Wish I had a similar experience, The ones we started were god awful, wish I could say that its because I couldn't sit still however, I couldn't.... We up and bounced outta there and went to Lefty's.... That's where we got ours done. They include more detail and the people are chill, same with sids tattoo but the artists are insanely talented way more so than Pharaoh's however the artists at sids can seem like they arent always friendly but at least you will have nice work done and not leave crying like my cousin Vanessa and it was so sad because people have their own opinions, its understandable...mine was finished at Lefty's as well and it was flawless.... If you bring your friends along that are males just don't rattle the beast and by that i mean dont let your friends go next door and hopefully they dont start hitting on the tattoo artists girl, otherwise she will nut up on you first and foremost or on your friends and just dont let her see em while shes working on yours from the tinted window while she is watching from it with the black curtain pulled back.....not only did she keep looking over but she could not concentrate if she wanted to it was uncalled for especially when you pay good money for quality work... There is no excuse for my cousins as well, she just wanted to get a cover up and likely paid the price for an eyesore which she paid for but we went to Leftys and all the tattoo people were understanding.... I guess its no secret or surprise according to talks amongst artists at other shops that they do crap work.... People are aware of it and do not feel highly of what kind of customer service and work they do, theres no way pharoas funds their building rent from the income they collect, unless they stay after normal non operating business hours or perhaps function under some rather obscure and unethical side hustle, which is no secret, business as usual lookin busy, lay low for a bit and then right back to the same ol same ol..... Apparently its uncommon practice over there, there's a lotta haters but dont hate on a good review or honesty if it happens the next time around, dont say they didnt warn you. The worst experience they offer you a cancellation and than decide take the current client not bothering to give you the heads up to not come in. Left work early to be on time was sitting in the car for 1 and 44 minutes to be exact. She still had the audacity to say why you didn't come in. When she has a bunch of people in the entrance eating pizza with very loud music i waited my gas my time and hours of work. When you add someone have courtesy to at least give them the heads up that your cancellation is coming in because yes you are your own boss but clientele keep your business going and id they polite that dont mean they cant be rude and answer back like a smart ass like you do it means they appreciate your time but they aren't asking for a favor they are paying for your service and you have the worst personality when it comes to customer service, if you gonna book with Jessica be careful worst customer service, very bad attitude pay for the connection with your artist make this moment memorable dont feel like shes doing you a favor because if shes on that chair is for you your business is keeping her going. read more

I went to Pharos because I was referred. I was looking to get a tattoo . The person who took care of me was Chubbs. Let me say that my experience was amazing! The atmosphere and everyone there were friendly and very welcoming! Chubbs knew what I wanted and made me very comfortable. He asked me questions and suggested this and that so that my tattoo would be popping. Chubbs has great customer service! He set me up with his tablet and head phones so I could watch a movie or listen to music. He made sure I had a drink and some snacks. He really made me fill comfortable. My tattoo came out bitchen. I contacted chubbs today to get a quote for a tattoo I wanted he was super fast with his response gave me a very reasonable price and allowed me to get a late appointment due to my crazy schedule..once I arrived he made sure the spelling on my tattoo was correct, he had an ipad with headphones ready so I can watch a movie..had a portable charger for my phone..it was just a great experience..once he started he kept making sure I was comfortable and not in too much pain..he kept checking up on my pain... just over all professional.. This shop is the crème de la crème of tattoo shops. Not only does it house some of the most amazing artist's . Their hospitality was outstanding. Went in for a 4 hour leg piece done by one of the best artist around Justin . During the session, Mr. Chubbs (great artist) saw me in my time of pain and he willingly offered me his Ipad and headphones to keep my mind distracted. I was also given a nice cold beverage and a blanket by a gentleman who was hanging out in the shop. I mean c'mon I can go on and on about how great they are. Update: Chubbs aka Eric is a fucken thieve , I paid him 600 bucks which is what he asked for to do my tattoo , he was recommended by a few people I know but he only did a half day and still asked for the full 600 and said he will owe me half day worth of work... I been messaging him and trying to contact him via IG and he does not reply but he post stories on his IG I trusted him cuz people I know also know him and also because well he works at a shop and I thought I could trust him .
