My mom needed to be checked out and she didn't deserve to not get service. Susan immediately became aggressive with me over the phone and explained that she was just joking about my daughter refolding the bottoms. I told her I didn't think that was funny at all and why didn't she offer to help my if she felt like my daughter looking for her size in the drawers below the suite hanging that she liked was an issue. She said she was busy and just didn't like for people to dig in the drawers. All this was uncalled for and the fact that Susan did not offer an apology for making my daughter feel bad was just unacceptable. We will easily spend 500-700 dollars each year. This location will no longer be the one we visit. The store offers such beautiful suits and I really wish that they had beautiful employees to sale and assist people who are willing to spend that amount of money for bathing suits. Susan you should be ashamed of yourself. I ended the phone call with Susan with I hope you have a good day and maybe you should learn some manners. Customer lost all because a manager did not know how to be kind and helpful. She chose to be crude and disrespectful.

I usually only buy swimsuits that are $20 from target but I decided I wanted to treat myself because I could not find a swimsuit that fit my body well. I had only worn this swimsuit 3 or 4 times and the underwire of my top came through the fabric, poking into my skin. I take very good care of my swimsuits and do not machine wash them. This should not be happening after the FOURTH time of wearing a swimsuit. I reached out to customer service and said they cannot do anything after the 21 day return policy. For about a year, I participated in aquatic exercises in an indoor pool 2 x week for about an hour each session. I faithfully washed the suit using mild soap right after taking it off and hung it to dry indoors. When I took it back to the store to show them how seriously bad it faded, I was given $20.00. That was an extremely low reimbursement for such an expensive top. I now have (purchased 6 months ago) a black & white striped tankini top I purchased inexpensively from Kohls that is retaining the colors as when first worn. Do not pay exorbitant amounts of money for Lands End swimwear.
