I called at the 3 week mark and was told it would be another week. Called at the four week mark and was told to call the next day. Call the next day (saturday) and am told they were never provided shipping information, then Elias changed the story to they were provided tracking but it was only notions. We call back wanting to cancel and talk to Gail who lets us know we cannot cancel the order no exceptions per the policy and someone will update us. No one updates us and we call back that afternoon and speak to Gail again. Gail tells us that actually they got the machine we paid for in but they sold it and don't know when they will be able to get more. She then reminds us that they don't do refunds. At this point we send an email stating how unhappy we are and the email is ignored. No one ever responds to it or reaches out. At this point we decide we are not going to chase them anymore and file a chargeback with our CC company. We still hear absolutely nothing for a month, until yesterday when we receive a text that they have the machine in stock. My husband picks it up today and they offered absolutely 0 apology for the lack of communication, selling the machine we originally ordered or the 2 month wait. They will happily take your money, but once they have it they have 0 interest in providing good customer service, and will only get your product in once they recieve notice of the chargeback being filed. I will never buy from them again. I wish I had scrolled through the Google reviews initially before shopping with them to save myself the headache.

I plan on coming back and taking a quilting class soon since everyone was so welcoming and nice. Large selection all priced at 12.99/yard there was a small selection on clearance for 8.99. One other interesting is that they have a laser printer there and make little plastic patterns that could be re-used for years, along with other custom projects. Definitely a neat place to drop by and hangout/kill time if you're into sewing/quilting!

A few weeks later, when I saw my friend, even he was unsatisfied with how they came out so I offered to return them. I took them back to the store but the owner instead claimed the hats he ruined were "the only way they could do it," which was to sew through the structure of the hat which caused them to buckle and wrinkle on the embroidery. Not to mention the embroidery is uneven. He then blamed the choice of font rather than admitting it wasn't quality work. Why do they offer a font that they can't work with without ruining the product? Beats me. Now I'm out $50 for the uneven embroidery and another $30 for the hats themselves. Because it was outside of the 2 day return policy (another detail they didn't mention when purchasing) he said there was nothing he could do and claimed that I had been wearing the hats. Luckily, these were new hats and not something that was special or important to me. Learn from my $80 lesson and avoid this place so you don't have to waste your money here like I did. There are plenty of cheaper options with better customer service and higher quality.

The kind ladies at Not Your Mama's Quilt Store got online and started doing a search for who might manufacture it and where I could possibly get it. I wanted to sew a scrub cap for my surgeon DIL and get it to her within the week in time for Breast Cancer Awareness month in October. I finally found some on Amazon that came in a short time. Etsy would print fabric on demand but not get here til mid month. The store is beautifully arranged with nice fabrics and quilting accessories and the prices seemed very reasonable. Anyway, I was so impressed with the helpfulness and kindness I received and I didn't even buy anything. It's so rare to come across a store/sales clerks that will go to that high of a customer service level! Anytime I need quilting fabric I am definitely coming here!

It was a large order, but we delivered design, colors and size information meticulously organized. They responded with a correct invoice. That's the last time anything went on track. The entire order missed the projected deadline. Only half the shirts were processed due to machine issues. We collected these shirts and waited for the rest. More machine issues kept several shirts in their possession with lots of processes of 'delivery Monday'. We were ghosted from mid-September to mid-October with no responses to multiple emails about incorrect shirts, the missing shirts and a random invoice we were sent. Finally the owner claimed to be getting involved but we heard nothing again. Then his response was the missing shirt would be 'delivered Monday'. No other status updates or comments. Nothing came on Monday. Super shocked. You can't call, it's all unreturned voicemails. Emails are sent into the void with no responses. Don't use this place.
