Luckily with Allstate you don't rely solely on Jason's office. You can add cars with the customer service line of Allstate. I have my homeowners insurance with Allstate, a different agent anytime I call that agent if they don't answer I leave message within an hour they usually call back. Big difference between the 2 agents. Maybe I just need help when they are never open or just bad luck.
