We didn't want to do everything at one time and this was fine with her. We had her do lovely drapes on a huge window and also large shades in two other rooms. We went back and forth several times. She was fine with that. No pressure at all. They arrived and the install went very well. Jerry who measured and did the install of our ceiling track and then drapes, (and shades) was super accommodating and a perfectionist. He was patient and showed us how to use the motorized feature and also put an extra bracket for the ceiling track. Heidi followed up very step of the way.
