**Update to my review** Monday morning. I spoke with Grace, once again, the nicest person ever. To make a long story short. This issue was in NO WAY CAUSED by LINK PHARMACY. Apparently a rouge delivery driver was responsible and delt with. They truly did believe what they were telling me last week. I feel that Link very much cared about my situation and followed up with 30 minuets with the reason why and told me that my prescription was now waiting in my mailbox!! THANK YOU LINK PHARMACY!!! Employees have all been very kind. HOWEVER, I just had my prescription transferred here due to a shortage at other pharmacies. Link Pharmacy called me last Wednesday and confirmed that my prescription would be delivered on Thursday. No delivery on Thursday. Friday morning I called Link Pharmacy. Once again, I was told my prescription is out for delivery. I told them that I am due for a dose this morning and do not have anymore. I need my prescription. She said if it doesn't arrive by 5 o'clock call them back. It's Friday they close at 6 PM. 5 PM comes I call. Link Pharmacy assures me, promises me that my prescription is out for delivery. Well, they closed at 6 PM yesterday. It is 11:30 AM on Saturday. No prescription. How thrilled is my husband to spend the entire weekend with me when I haven't had my estrogen for three days??!! I i'll try to be as nice as I possibly can when I call Link Pharmacy Monday morning. read more

I have been using Link Pharmacy for the last 3 1/2 years. Their customer service is UNMATCHED!!!! The staff there are amazing from Brandon, Don, Sharon, and the girls that answer the phone and sit at the front counter. If there is ever an issue with my medications they work hard to resolve it immediately and make sure I'm satisfied. They work quickly on the Prior Authorizations, find coupon cards for my really expensive medications. If a medication is not covered by my insurance they work out an affordable cash price for me. I love that they offer free shipping and automatic refills! As someone with a chronic illness that takes multiple expensive medications I can not recommend this pharmacy enough!!! read more

I do not recommend Link Pharmacy at all. 1. The do not really have a useful website to handle your prescriptions. You have to fill out a form to request anything. There is no account to login to track, request, manage your prescription, view your order history, print receipts etc. 2. My very first order that I placed for delivery they told me if the prescription was lost or stolen on delivery they would not replace it. Unbelievable! 3. In that same order, they told me it would deliver on Monday. Instead, they delivered it on Sunday. I never received any communication this was happening. No tracking info, no heads up. I was lucky I was at home. 4. They had asked me if I wanted autofill, I had said yes. Less than 30 days after I received a medication that lasts 90 days, I got a notice from my credit card company that my credit card had been charged again for that med. The pharmacy never contacted me to OK the refill or gave me any notice they were going to charge my card. I had to call them to refund me and cancel all autofills. Again, they have no website to manage this. 5. One of my meds is not covered by my insurance. Their price was almost double that of CVS or Amazon. I had to cancel that order, again by phone. 6. I tried to transfer the RX mentioned above to another pharmacy. Link said they faxed the RX several times. The other pharmacy said they didn't. It took 3 calls to get Link to do the transfer. 7. Now I am trying to get Link to transfer a different RX to another pharmacy. I have called them several times, it's been a week, and it STILL isn't transferred. Just like last time, they claim to fax it and the other pharmacy said they did not. I asked Link to call instead of fax. Their response was "if our Pharmacist has time". Are you kidding me? Rotten customer service. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy endless frustration, lack of communication, and lack of control of your prescriptions. read more

These people are the best!!! Brandin is so knowledgeable, kind and personable, he was able to get my very expensive prescriptions with no co-payment to me, due to coupons and billing the big pharma companies back for their overpriced medications. I drove down from Irvine to pick up my Rx's because they are the only pharmacy I've found that is there for their clients not to make the big money for overpriced drugs. I can't recommend them any higher, but they are the wave of the future in realizing how their clients are being gauged by the big pharma companies and are there to help us! My doctor recommended this pharmacy since they have less issues stocking my medication. Service is very good here. When I call in for refills staff is very friendly and always helpful. The only issue I experienced is they use a third party company for delivery and the first time I used it I did not receive my delivery and ended up having to pick it up. Since Then I pick up my medication and all is well. read more

Please train your staff to be more considerate and discrete with the clientele. There is no need to ask out loud someone's date of birth as soon as they walk in and in front of a dozen strangers, just ask for insurance card. Even less need for your staff to openly disclose what type of procedure your clientele are picking their meds for. Both things should be handled with max discretion. Just horrible service read more

The first and only time I've never had to worry about my prescription getting to me. Even through the holiday season, even when insurance wouldn't allow them to fill my medicine til the last possible minute, they got me my medication refill on time, to my doorstep in San Diego, in the pouring rain. This is exceptional, above and beyond service. Something I have not come to expect when related to pharmacy. I really didn't have to lift a finger, they do it all. My one wish would be that there is a better system to know where your medication is or what status because it was a little anxiety inducing to keep calling and no one answered (due to the new year holiday and offices were likely closed). I submitted a request via the form on the website but no email or record of it to give any info. I know now they're on top of it but I like the added certainty that my refill was on auto-fill and it was in progress. read more
