David and Regina were very easy to work with and communicative about the event. I decided on the traditional BBQ with a seafood buffet as an opening course. The food was a hit, especially the ribs and wings! David's assistants went above and beyond their duties with helping to clear dishes and the garbage during the event and bringing everything to the dumpster which was a bit away from the event site.
