I then received a call that the bloodwork "may have been mixed up" so bring my one cat back in for a free retest. This test indicated a low thyroid level and was significantly different from the first test with an elevated level. Instead of a vet looking at the 2 bloodtests and seeing they were so different and most likely not my cats bloodwork . I'm contacted by the vet techs and told to continue on the thyroid meds. One vet tech was not aware there was a blood test mix up and one told me when I asked why it seemed like the 2nd test was so different that it was not my cats bloodwork answered me by saying" That's a good question". Then I wonder was my other senior cat bloodtest mixed up as they were done at the same time? Meanwhile I spent $100 on thyroid meds and $520.38 on bloodwork and I still dont know if my cat has hyperthyroidism. because the new bloodwork does not show it. I was offered after complaining another free retest after taking my cats off the meds but honestly I have a very stressed old cat who has already been in for 3 blood tests and a vets office that I'm dealing with techs not the vet. I plan on going elsewhere where I can deal with a vet that can call me, and actually take the time to look at the bloodwork

Every time I've had to take her to the vet, the following ensued (in no particular order): Biting Screaming Scratching Hissing Violent gyrations to get away Spitting (yes, spitting) Bloodletting And that was just to get her into her crate and in the car. She would have to be sedated to be examined and groomed. It was traumatic for her, for us, and I presume the vet techs. Dr. Nolan and Christine came to the house, they sedated her while she was relaxed and snoozing---they worked quickly, compassionately and thoroughly and they were FAR LESS EXPENSIVE than the previous vet. I can't say enough positive things about them. For as long as we have Ginger, we'll be a client. They are busy though, so plan on approximately 30 days or so to get an appointment. Well worth it.

Dr. Sarah came to our home and provided Jake with a dignified, peaceful death, with his family at his side. She explained everything, and was kind and compassionate with Jake, and with us. Her fee was 115.00. To have this service at home for a very reasonable charge, made a very difficult time easier for Jake, and for us. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Bless you Dr. Sarah!!!!!!!!

If I could give less stars, I would. Our Kitten DIED at 6 months old October 2024. A minimum of 3…read moreother kittens from her Cattery are sick with respiratory disease. We hope this never, ever happens to another kitten or another family! We are physically ill to know this was probably preventable if not for Christina's dishonesty. Trust literally any other breeder. Our baby's diagnoses were severe interstitial lung disease complicated by severe pneumonia in both lungs. Christina knew long before our boy died she had feline herpes and calici infecting her Cattery, and she continues to breed and sell and doesn't disclose this. In fact, her kittens never see a vet. Our other Maine Coon, not from this breeder- previously healthy and in our home a year before Finn-has now developed symptoms. Love wasn't enough for a boy this sick. We were told his chronic respiratory problems were due to one of the "common causes" (feline herpes, calici). He had symptoms from the day we picked him up, through multiple courses of antibiotics and supportive Lysine, until his body couldn't fight infection anymore directly resulting in his death. Likely FIP. LOOK IT UP. Christina's response when I told her Finn was critically ill and not expected to survive was to question our vets' and our own clinical judgement. She had knowledge that there were other kittens in her Cattery at the time my boy was in her care who tested positive for a highly contagious but treatable infectious disease and she STILL did not disclose her knowledge to us. Her contract, which she didn't send ahead of time and was delivered literally as we handed her cash and took our kitten in a parking lot, specifically excludes respiratory diagnoses. Wonder why? Now we probably know. I've been blocked on social media. She's evidently concerned primarily with her reputation and cash flow (cash payments only, remember!), not whether or not her kittens (or YOUR family) will suffer. And trust me.. we all suffered, worst of all poor Finny. He was a healthy-seeming, snot-nosed, normal acting, beautiful boy.. until he was suddenly in respiratory distress and it was far too late. He truly did seem healthy with just some mild respiratory issues and his character was incredible! So sweet and funny. We'll never get our unicorn rainbow baby back, but being $11k in the hole without our kitten to love is a pretty tough pill to swallow. We are devastated. Buyer, truly, beware.
