Best selection for a price at least 1/4 the cost, usually more, of big name firework stores. I will be coming back every year love it!

I would recommend getting there a little early to find a spot, pack snacks and drinks! Real drinks too! Then sit back and enjoy the boats cruising by! Crystal invited us to watch this year from a huge boat, a naval museum! That was awesome cause it's front row watching and not crowded! 2 thumbs up! Great free event!

Spent a great day at the Jacksonville Riverwalk and it honestly ended up being one of the easiest,…read moremost relaxing parts of our trip. The whole walkway along the water has that perfect "just keep strolling" feel. You get nonstop views of the river, boats passing by, and the skyline stretching out in the distance. It is one of those places where you start walking without a plan and suddenly realize you have gone way farther than you meant to because it just keeps pulling you along. My family and I took our time, stopping every few minutes just to look out at the water or take pictures. The breeze off the river made everything feel cooler and calmer, even with people out and about enjoying the day. There were joggers, families, couples, and everyone just kind of sharing the same peaceful stretch of space. What I liked most is how simple it is. No big attractions needed, just a clean, open riverfront path that lets you slow down and enjoy Jacksonville at your own pace. Five stars. Perfect place to walk, talk, and take in the river views without any stress at all.

It is literally advertised to sign up with your email at the cash register to become a member! But, the business doesn't want you to take advantage of this membership and I didn't know this. I tried using a $5 off any purchase discount that was visibly in my account on the app and I was told I used the same discount twice and was blamed for it when it isn't my system and I don't know about computers. How can I redeem a coupon twice, that's not the customers responsibility it's the cashiers all I did was press redeem coupon in the app. It wasn't the same coupon because the last coupon disappeared and a new one showed up. I was blamed for a faulty system and was told I was abusing a loop hole and taking advantage of the business. I can't even make this up! I told the owner that your son called me a scammer and instead of reprimanding him he said," what can I do for you, do you want $10". My response was I don't want a dollar from you I don't want to be called a scammer. I am shocked that these people are this delusional and out right disrespectful in public with an audience of customers the day before 4th of July. To mention also that this was the owner and son that told me all this haha! Please do not shop there they are very confrontational and aggressive people. They don't treat police officers right there and I am one of them. I showed my shield and ID to get a discount which they gave me a 10% discount but that doesn't change any of this or the way we were treated my family and I. If you are a first responder please for the love of God do not give these people your money. Go to Superior Fireworks. They are hands down the best and give a 15% discount and are excellent people and you can also order online. We never had a bad experience with Superior Fireworks because they are professionals.

I've been here in the past and blew a bunch of money here, haha get it? "Blew"? Because it's a firework store. Well that was a few years ago and ever since I've kicked myself for spending so much money on something that doesn't last very long, but this year I have a little one and what's better than having some stuff to blow up on America's birthday? 4th of July! I was here one day after the buy 1 get 1 for .99 as told by one of the associate, so I asked if there was any other deals. He told me no but that he could see if he could find a coupon. He left and was found walking and talking to some other girl working there and said he couldn't find any more coupons, oh well no biggie. I came across an end-cap that had their "red hot deal" going on and snagged some from there. Checked out and discovered a firework shop across the street. Next day I was on Facebook and Phantom has a page, guess what? They had coupons that were on there and was active. The day previous and up to July 3rd. Ain't that a bad biscuit and boy was my little brother upset for not knowing that and buying what he bought. This place is a drive from Orange Park, but if I do ever decide to come back here I will definitely do my homework because the employee knowledge and customer service skills were subpar.
