I've been going to this place for at least a couple years now, even recommended it to a few friends. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. It's a shame because they do an excellent job, but they're very disorganized. I recently had my car detailed and was told I would get a call the next day in the morning when it was finished. By midday I had not gotten a phone call, so I called and inquired and was told I would receive a call back once they spoke with the technicians. I had to call three times before someone actually got back to me only to tell me that my car was actually finished the day before. They had no idea why no one had contacted me. Nice. This week, I called and asked if I could stop by to have a stain looked at and was told I could come that day to have someone check it out. I get there and the technician had just stepped out, so the man who was helping me took some photos, got my information, and said he would get right back to me once the technician returned (according to him, within the hour). Never got a call. Called the next day around noon and was told he was out to lunch and I would get a call immediately once he got back. Surprise, never got a call. I don't know if these people just don't want any business or what, but I will be finding a different location that doesn't waste my time. read more

Went to get my car windows tinted. If I could put 0 stars, then I would for the experience. Made an appointment on a Saturday morning at 9am. Showed up at 9am, and no one answered the door. Called the phone number of the business, and no one answered. 20 minutes later, someone finally shows up as I am about to leave. I am promised that the car will be finished within 3.5 hours, and that I will be called when it is complete. Not surprisingly, 3.5 hours passes and no one calls. 4.5 hours passes, 5.5 hours passes, 6.5 hours passes and still no call. I decide to show up at the business to see what's going on, and I am told the car is "almost ready." I wait for another 2 hours in their shop until my car is brought to me - 5 hours after the car was promised to be done. Oh, and before I forget to mention...I drove my car into the shop with 205 miles on my odometer. I picked up my car with 245 miles on the odometer. Of course, they had no explanation for how those 40 miles appeared. AVOID AVOID AVOID this shady business. read more

After reading the 2 reviews. I was a little hesitant, But when I called and talked to the person who was at touch of class I felt like I should give it a shot. I am someone who loves to put a business to the test. Someone says its horrible another says its great.. well what is it? I am about to tell you that this is one of the most customer friendly business's I have encountered in a very very long time. So hear is my experience.. I called and talked to a guy named Rich (Owner) and made an appointment. He quoted me the best price out of 10 Installers and explained to me the whole process. I made an appointment for 2:00PM. I got there and asked him a few questions about the tint and then the installer installed it and did a good Job. They took me out to see what it looked like and explained to me in detail what was done and what not to do for at least 7 days because of the curing period. As it is winter and takes a little longer to cure. Granted I knew about this before they told me but the fact they went into so much detail really made me feel comfortable to write this in the review. Anyway I was out of there by 4:30 and I have to say the waiting room is SWEEEET! Big screen TV, WIFI wicked nice couch very comfortable place to wait thats for sure they even let me watch whatever I wanted. So called them again after a few days and realized that the tint was not as dark as I wanted and they said lets make an appointment and get that fixed. So we made the appointment and got it fixed with no questions asked.. He was there when I got there and had it done before I was expecting it to be done.. the fact is these guys will take care of you.. and I really don't understand one of the reviews about having extra miles on his car... (thats what I was nervous about) First of all there is no way they have any time to even drive the cars like that cause you have to make an appointment and 2nd once you see the cars that are there cars like the 69 Camaro RS or the BMW or the Escalade and any of the other many cars they have you will realize that there is no reason for them to even take your car up to the end of the street to even turn around lol... While I was there I asked Rich a few more questions one about an FM modulator (I could install myself) wanted to see what kind of labor they would charge cause i know how long it would take and his labor was exactly how long it would take and also asked about remote starter. He went over every detail with me about both and let me know exact prices and I have called around and no one can beat these prices for the quality of work that is done by the team at touch of class... I am now trying to decide If I want the remote starter or the modulator..... Also there prices for detailing is incredibly competitive and will be getting that done in the summer... They earned my trust at this place and thats not an easy thing to do.... Anyway I am just letting you know if this place was garbage I would tell you and have no problem doing so, but this place literally is a touch of class.. I recommend this place highly.. My car looks incredibly classy with the tint they put on thanks to all of you guys at touch of class..Its nice to know there businesses still out there who strive on customer satisfaction... read more

I purchased 2 groupons for this service. One was a gift, the other for myself, First off, I called and left 3 messages for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment. Then, I finally called the warwick address, and was able to schedule an appointment. I brought my car and left it for 3 1/2 hours. When I came back, I noticed the nose of my car hadn't looked like it was cleaned. (Dead bugs) My car, by the way, is only 3 years old. When I told the attendant that my car didn't look clean, he said he could buff them out, but I would have to come back. (this was supposed to be a fine detail service) When I got in to drive home, I could not see out of the back window from the sloppy smeared wipe job on the window. When I got home, I checked the trunk and it hadn't been touched. Then I closed the trunk only to see a huge scratch on the rear end of my car under the logo. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

Is this place even open? A scam? I showed up after booking an appointment online and the building at 40 Sonoma Ct is a theatre troupe. There are no signs for this business at all, and when I called the number on Yelp, the person had never even been to the building and was trying to give me directions via Google Maps street view. The website now won't load on my phone or computer and the Facebook page hasn't been updated since 2019. read more

Touch of Class Auto Salon did an excellent job on detailing my car and provided great service! My van really needed an in-depth cleaning and they blew me away with how clean it turned out. The dashboard was like it was brand new. Even my son was amazed! He couldn't believe it when he got into the car. I would highly recommend their service. I dropped off my car for a detail while I went on vacation for a few days. I just picked it up and it looks immaculate. Everything was done up to par and then some. Very pleased. The shop itself is extremely clean with lots of cool cars hanging around to check out while you wait. It's always busy the few times I've been there, which in my book means that these guys know their stuff and how to handle their clients' needs. Rich and Mark are extremely knowledgeable about what they do and will make sure they go over every process or detail with you about what you're getting done to your vehicle. I was quoted 90$ for the price (over the phone) so i agreed. booked an appointment, then THE MORNING OF they rescheduled for next week. (no problem) i thought. I understand that things come up. the following week I left my car, and shortly after received a call from the guy saying that because the interior is so messy they'd have to charge an extra 30$. ("okay" I thought, even though i cleaned as much as i could myself to have them do the minimal amount of work), no problem. THEN he said "for an extra 20$ we can use a machine that would get MORE stains out etc", I said no. when i pick up my car, I notice that the entire front (and back) dashboard hasn't been touched AT ALL. Yet another detail shop with terrible customer service. Called to schedule an appointment and they blew me off twice. Not cool....

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a remote start in the winter of 2011 via groupon. It was an Xmas present for my dad. I called for weeks to schedule an appt. even tried emailing and got no response. After speaking with groupon twice they refunded my money. I will never go there for anything. Poor service. Avoid at all costs. They will lie to you to inflate prices and make you buy parts that you do not need for their own profits. Luckily I got a second opinion before spending $700 on new headlights like they recommended. Come to find out that they worked completely fine and they adjusted them to the ground to make them seem broken. They certainly tried to take advantage of a young girl that didn't know much about cars. I've heard other horror stories about shady business dwellings from them too. STAY AWAY ! read more

Considering the overwhelming popularity of this deal, the wait for the installation was two months (and it was usually difficult to contact them). But when my appointment finally came to fruition, Mark and Jay (the gentlemen I had the pleasure of speaking with) were kind enough to drop my vehicle off at my office when the job was done. Mark gave me a brief tutorial on how to operate the device. Overall - 100% satisfaction! Of course, they can pimp your ride (from "vintage restorations to modern luxury enhancements")...but what if you're seeking only a minor repair? - no problem. Their shop also performs oil changes, tire rotation, window tinting, and auto-body dent removal, incredible detailing (services depend on the chosen package....but I'd certainly recommend their Platinum Package). Need to store a vehicle? - they can assist you with that, as well. I will say that I am surprised by the negative reviews - I had a great experience at Touch of Class. First off, I will say the area is absolutely sketchy. It's at the end of a street (dead end alley) and there are some unfriendly looking folks lurking around. But don't turn around - because once you get inside, it's actually a really nice place. Rich was the person who helped me - I spoke with him on the phone, and dealt with him in person and he was very pleasant both times. My car was promised in 2 hours, and was finished in under that time frame. While I waited (I didn't have a ride or someone else with me) I got to sit in the upstairs waiting area, which was likely more comfortable than my own living room. I had my own comfy couch, TV, free wi-fi... honestly, it was great. I asked that they pay special attention to the interior of my vehicle, so I assume that some of the minor details on the outside were overlooked for that reason. Also, it was raining out, so it's hard to tell if some of the issues were from the rain.The inside of my car was immaculate - it looked like I just picked it up from the dealership. 4-star rating only because of the minor detailing issues on the outside of my vehicle, the trunk was not cleaned out, and the location. I bought a groupon for an auto detailing at this place. First, it took me over a month of calling and leaving voicemails before I spoke to a live person to schedule an appointment. When I picked up my car, there were 7 miles added to the odometer. All my windows and windshield were covered in specks of wax and made it hard to see. The inside was not vacuumed thoroughly and there was still dirt under the mats. The outside didn't even look clean, there was bird poop on it and the top of the car did not look like it had been "hand washed". I ended up having to wash my own car to get the wax off the windows. I went to get both of my cars detailed after buying a groupon. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the reviews but I was so pleased. They did an amazing job with my very dirty cars. We have a dog who sheds A LOT and they were able to get every last dog hair out of there. They were courteous, prompt, and the waiting area was perfect (in fact, I spent 5 hrs there while I waited and got tons of work done with the free wifi). I will definitely be going back. read more
