These are BIG unique mirrors and even though I received my money back for the purchase I wasn't ready to give up yet. Great experience with TV Glass and with their installer Enrique. Communication was great from beginning to end. I had them replace an inner glass unit and repair several screens and a screen door. The estimating process went smoothly. I initially deferred to get the repairs done for a few months and requested a new estimate after the thirty day window had passed. I quickly got a new estimate and scheduled the service. They picked up my screens ahead of time and had them ready when they installed the new inner glass unit. Enrique showed up on time and was a pleasure to work with. He installed the IGU quickly and installed the repaired screens and screen door for me. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Moved to the area not long ago & got around to getting a piece of glass cut to fit in a very small frame to broke in the move. I almost fainted when the person there quoted me a FIFTY DOLLAR CUTTING FEE ( before even quoting for the glass) then told me that 2 cuts were needed! So without the cost of the glass, she told me that the cutting was $100......to start! She must have taken some crazy pills for breakfast. This was such an insane experience, I'm still trying to wrap my head around this......it was for a 2" x 3" piece of glass...not 14K gold. Mistakes happen. What's more important is how you respond to them. When it was obvious a mistake was made on the installation of my sliding glass door, I called and the owner responded the next day. After initial request for an apt, took 19 days and me contacting them two additional times to make an appointment. Should have taken the hint. After the start of my appointment window, they called and told me they don't have the glass yet. During window replacement they broke the trim boards but just put them back. Left glass on entryway floor and table when they were "done." Would not recommend. read more

The 2 day project was completed on time and as promised. I had previously used a different company several years back that I wasn't satisfied with. Wood windows can be very time consuming and require a delicate hand to preserve the trim. Damien knew what he was doing and used a delicate hand. I couldn't get passed the fact that the communication was so poor. I tried contacting Drew to get someone out for a quote. At first, it sounded good. Drew recommended getting the quote on the books and when I offered dates that were available, I was met with crickets. Even after contacting the co. March 5th with no response, I reached out again on the 30th. I got a response that day with a plan and was told I'd be contacted for someone to possibly come out this weekend, even though they usually don't work Saturdays. I offered other dates if it wasn't possible to get someone out today and have not received a response, it's now the 3rd. If this is a standard practice, which by another review sounds like it might be, I'd be cautious about entrusting them with your home or business needs. Update! I did get a response from a contractor Saturday saying he was on the way. I never received a response from TVG about when they were coming or an email confirmation. So when he called sting he was on the way, I was surprised and apologized and said we'd not be using the company because I hadn't been told they'd be coming out. Today, I received an email basically accusing me of confusing them with another company, they said they emailed a confirmation but did not. Lots of back and forth. I could tell this person was more concerned with the review more than anything. It ended with me asking them to stop harassing me about it. Moral of the story, if you write a bad review of this company, you'll be met with several defensive email responses. read more

I had broken window, a window with a BB shot, and a french door with failing (clouding) glass. These guys showed up when they said they would both for the estimate and for the installation/replacement (a big win). They did a great job on the window replacements. When bidding, they were up front about the risk to the door if we replaced the glass--that to get the glass out they would need to pry up the molding around it and that would leave it kind of beat-up, so we elected not to do that (yet). We'll definitely use these guys again if we ever need glass work. read more

Very easy to order glass from these guys. They do custom shapes and sizes as well. I have a old all-glass greenhouse, and they had the single pane "frame" glass that I needed to finish my project. Sometimes they could even get it cut and prepped the same day for small stuff when I ordered in the morning, but often was done in 1-2 business days. Very well packaged for transport. read more
