Terrible service by the Pharmacist. Will not allow same day delivery of needed medication, and just blames my wife. They had the Rx since 10am, didnt complete the Rx until 3:30pm, and then said it was too late for Uber or Door Dash (when they deliver at all hours of the day)! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! read more

Do not go to this pharmacy if you urgently need your medication filled. This Walgreens for the 5 years I've been coming here has consistently taken longer than any other Walgreens around. It's gotten to the point where if I need something filled day of, I will go out of my way to the lake Forest one because they will get it done especially if it's my child's medication. As others have stated there is always a long line for this drivethru and staff is often rude. When something goes wrong no apologies are given just a "anything else?" I don't know if they are understaffed and so I never said a thing but it's gotten ridiculous. read more

For some reason I thought Walgreens was going out of business? I guess not.. but maybe they should? Expensive. While most things had yellow sticker tags on them for "deals," the deals weren't really deals. E.g. if you buy three, you'll save something like $0.20 per item. I guess Walgreens is convenient if you need something "right now" -- and can't wait to get it elsewhere. I think we popped in for batteries.. and then ended up with a handful of other stuff for $56. Pretty quiet on a Saturday evening; just us and one guy at the pharmacy picking up prescription. Friendly cashier. She let me know about the $1 reward on my account that I could use. Seems very difficult to get something simple right here. When you have a customer in person waiting for something it seems right to finish helping them before helping the next customer that walks in the door. Can anyone not understand this model of customer service- it's simple? Someone please teach Daniel at the photo area simple customer service. I requested the photos I ordered to be trimmed to 2x6. Instead of finishing something that could take 5 minutes he was very happy to help a family that came in afterwards with passport photos. It would not have been difficult to finish the 5 minute task he had already started before assisting the next person. The man at the print/copy part of your store was completely out of line. I was there to get passport photos printed, the man offered to take photos for $15, but I was doing my from online service to save money, I mention I was try to make ends meet and he started saying how today's problems are all the Democrats fault. I do not appreciate his opinion at all. Not his place to go off like that. And especially when he is at work. I will never walk into a Walgreens ever again. Is this your standard practice ? I've been going to this pharmacy since 2015. I just had the worse customer service at the front check out I think I've ever had from Greg, who is soon to be a pharmacist at this location. If I could leave zero stars I would. This Walgreens has always been my pharmacy and ALWAYS taken very long and been unprofessional. Today I went to pick up my birth control after getting off work. They close at 6 today (extremely early) so I hurried to try make it in time because birth control is a time sensitive medication. I get to the drive through at 5:57 and a car pulls in front of me. I get to the window right at 6 after they took 3 minutes with the previous car. I was watching the clock just in case this situation happened and it did. The workers saw me in line at 5:57 and still refused service to me. Between the ahead car driving off and me being at the window there was probably a 5 second gap and the worker insisted they removed the register and closed the store in that 5 seconds. They were so unprofessional and even admitted seeing me in line before 6, but still refused service and told me to come back at 10 am the next day. The workers wasted my time and very rudely argued with me when they could've just used that time to hand me my medication. They refused to give me the medication without any good reasoning and treated me very poorly even though I am a loyal customer and have been. The conversation was aggressive on both ends and nearly led me to tears. The employees at this pharmacy are incompetent and do not have common logic. Do not go here. read more

The cashier and shift lead were great and helped me return an item even though I lost the receipt. While I was shopping, though, (the person I can only assume was maybe their manager, middle aged Caucasian guy 3:30pm 4/15/26) was yelling at the cashier basically calling her and idiot and saying that she was doing things that should be done on the evening shift. That is no reason to be basically cussing out your employees when the store is open, or any other time for that matter. I could hear him from the other side of the store being like 'damn that's not what we do here'. There is no reason to speak to any employee like that much less an elderly woman. I hope this is seen and addressed by upper management. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. The 3 times I've been here I have had to come back the next day because they can't or won't fill the prescription in a timely manner. The girls that work the pharmacy are the rudest most disrespectful jerks I've ever encountered. Been going here for more than a decade, customer service is no good. lines are always long with just 1 teller for 2 windows and there's more people back there but they would rather have there customers wait in long lines! icing was asked for a description I was explaining then she ridiculed me when I didn't get to finish, saying "there's alot of round pills". i was floored! not going back there. also waited 1 hour on hold and they kept picking up and telling me to hold again. like I was entertainment for them. 4 times FYI. corporate will hear about this. The positive reviews have to be fake. This pharmacy is awful. It takes days to fill prescriptions. There is zero sense of urgency and when you're dealing with sick kids it's a complete nightmare having to wait for them to take their sweet time getting things done. The Walgreens that is off muirlands in lake forest never has problems filling the same prescriptions the same day. Take the extra drive time and ditch this place. read more

Walgreens in RSM was top tier 2 years ago. The staff they have working there now don't seem to care about their customers. When you ask for assistance at photo or needing help finding an item, all you get is attitudes and no compassion for their job. No wonder Walgreens is a failing company, you have to pay more on household items and deal with rude staff. The pharmacy staff are always helpful and polite. I prefer to shop at CVS by Pavilion's now, and they have self checkout. read more

What I like about this Walgreens is that it is tidy, never overly crowded, and has good customer service. Aside from the usual pharmaceutical items and sundries, they have toys, office supplies, a large Hallmark greeting card section, and photo printing. They have a drive-up pharmacy window too. What initially brought us to this location and why we continue to come is they have a Western Union kiosk. We are often sending funds to relatives outside the country and this is a safe & convenient way to do it. Plus afterward I can leave with a bag of Jelly Belly candies. And condoms. read more

I am giving my 5 star review based on the wonderful ladies in the pharmacy and the photo Dept . I got my Covid -19 vaccine yesterday and the ladies were handling it great , not only the drive up and regular customers but the vaccine patients . I must give them 5 * fir the way they kept everything moving . I also think the store is always clean and the photo Dept does great pics . I love that if I need a quick place to run in for milk Or lotion or candy or rx they have it all . They also accept ASRP discount for 50 and over. Sent in a photo to be printed. Got a text that it was ready for pick up. A lady from pharmacy walked in before me and told me theyre not open yet. Walgreens get your act together. I always get pharmacy messages saying prescription are ready then go to pick up and have to wait. Now I need 1 photo and the whole store isnt open yet. I have been using this pharmacy for a decade. Used to be good, not anymore. My presc was called in around 09:00am, picking up at 6:30pm and being told we don't have one of your meds. Seriously, all day and not resolved. I have 06:30am surgery check in, now I don't have my post surgery meds Unacceptable. Problems lately, this place is not handling business well at all. Constant problems with this place. They shouldn't be training people. Mistakes made, they tried to charge the wrong card, then it's not ready after getting a text that it was, then one girl couldn't get my phone number and name right so she had to call someone else to do it who did it the first time. Too many other options available so I'm leaving. Service is horrible just close the location already. There's a cvs in the target 50 ft from the front door who needs this aggravation. read more

Nancy is such a gem. She is probably the nicest pharmacist I've ever met. She's so sweet and always goes above and beyond to help.

I usually just stop by here when picking up a prescription or buying some type of medio that Target does not have. The pharmacy staff is amazing. I came in one morning and was making small talk to one of the ladies. She was having a really bad morning from what she was telling me, but her attitude was still so nice and friendly and patient with me and all my questions. I went to the Starbucks at target and bought a nice hot coffee, I went back into Walgreens' pharmacy and gave her the hot coffee, she was so happy!! She was a really nice lady. This store has a little bit of everything, medicine, a bit of groceries, some toys, and a lot of variety of items. The store is always clean and organized, and somehow it is never overcrowded. I haven't tried the cashier at the front of the store, so I can't really comment on that part. There is lots of parking and prices are average, just like other stores around! read more

Frustrated today. I have a non controlled medication that they said yesterday I could pick up today and that seemed correct as it's the 28th day (last one was filled 1/10). But my boyfriend went and stood in a huge line to pick it up today while I was working and they said no, I can't pick up til tomorrow. It seems very odd to me that I can't pick it up on the 28th day. It seems like they are not counting days correctly.... do they not realize that 28 days from 1/10 is 2/7?? And they wouldn't tell my boyfriend why they wouldn't fill it or why they told us yesterday I could pick it up today. Just terrible customer service. The lady who works there is nice but the guy pharmacist just seems angry all the time. My boyfriend and I went in today around 5:40pm to pick up our pictures from T-Mobile Tuesday and the guy that worked there was SOOO rude to me, I wish I got his name. I told him our last names and he only gave me mine but refused to give me my boyfriend's. Keep going back and worth saying that it's only one per house hold and i was telling him that the order went thru i have the order number. He didnt even listen to what i said at all. It makes no sense too that he was saying one per household because my boyfriend and i are not in the same household, we are not even on the same phone plan. Finally he said we only have one thats under (my last name) and i was like no its under (bfs last name) which i told him AND spelled to him MULTIPLE times but he did not listening to what i was saying. Every year, I create a "year around the sun" photo board for my kid reflecting all the great activities and memories to be celebrate on his birthday. I have been using Walgreen's same day photo center ever year and have always had a great experience. This year they went above and beyond when I waited to the last minute to create and needed it printed right before closing. I called unsure if I was going to get the board past 9pm. They were quick to pick up the phone and said they would have it ready for me. Emmanuel and the rest of their night shift staff were all super helpful and thank you for ensuring my son had his photo board ready to share at school. Walgreens will continue to be my go to for all my photo needs. read more

The pharmacy techs and staff are really rude. I called yesterday because my medication was supposed to to be ready on the 9th. Then they said it would be ready 12/11. Tech said she can give me whatever they had on hand and then I pick up the rest, I said no it's fine since you say it'll be here the next day i'll wait. I called monday 12/11 end of day because I still hadn't received a call my medication was ready and they were so rude telling me they were short staff, someone called out and they will not be filling my order. The way she told me was disrespectful as if it was my fault they were short staff and someone called out. Very unprofessional , i'm also a healthcare worker and I am also short staffed but I don't take it out on the people I help. Tech didn't even apologize she was just frustrated someone called out. read more
