He is an older gentleman that runs his office with a great staff. They still do medical records the old way. So lots of paper. He still carries the the little black bag. An old tile doctor with a knowledge base and experience that we have not been able to find elsewhere. He is kind and considerate of his patients. He actually spends time listening and answering concerns. Most doctors today are in and out within 5 mins and you are left with more questions than answers. But not this doctor! He is great! He is no nonsense and will tell you like it is. When we leave his office we are truly glad we came. If you are looking for a really great doctor that cares about his patients then Dr Simble is the one! If you are looking for the type of doctors you find in the clinics around Winston Salem, that forget you the moment they leave the room, then Dr Simble would not be a good match for you. Today doctors are worried about seeing as many people as they can in order to meet the financial obligations they now face. It makes it harder for doctors to be one on one with people. Dr Semble is old fashioned. His office is not computerized and his staff are very professional and personable. Dr Semble even carries the old black bag and dresses in a starched white lab coat. He conducts his practice like he knows you. For some people this may not be what you are used to. But when you are patient suffering from arthritis, he is the doctor you need. He is straight forward and does not push meds. Like I said not everyone's best option. But I highly recommend him

There is an allergist and audiologist on staff, as well as three great doctors. We prefer Keith Meetze, only b/c I worked w/him the most at my old job. Keith is pretty middle of the road w/his approach, Tom Warren is more aggressive and educational and Herb Wettrich seems to be the most laid back. All are exceptional at what they do w/Dr. Warren (in my opinion) being the most receptive to little ones, probably b/c he currently has little ones of his own. The audiologist is adequate; though not warm & fuzzy, she gets the job done. The allergist is personable and thorough. The support staff is very warm and friendly, professional and capable. 4.5 STARS (the audiologist kept me from a full five stars. She's good but not the best person to work around kids.)
