The building is quite outdated but the customer service we received was wonderful. We came here after the 4th of July to check out what specials were going on and although they were not fully stocked, they did have a pretty good selection and most of their product were sorted by category and price which was very helpful. I bought about $600 worth of fireworks for about $200 which I thought was a heck of a deal! I will probably be returning early next year. read more

I walked up with my vape in my hand (not smoking it) & the staff member rudely said to put it in the car immediately we just said "oh" & turned around & put it back in the car , we apologized as soon as we were walking back up just for us to be rudely greeted by the security officer blocking the front doors and told us exactly what the front desk clerk said but continued to say we can't have guns which we don't even own . Then when we found the fireworks we wanted they were extremely overpriced, all the staff kept following us around the store and staring at us like we weren't welcomed . I went on with a budget for a firework show for active military and their families and her knowledge, patience and understanding of the audience helped plan a well laid out show . Really disappointed by my one and only purchase here recently. Came in just for small things for the toddlers and the store has a huge selection so the employee was nice and helped point me to sparklers and glow sticks. 2 stars for his help. But $30 later and 2 versions of sparklers literally not one of them lit. They burned and burned and turned black and never actually sparkled. Definitely a huge let down for the kids, they were talking about it all day on 4th of July for none of them to work. Last year I bought from a roadside stand for $10 and they worked without an issue so I'll just do that again next year since we only need small sparklers. read more

Owens and operated by a lady. She has about five locations that her and her family runs. The Cashier can text you your receipts, but the register tape print does not work. I am glad they have nighttime security here. I am not sure if the hours. They have great prices:everything is either half off or bogo! I am impressed! Happy 4th of July! Only a couple of years ago, this spot used to be a tiny little fireworks shop. Today, Phantom has up scaled their little shop to a literal warehouse sized store! If you have never been to this location just of I95 & CR 210 take a peek prior to New Year's or the 4th of July. If you attempt to check out this massive fireworks utopia on or around those dates be prepared to wait in line to even get into the door!! This awesome upgrade includes a good sized parking lot and the naming of this company's own street as well - Fireworks Alley. Pretty cool indeed! THIS is the place to get your big bangs on the holidays!! The good thing is this store is open year round (which I don't think people realize), so you can purchase your firepower prior to the mad rush, but the downside is that waiting in those long, hot lines has its perks. Those who go the immediate days before the 4th usually get super huge discounts like 'buy 1 get 1 Free', or buy a certain amount for a huge percentage of discount. I have ball hair older than the person asking for ID. Upon entering the facility I was quickly confronted by security asking if I had a lighter,firearm or pants. We just came from Phantom Fireworks and we are so pleased with the service we received there. The staff was super nice and advised us on the current sales . We also received a 50% discount because hubby is active duty . That is the biggest military discount I have ever seen. Love this place! We saved over $200 . We just went into phantom fireworks and had a little bit of a bad experience. The customer service was fine at the check out but when we were leaving is when we got a little angry with them. We had all our stuff and went to the exit door which said "automatic door" and the door did not open we couldn't open the door because we had stuff in our hands and when we walked to the enter door i could hear one of the male employees say to another employee "IT CLEARLY SAYS EXIT". what a nurve. With as crowded as this place was, I have to say that shopping for fireworks this past 4th of July was a breeze! The number of employees in the store to help out was amazing. They were very willing to show us available videos of some of the products they carried. They were also very honest about which ones had the boom and which ones would have flopped. The shopping carts are wide but so are the aisles. Prices were well displayed and checkout was a breeze. Overall I definitely enjoyed shopping here and will be coming back in the future.
