While being helped by the shorter lady I noticed her tone was unsettling and she seemed quite short while helping other customers. There was a sign up $25 for Bras Everywhere next to a selection of bras I was considering. I asked her what bras was the sign referring to and she sharply said none and took the sign down. Stating that sale was over and they never took the sign down. I then asked her shouldn't I the customer receive the advertise price as it was not my fault the sign was still up. She responded no because they are no longer on sale and she just got in. It really was a big deal on price as it was only a $5 difference, but her tone, facial expression, and demeanor was enough for me to leave the bras in my hand in the store. It's the holiday season and she was not a good representation of Victoria Secret. I'm heading to Soma. By the way, on the floor she addressed the pleasant sales associate on something she did incorrectly loud enough for customers to hear.
