Apparently a rouge delivery driver was responsible and delt with. They truly did believe what they were telling me last week. I feel that Link very much cared about my situation and followed up with 30 minuets with the reason why and told me that my prescription was now waiting in my mailbox!! THANK YOU LINK PHARMACY!!! Employees have all been very kind. HOWEVER, I just had my prescription transferred here due to a shortage at other pharmacies. Link Pharmacy called me last Wednesday and confirmed that my prescription would be delivered on Thursday. No delivery on Thursday. Friday morning I called Link Pharmacy. Once again, I was told my prescription is out for delivery. I told them that I am due for a dose this morning and do not have anymore. I need my prescription. She said if it doesn't arrive by 5 o'clock call them back. It's Friday they close at 6 PM. 5 PM comes I call. Link Pharmacy assures me, promises me that my prescription is out for delivery. Well, they closed at 6 PM yesterday. It is 11:30 AM on Saturday. No prescription. How thrilled is my husband to spend the entire weekend with me when I haven't had my estrogen for three days??!! I i'll try to be as nice as I possibly can when I call Link Pharmacy Monday morning.

They transferred my prescriptions from my old pharmacy to MedBox and had me contact my doctor and have him re-write all Of my scripts, which were mostly 90 day prescriptions, into 30 day scripts which is all MedBox can handle. No sooner than the doctor's office had completed this for eight scripts than MedBox sends me this exact text: Hello (name redacted), Thank you very much for your interest in MedBox by AmeriPharma. Unfortunately, your insurance is not compatible with our services at this time. Please feel free to check back with us in the future if anything changes. Would you like for us to transfer the prescriptions we got back to Wal-mart? Best Regards, MedBox Care Team. I feel like I was used to train someone who didn't know what they were doing. They knew my insurance wouldn't work but they wanted to see what this new person would do with it and who cares what the customer is going through. I think that's the only way to explain why they would let me believe for several days that I had been approved. They even had me put payment information on their site for any copay. Now it won't allow me to delete it. So in short they told me I was accepted that my insurance was accepted , they even shipped the empty box. They messed everything up basically and then said oh sorry we can't help you after all. My doctor is going to not be happy. He had just gotten my scripts straightened out and most in 90 day form and now MedBox needed them to be 30 day and then they didn't play fair and left me with messed up scripts. You can tell they didn't care that they screwed everything up either. I will say thank you MedBox for one thing. Thanks for reminding me not to trust anyone in the medical profession. I thought my luck had changed. It hasn't.
