I have bought a variety of products from sanders, to screwdrivers and bits to stands for wood, flashlights, garden hose and many other items. I have always felt like I have gotten my money's worth. The store is well organized, clean and the staff are always pleasant. This is usually my first stop for general things needed around the house.

Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he was absolutely a delight to work with. The second stuff that we had inside the Lowe's today was our paint department here. What is surprising is for the last 20 years I think I'd come to this place and it's not all of my paint needs however, after the experience today, I do not think I will be coming back here for paint. We waited for about five minutes or so there was no one up here at the paint counter, which is fine. We push the button to call someone over to assist us. We were actually met with one of the gruffest and straight up rude individuals that I've ever seen at this Lowe's. His name is Mitch and proceeded to basically yell at my mother while attempting to have her come over and ask her. What do you want? Can you tell me what kind you want and then finally added a please at the end of this sentence I don't know if he was just having a bad day I needed to go do something else or whatever but I just wanna say I deeply I'm disappointed. I wanted to redeem the rewards I earned from an online purchase I had made (I will only be buying online or from another location at this point) and it wasn't working. We went to customer service as the nice lady at the self checkout suggested and my goodness. I don't typically like to name drop in a review but our experience with Iris was so terrible that I have to. She was unpleasant and was not listening to understand. She kept advising me the rewards could only be used only on certain purchases (but not listening to me when I explained that it just seems like the app didn't take it off since it's per the terms a $5 reward to be used by x date). 10 minutes and a lot of unpleasantries later it was fixed by doing a return and repurchase and checking out exactly as I did the first time but this time the reward finally came off. Lowe's app seemed to be the issue but Iris did not handle it well at all.
