Their prices are reasonable with many special LTO's and discounts. Their Scorecard is their rewards program to earn discounts after spending certain amounts. I went there for one thing--- a bicycle. Dick's had put out a flyer offering 2 types of Schwinn bikes at 50% off. The problem is their website and store didn't have the same offer. After contacting their customer service, I had a note offering a "price match" in which they honored the 50% price. A special call-out to Chris Campbell, one of their service technicians, who did an excellent job adjusting the gears and brakes during the safety check. He did a great job explaining the safe operation and maintenance of the bike. As a precaution, I took out their warranty for the free tune up and safety inspections. Check out was quick and easy.

Was CERTAIN I wanted new Pings, but after hitting many clubs, we agreed on the Srixon Zi5 Irons and Callaway Opus wedges, all on LA Golf shafts. To say my game improved is an understatement. Ive shot my best rounds EVER, even though I've been playing since a teenager and just turned 65! The DATA DRIVEN PROCESS verified what I felt...I hit those clubs longer ( gained a full club) but more importantly, my accuracy is VASTLY improved. A few weeks ago, went back in for a Driver fitting. My driver was truly my Nemesys, but .... Jeffery set me up with a Cobra DS-Adapt Max K driver head on a Nemesys Shaft. The irony was not lost on me, however, my driver is NOW my Confidence club. Went from maybe 50% of fairways hit to 75% or better...and yes I'm tracking that! I have virtually eliminated misses to the right side - okay call it what it was, a slice! - My mishits stay in play way more often now. Cant say enough about Jeffery, Jason and the team in the Bluffton store. Truly a pleasure to work with. I have NEVER enjoyed playing golf more!

Finding an available Mountain Bike proved to be harder than expected on an Island with so many rental bikes. Hilton Head Outfitters came through for us in a jam. We went to their location to choose the bike and take it to our Beach House in Sea Pines. Since we had a two week rental they picked the bike up from our address after we headed home. The staff at Outfitters was amazing. They showed us all the options and fit the bike to the person needing a mountain bike. The bike lock was provided with the rental. Outfitters building is beautiful and impressive. You can rent kayaks or canoes right off their back porch in a lagoon. We will return.

Was uncomfortable until we stopped at the Avocado Bike Shop and they fixed it. After 13 miles my battery died and had to ride 3.5 miles back to the shop with a heavy dead bike. They are supposed to go 30-35 miles... I turned it in as my friends continued with their ride for 2 more hours. Owner insisted on a full refund. Again, super nice people!
