Howard came to our house to assess the damage and informed me that Hunter Douglas was very good at standing behind its product. Despite months of back and forth between Howard and Hunter Douglas, ultimately, Hunter Douglas refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Being the stand-up guy that he is, Howard took it upon himself to accept responsibility and replaced the shutters. For me, although Howard should not have had to take on this responsibility himself, this sets an example of how I believe a local business should operate.

Sean came in the specified time window - hallelujah! - after calling to say exactly when he'd arrive - double hallelujah! - and happened to have the right part with him.
