Luckily, it was a pretty gloomy day, so I didn't feel too bad about spending a whole Sunday there. Our instructor was a lovely and helpful woman and she did her best to make the most out of a long, mostly lecture-driven class. She said it was her first time teaching at this location. We also got thirty minutes for lunch, which pretty much flew by. There were seven people total in our class; the small size helped ensure that the instructor gave each person individual attention and feedback. The hands-on portion of the course was the most interesting part. We performed CPR and AED on both adult and infant mannequins. We also practiced bandaging each other up. At the end, we took a few multiple choice tests (which we could retake if we failed, though everyone passed on the first try), received our certification cards, and walked out of there ready to take on the world! At least for two years, at which point we'll need recertification.

Nothing was set up as usual. i did the questionaire in advance. My interview was at 2:15 and finally was on the table at around 2:45. While one of the two people who were taking the blood donations and seemed to be incharge came up to the volunteers and said we will take no walk ins. People were turned away. As much as your organization advertises about blood shortage it was very dicouraging. I have O negative blood which is in short supply. I have given blood regularly since I was 17. I an now 70. Your Patient Bill of Rights does't seem to be a priority.

When I asked about the price of some baby items, the owner ( who is a PASTOR of the ministry , Shall never thirst ministry!) told me, "I don't know, it's been here for weeks and it's not priced. I'm not doing low prices and giving it away, so you'll have to come back when it's priced." I was shocked that the owner couldn't--or wouldn't--price items in his own store. Then, when I purchased clothing, I noticed there was a pricing chart posted right by the register. After checking my receipt, I realized I had been charged more than the listed price. I went back inside to politely let the owner know. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he got up, walked away, came back, and said, "Give me the bag and I'll give you your money back." It felt like he knew exactly what had happened rather than simply correcting the overcharge. Throughout my visit, the owner repeatedly complained about not being able to pay the bills, which I found very unprofessional. The overall customer service was rude and dismissive. The store advertises that proceeds are donated to a cause, but based on my experience, that claim left me with doubts. I'm an avid thrifter and visit thrift stores all over the area. I've never encountered an owner who was this unprofessional or disrespectful to customers. I'm honestly surprised they have two locations. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

I've talked myself out of it each time the thought entered my mind. With many life changing events that have occurred recently my mind, body and spirit have been completely misaligned. I decided that I was no longer going to allow my negative self talk get in my way of taking care of myself and to give myself permission to take the time I need to heal. With that I started researching yoga studios close to my home. One Monday evening I decided to take a ride to Seeds of Love Yoga to "check it out". By chance, or Devine intervention, Kristin happened to be there even though at that time they typically wouldn't haven been open. When we started talking the energy in the room was just right. I felt a connection immediately and just knew this is where I wanted to start. Kristin was so warm and welcoming. She has a way of making you feel supported and understood. After we talked, I went home and signed up for a Saturday morning class and that class ignited a fire within me and I could feel all the negative energy leave my body. It was almost like a spiritual cleanse for me and I felt like I was home again. There are a lot of options for payment and they are all super affordable. You can pay for a membership with a portion of the membership cost going to help those in difficult financial situations be able to take yoga classes they otherwise wouldn't be able to. If you don't want to pay for a membership there is just an $8 suggested donation. A week in and I've taken two more classes and both were amazing. I'm looking forward to all the physical, spiritual and emotional healing that's to come. Thank you, Kristin, for creating space for all at Seeds of Love Yoga.

It's a huge building with lots of senior services including an adult daycare, Home Health Aides, very reasonably cost senior transportation, and a host of other programs that they offer to low income senior citizens in Camden and Burlington county. I'm very fortunate my mother lives in their catchment area as she needs the medical transportation. We've just begun this relationship with this organization and I've been impressed with how they manage to provide services even though they are operating on such a low-budget. I was happy to make a donation to them as I could see it goes directly into helping seniors like my mother. The staff there is so pleasant to work with and are dedicated and do such a good job. I will say however that because of the low budget and staffing and the reduced number of hours with the medical transport you have to make the calls in on time in the morning to schedule and it's required two weeks in advance for scheduling medical appointments and you have to call the day before to confirm every appointment. With more money I'm sure they can become more and more automated in this process or at least have more vans and more staff available. My mother said that so far the drivers were very nice and they were on time and that they drive good too. And that is high praise from my mother.
