I did a lot of work to it myself, struts, control arms, ball joints, sway bar links, inner/outer tie rod ends. Long story short, the car was still making noise, took it to Jackson, asked him what he thought it was, he told me to check the sway bar links, that sometimes they will work themselves loose, and bingo, that was it, tightened the bolts down and now my 99 camry is as quiet as the day it rolled off the assembly line. He was willing to share that knowledge with me for free and I was going to have him put cv axles on each side more than likely, and that wouldn't even of been the issue. He will definitely be my mechanic for the big jobs in the future!
