My experience with the staff in the pharmacy has been nothing short of wonderful. They have been very helpful and polite every time I've gone in. Several of them have asked how my parents are doing, as they are regulars in there, which shows me hat there is a level of community and concern from the staff. They have also been proactive about reaching out to get refills approved from the doctors office for the ongoing prescriptions. On my last visit the staff at the front check out ensured I didn't miss out on free offer item after picking up refills for their first aid kit, and she actually went the aisle herself to find me the offer item.

I'll call ahead of time to double check if I have any refills left, and all I have to say (I'm not kidding on this; I swear it on my football team which is what I hold most dear to me) is, "Hi Tony! It's Ally." He immediately knows what I'm referring to and informs he 9/10 he either has it ready or has faxed for a refill already. I know most people don't care much for that family-ran feel anymore, but to not only have what I need and also take the time to chat is great in my book.
