This was my first time visiting Fleur Nail Spa, and I had a wonderful experience! The spa is decorated so cute and has a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. As soon as I arrived, I was offered a beverage, which was a nice touch. Abby was my nail technician, and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted, and she was able to replicate them perfectly. They came out exactly how I envisioned them. It was also my first time trying Gel-X nails, and I absolutely love them--I will definitely be getting Gel-X again! Crystal did my gel pedicure, and it also came out perfect. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I also loved their use of technology. The check-in process was simple, and I really appreciate that their system keeps track of your service history and the technicians you've seen. Little disappointed from today's repair job. Second time here. My first visit was good and a few of my gel polish chipped so I came back here to get the right nail color for the repair. Unfortunately, the quality this time was very poor. I later found out they were not planning to charge me for the repair, but I was fully expecting to pay either way. It honestly felt like they did not put much effort into the service because it was going to be free. Instead of repairing the messy overflow into my cuticle, they gave me a buffer to repair myself. I still gave the nail tech a tip for her time. Very disappointed with the quality and experience. I may give them another try but it may take some time. read more

They did it again! I've been here 3 times and have had 3 different nail artist. I was able to meet with Estelle this time and she honestly met every expectation that you'd want in someone doing your nails. Sweet, attentive, gentle with your set & encourages a positive environment when talking to guests and coworkers. My set this time was simple but I appreciate the time she spent and how attentive she was to every time she used the drill or the nail file. First time here, it's a beautiful and clean place however I may have been unlucky with my nail tech given the amount of positive reviews on this page. I got a builder gel fill and had asked for round shaped nails but the shaping wasn't thorough. The gel polish application was just layered on to cover mistakes.. if you're in a time crunch and don't mind the minor mistakes then this place is for you. I'm kind of disappointed instead of builder gel they used gel x glue cured it I thought it was the primer they put before applying builder gel but not after curing she went in directly with gel polish on top they whole process took 23 min and I was charged $53 For glue and gel polish . It was a basic gel pedicure , nothing wrong with that. but at the time I left my pedicure did look good after a couple hours I noticed my toes were already chipping and were scratched. Don't believe the hype. Spent $500 on my nails in 6 weeks and they started popping off like press-ons after a week and a half both times. These are nail professionals. They absolutely know that if you don't file down the skin around cuticle the nail will lift when the cuticle softens. The cost versus longevity make this an absolute pass for me. Do yourself a favor and go up the street down the street or around the corner to any of the other two dozen salons in the area. Your wallet will thank you. read more

Came here for a gel manicure on a random weekday. I chose it because it was available for walk in and you can make an appointment on their website which I appreciated. FYI they prefer cash only so bring that but they also have an ATM so it's convenient if you have a debit card (1$ fee). Things I liked about the salon was that it was clean, they offered drinks, aesthetic is very cute, and the nail lady was very nice and fast. It was also very affordable for gel manicure with art design ($50). Unfortunately what I didn't like was how the details of the design ended up. On first glance, the nails look cute but upon closer inspection, the details were done really poorly (see photos). I had a natural nail base with gold chrome stars. The stars were drawn pretty hastily/messily and the gold chrome in many parts didn't cover fully the stars and you can see the bottom white paint peaking through. Also the gold chrome in many places were outside the stars which makes the overall nails look messy. This place is probably good for a one single nail color that's easy to do! However if you're looking for a little more design I'd suggest going elsewhere. Unfortunately I was in a rush so didn't have time to ask about getting it fixed. They did a good job of shaping the nails though so a very simple one color manicure is probably ok here! read more

This place is not that easy to find. It is located in the back on a shopping plaza with limited parking since there are a lot of other shops here. Upon entering, the salon looks nice. You can tell it's busy here and they have an attendant at the counter. I came to get my nails done and wanted to try cat eye for the first time. They sat me down and a lady greeted me and told me she would be doing my nails. She walked away and said she would be right back. I waited and eventually asked someone for a book and they brought it to me. When I started my nails another lady who I had not seen sat down in front of me and grabbed my hand. I asked her if she was doing my nails and she said yes and asked what I wanted. I politely informed her that I was being attended by someone else and had briefly spoken to her about what I wanted already and did not know I would be changing workers. That's the thing about some of these salons, you will have a whole conversation with them and they change your worker without discussing it with you and then you explain it all again. There is no communication between them. The lady was pleasant enough and asked if I wanted to switch workers I could, and I said it was okay but to please let me know if there is a switch because it feels weird to have her grab my hand and ask me what I want and not even introduce herself to me. Anyway she got to work and the time with her was nice. She did my nails well and I liked how they came out, but at one point I mentioned that I wanted her to just leave the nail color after she swiped it on and I said that it looks nice like that. She said it wouldn't look like the cat eye because she needs to use a magnet and I said it was okay, I didn't want the magnet anymore and I liked how it was. She insisted while she finished the rest of my nails and said it wouldn't look good if I left it like that. After some careful thought, I said she could try it on one finger and we could go from there. She tried it and seemed happy with it but I wanted just the pretty color swatch and that was it, which I let her know. She started getting loud, which was another problem in itself and insisted she finish the rest of the hand or she would have to take the nail color off again on the finger that she put the magnet on. I didn't like how loud she was getting and I didn't want to cause a scene so I just said OK that is fine but I don't want the magnets anymore and she did it anyway. When she finished, I went to go pay at the counter and the attendant asked if I had cash and I said no. He said he was going to charge a $3 surcharge on top of my debit card payment, which is illegal. I let him know I was paying with a debit card, not credit card. He asked if I had ever been here before because that was their policy and I said no, that I had not been. Then he said he would waive the fee this one time but in the future that I needed to bring cash. I don't know what kind of business they are running but that is ridiculous. I can understand small fees but I have never been charge $3 for a card fee. That is also so not legal, needless to say, I will not be coming back and the whole experience was less than enjoyable. I will say the nails were done nicely, even if I didn't get what I wanted in the end. Other than that, I wasn't offered a drink or anything from the workers, even though they did offer it out to other people. I believe there are other places you could pay less at and have a better experience in. read more

I have been here a few times and it's a hit or miss. Some technicians are really detailed and have good customer service but most rush and have poor customer service. The owner insists you pay cash and tries to force you to use their atm. Overall not a "luxury" experience. Sadly I will no longer be visiting this location. read more

I've been coming to this salon for about 3-4 years, even before they expanded. For years, the service was consistently great -- I always left feeling taken care of and happy with my nails. Unfortunately, this past year my experiences have become very inconsistent. During my most recent visit (yesterday), I brought in a photo of the design I wanted. The nail tech didn't refer to it while working, and when I offered to show it again, the manager (Christine) said "she doen'st need it. She has done that design multiple times" After nearly 3 hours in the chair, the result was not what I asked for. When I pointed it out, at first the manager said "well you didn't ask for all all of that". I did! I showed her a picture of what I wanted. If she didn't know/ had any auestions about what to omitt from the picture I showed her she should have clarified. Then the manager admitted it wasn't correct, apologized, and offered to fix it. By then, I had already spent close to 4 hours in the chair, felt uncomfortable, and honestly just wanted to be done. What really upset me was how dismissed I felt. Instead of listening to me as a loyal customer (spending over $300 on services that day), I felt like I was being treated as if I was "asking for too much." The staff were speaking in their own language the entire time, and for the first time in years, I felt like they were talking about me. It was awkward and made me feel very uncomfortable. At checkout, I asked for a breakdown of charges (two VIP pedicures, Gel-X full set with cat eye & 3D design, and manicure), and while I understood the cost, I left feeling overcharged for the quality and experience. The manager even wanted to take pictures of my nails (which I didn't like), which felt more like saving face than valuing my satisfaction. I've been a loyal customer who always tips generously, but this is the first time I walked away feeling dismissed and disappointed. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously -- customers who are paying premium prices deserve to be listened to, respected, and valued. read more

While I was checking out, another customer complimented on my manicure. She asked for my number so I could share the salon name, and I said I'd just write it down for her instead. Completely normal, human interaction. As I'm literally mid-writing--pen in hand--EStella at the front desk abruptly cuts in and asks what I'm doing. Before I can even respond, she tells me I "can't solicit customers." Solicit... customers. For writing down the name of a salon... that someone directly asked me for?? It was such an exaggerated, out-of-place reaction that it honestly caught me off guard. The tone, the assumption, the choice of words, it all felt unnecessarily accusatory and, frankly, a little absurd. I was just answering a question like any normal person would. The whole moment turned what should have been a simple, pleasant visit into an uncomfortable and weird experience. It left me feeling like I had broken some rule I didn't even know existed. This is a very special nail spa and you feel that immediately upon walking in and seeing their beautiful floral decor. Once you're seated, you can order a complimentary beverage-I usually get a mimosa or margarita. The Fleur pedi is my all-time fave! They have several signature pedis here. (Part 1): Super unprofessional, rude, and out of line behavior. Avoid this salon at all costs!!! The manager, who is also the owner's wife, came out in the middle of our appointment and started accusing my mom (a senior) of putting paper towels in their toilet. My mom told her repeatedly she never used any paper towels. All my mom did was throw away a toilet seat cover and a very small amount of toilet paper, which is clearly seen in the video. The owner's wife kept insisting anyway, then switched her story and claimed my mom used too much toilet paper. She even threatened to charge my mom for their toilet not flushing. If your toilet is broken, you fix it. You do not chase down a customer over how much toilet paper you think they should have used. When we checked the toilet, there were no paper towels at all. Their paper towels are brown as seen in the end of the video and only a normal amount of regular toilet paper was there. We had to leave with our nails half done and could not find another salon on a Sunday to finish them. While the owner has always been polite, his wife has always had a rude and unprofessional demeanor but this was the final straw. Avoid this salon as they harass customers, make false accusations, and threaten clients for charging them for their own maintenance issues. (Part 2): This is in response to Estella's response from the business and a picture of her response is attached if in case she deletes it. I am posting this as a follow-up because the manager (the owner's wife) responded to my review by calling us "sick people" and repeating false accusations. Her public reply only confirms the unprofessional and hostile behavior we experienced. For clarity, my mother is a senior, and the way she was confronted and accused caused her significant stress. The manager's public statements also raise concerns about harassment and retaliation toward customers. I have clear video evidence of exactly what was and was not placed in their toilet, which directly contradicts her claims. I will be submitting formal complaints to the Better Business Bureau, Santa Ana Business Licensing, and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. I am also evaluating her public statements myself, as the legal standards for businesses publicly posting false claims about customers are very well-established. Her behavior is also being reviewed for harassment and elder abuse. Her own response speaks for itself. This is not how a professional business conducts itself. read more

This place is GORGEOUS!! So super cute! But it was a mixed bag for me. I brought my Mom here and she never gets her nails done. They have their own off brand nail polish they use. Unfortunately my Mom's nail tech wasn't very communicative with her and she didn't do a great job. Also, the manicure she got only lasted a couple of days!! I felt so disappointed because she so deserved to have a lovely experience and that's what I brought her there for. My manicurist was great, communicative and my manicure lasted a little bit longer because I had a glitter finish which helps hold the manicure in place but not much longer. Overall I wish they used regular brand products rather than a single off brand Chance by Cre8tion. I definitely wish my Mom had a better experience. I would rate my Mom's experience *1 star * 5 stars for the aesthetic of the salon * 3 stars for my own experience This is how I arrived at the 3 star rating for the experience as a whole. Overall the salon is so gorgeous. Love the drinks aspect. I think the nail techs could work on communication (though I know sometimes there is a language barrier). And most definitely even a regular manicure should last at least a week if it's a good one in my experience and products are KEY. Good top coats like OPI are mandatory IMHO. I don't think they offer any OPI products, Essie or other professional nail products. read more

Previously came and got gel X manicure and a gel pedicure which was amazing. My recent visit last week I came to get a gel manicure and gel pedicure. 2 different stylists worked on me. The manicure was fine until not even a week later its chipped/peeling/ and splitting in multiple places. Looks like they put too much product. My gel pedicure - the stylist when trimming cuticles/buffing - she cut my right foot in 3 places (bleeding/stung) I brought that to their attention and they only apologized. Its unfortunate and I didnt want to be a Karen and ask for a refund but they didnt offer a discount or remedy other than an apology. Its been a week and now my gel manicure is falling apart. I called today to address the manicure but they rushed me and said they were busy and would call me back but never did. Unfortunately will not be coming back to this place. I've been to this nail salon several times, and my daughter regularly books appointments with Chloe. Unfortunately, every single visit has been the same experience, despite having a confirmed appointment, she is treated like a walk-in. She consistently waits 30-35 minutes past her scheduled time. Today was even worse, with a 40-minute wait, only to have a different staff member do her nails. It's extremely frustrating that the salon allows customers to book and confirm appointments online but does not honor those times. Appointments are supposed to mean something, and this shows a clear lack of respect for people's time. This seems to be an issue of poor management and scheduling. read more
