He also checked the loft and lie of all my irons and was able to reset to factory specs. But, what I found most impressive was Jim, who re-gripped my irons and took a trade in on some wedges and woods I was looking to trade. Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised. Not only do they have a good selection that matches some of the mega firework stores but more importantly the people are really really really nice! It looked like a family run store with multi-generations working and serving all the customers. Regardless of age everyone working the store were very polite and helpful! Their prices are reasonable with many special LTO's and discounts. Their Scorecard is their rewards program to earn discounts after spending certain amounts. I went there for one thing--- a bicycle. Dick's had put out a flyer offering 2 types of Schwinn bikes at 50% off. The problem is their website and store didn't have the same offer. After contacting their customer service, I had a note offering a "price match" in which they honored the 50% price. A special call-out to Chris Campbell, one of their service technicians, who did an excellent job adjusting the gears and brakes during the safety check. He did a great job explaining the safe operation and maintenance of the bike. As a precaution, I took out their warranty for the free tune up and safety inspections. Check out was quick and easy.

Told the guy at the counter, that we've been here for 30 min and no one has said a single word to us. He said, "Well I'm with a $2000 dollar sale. That guy is with someone. I don't know why you're telling me this." Truth was the guy he pointed to was b/s'ing and another young guy in back was talking vacations with an old college friend. Plus their simulator registered only 35% of your shots in the middle of the screen. Horrid! Never again!
