day with no water. Please read the other reviews here. I drove to the facility around 10:00am to register and set a dog grooming appointment for 8:00am the following day. The registration was completed via a tablet I was handed; I also filled out two pages by hand: a dog grooming instruction sheet and an information page. Finally I submitted to the clerk the dog's vaccination record, which the clerk photocopied. The manager was not on duty. The clerk did hand me a first-visit $35 off coupon. When I arrived (the following day) the appointment had NOT been set and all the paperwork was still sitting on the front desk. I showed this to the manager, who was there this day. Accordingly it took 5 1/2 hours to bathe and groom my dog, and no water had been given to her during the wait. Sensing this might occur, I brought a 32-ounce bottle of water with me when I went to pick her up, and the dog drank half the bottle which I poured in her bowl. The manager did offer to waive the charges but I insisted on paying less the $35. Things happen and I'm a reasonable man. That being said the dog's haircut was exceptional. read more

I would usually give them 5 stars as my Boston terrier/pug mix "Lexi," is a regular at this location. However, this recent time will be her last time. When I picked up my dog she was the usually happy self and in coming home and relaxing I noticed she was limping but, I received no notice about anything happening upon picking her up. Not only did she have a limp but waking up the next morning I also noticed a black eye. I was heavily concerned and figured this location could give me some insight on what happened. I called around 5:44pm and asked to speak with a manager, the person over the phone let me know the manager had left for the day. I am unsure why there was not a manager present in the middle of the day but, I left it alone and was reassured that I would get a call back the next day to speak with them. I'm a new dog mom to a small rescue dog who is extremely sweet and loving with me, but he's still getting used to people and is timid/shy with strangers. I was nervous about his first grooming appointment, but PetSuites made the experience a very positive one. Groomer Leon came out and met me and my dog, Shaylen, and he was awesome. I could tell he is very experienced and helped make the handoff process as smooth as possible. Shaylen did great for his first bath and even trusted Leon to clip his toenails, which looks wonderful! More so, Shaylen smells AMAZING and he looks fantastic! They even put a very adorable Fall Scarf on him, which makes him look so handsome! My dog came back extremely sunburnt on her nose and tail which she could not get up until day two. Their temperature limit is 90 degrees (which is ridiculous in GA heat!) and it was 88 degrees (which means it feels like 95). My dog was sitting in the pool (not shaded and desperate to cool down) for 6 hours of her stay. She came back extremely exhausted and anxious. NEVER going back. TERRIBLE! FUCK THIS PLACE!! We took our cat here entrusting them to take good care of her! Instead they STARVED HER!! She came back to us practically malnourished! She also had issues with her bladder here! They got her packages fucked up, and thought we were coming back a whole week earlier than we literally planned for!! They got her vaccines mixed up after we verified and scheduled a month prior knowing it would be busy during the holidays!! She was frightened! And it's not like she hasn't been there before! They got so confused on if she had the gold package the whole two weeks that they just charged us for the day not wanting to "over charge" us. EXCUSE ME?! So you don't know if my cat got the treatment I scheduled AND requested?! NEVER AGAIN!! She was so unhappy!! She is a friendly and sweet cat and everyone that comes in contact loves her! Animals are not stupid; she was highly upset here and was hissing because she knew they were full of shit!! NO ONE WHO DOESN'T AT LEAST LIKE ANIMALS SHOULD BE WORKING THERE!! LUXURY MY ASS!! We are taking her to the vet because we don't trust ANYTHING they did!! If they got the package confused then they must have also forgot to feed her!!!! Usually when I put on her collar it fits snug around my two fingers. NOW IT FITS LOOSE AROUND MY THREE FINGERS!!! FUCK THIS PLACE!!! Never take your cats here. Let me just start off by saying this place is simply amazing! Jaxxon has been going here for almost 6 months and this is my pups second home! I started my journey here as his vacation spot while I vacationed and once I realized how tired he was after his stay, it became a weekly thing to allow my pup to come and wear his self out ! This past weekend, I was challenged with looking for a home while staying with friends and family until my new home became available. Well as a pet mom you know that extending that welcome to a spoiled puppy is hard considering they don't understand being a "guest" is someone else's home! I reached out to pet suites in norcross and of course that invitation to allow my pup. To stay overnight was welcomed ! They let me know he was fine, he had eaten and nestled in his room. When I picked Jaxxon up, the love I felt in the lobby explained why my pup jumps out the car when we arrive. I am beyond blessed to have a place that my pup feels secure safe and loved! Won't bring my dog back. The staff didn't seem like dog people. When getting a tour there were bloody paw prints on the floor leading to a cage. They lady was like " oh some one is bleeding" like it wasn't an issue. And then told another staffer to go look at it, who then didn't react. Like wtf. That's an issue, and certainly if i was in front of clients I would make sure they see that we care and deal with these issues quickly. They only offer two hours of group play time, or for more money you can add 2 hours more whereas most places offer way more included in the price. And they don't mix overnight and daycare play groups. We saw one dog who had play time by himself because he was only over nighter while several daycare dogs were in cages. Lastly, most Doggy places now have cameras. This place said "we never will" but for $10 a day we will send you a picture in a text of your dog... really??? Get outta here with that weak sauce. I like to check up on my dog now and then and it gives me piece of mind that he's ok. Go find another place, we certainly did and it's a amazing! read more

Booked a trip to NYC and had to find a place to board my cat. Some of the places were just tiny cages and I was beginning to despair. Found Petsuites in Norcross and would definitely recommend. Did a couple of visits to check the place out and on both occasions it was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. Bonnie went in sat evening and on the Sunday evening I got a call to say that Bonnie hadn't been eating and had'nt pooped. They said that they would take her to the vets on the Monday if it hadn't changed. They called me later Monday morning to say that they had given her some Tuna and she was eating, had pooped and all was good. They obviously check the cats very well and i was very impressed with them calling and keeping me updated. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them. I see some negative experiences in the reviews, but our experience with PetSuites has been completely different. People there are dog people, also friendly too, and the place is always clean. If they see some issues, they call (until issues are taken care of) to make sure we are happy (our dog has no problem! He loves people and the place there.) I actually likes the fact that they have 2 sessions of 2 hour play times for overnighters so that our dog can rest for the rest of the day. Dogs can get stressed I believe. Also, base price is a lot cheaper than the other places. Adding a little more to it for playtime, I think it's not too bad. It gives us options anyway. They don't have video monitors, but I don't care because I'm not watching anyway. Rather I appreciate that they always watch them with their eyes. They told us our dog didn't behave good in the group play time so they separated our dog from the group and gave him a private play time at no extra charge, not once but two occasions! That was even after I told them to just give him a time out. I was very much appreciative of that kindness. I think they love dogs!! One thing though, I didn't really care about the dog groomer I used twice for our dog. He showed once that he didn't like her after 2nd time of her service. He backed up when he saw her. But I don't think she is there any more. We've been their customer since they opened. So far, we don't feel any necessity of looking else where. read more

I am a veterinarian in practice for over 20 years and I will never board my dogs here again. On our initial visit, and on pick up, not one person behind the counter even bothered to say hello, welcome in, or anything.. not one welcoming smile to be found.. (not reassuring when leaving my pets in your care).. so, I got over that.. when making my initial appointment I was told as a new customer I would have one free night. When I picked my dog's up the amount I was asked to pay was different so I asked if there was tax included because that's different then what I was quoted. The response I got was "well you didn't tell me you had a coupon, you didn't even show me anything, how would I know that?" So I said well when I made the appointment that's what I was told so I thought you would know that since I left a deposit The young lady behind the counter advised me that a reservation service makes those appointments "not her." Needless to say she was unnecessarily rude.. not to mention my dogs came out smelling of urine. Never again! read more

I absolutely LOVE this facility! The staff members are very professional and most importantly, they love animals. My dog is very temperamental, sometime down right mean, yet he is always excited to go for his "day play" sessions. He even hugs the staff members when greeted, so I have no doubt he's treated well while there. My only concern is that he seems very lethargic and not quite himself for several hours after he's been picked up, and I can't tell if it's purely from the fatigue of play, or if he's been sedated. read more

This place was pretty nice. An issue I had was trying to get my dog to stay here. At first I wanted to get him groomed but was not able to because he was missing a vaccine, which is understandable. After I had got him vaccinated, they said that I had to wait 5 days, which would have been nice for them to tell me before. If you don't know, a pet has to have his Distemper every 6 months when it comes to boarding or getting groomed at a place. Another issue I had was when I tried to pick up my pet. I did not receive an e-mail, call or text that I would not be able to pick up my pet due to a computer issue. I had arrived at the place and saw a sign saying that they were closed but could see staff inside. At first they did not come to the door. But they finally came and told me that I could not pick our pet up. I understand computer issues, but they could have wrote it down or something. Which I still don't understand because what if I had to leave the city for an emergency but would not have been able to pick him up? Other than that, the staff were nice. They seemed to love pets and showed excitement towards them. read more
