I especially liked that they sent me a link via text to a full written workup of everything they looked into with the car, it was even color coded to show what needed immediate attention and what I could theoretically wait to address. They couldn't figure out what it was, so I took my car to Honest1 in Loveland. Ended up being the rear passenger wheel bearing. The scam is, my tires were never aligned. Upon replacing the bearing, Honest1 had to do a full alignment. Furthermore, the right rear wheel couldn't be fully aligned because the adjustment bolt was seized to the arm bushing. The cherry on top and final dot to connect was that when I picked up my car from Tires Plus, their printer "supposedly" had stopped working and couldn't print of my final alignment measurements. How convenient. But I was assured they were aligned. Absolutely, without question, they took my money for a service they never performed. And boldly lied to my face about it.
