Numerous other landscape companies declined to bid the job as it was to complex. Dan and his team created a masterpiece that exceeded our expectations. We gave Dan the direction and he created a design that embraced large natural boulders, fabricated natural stone steps, and our selection of patio surface material. These people are true craftsmen and it is worth the wait to get to your home. They are not the best at communication and responding but I believe they are among the best landscape craftsmen in the area. For one, the general manager fired a special needs employee who gave years of their life to the company just because they had a personal disagreement. Not because he wasn't good at his job, he seemed to be the most knowledgeable helpful worker there. Not only that but the managers live with her? How is that not inappropriate? Promoting people when they'll live with you seems like a huge major conflict of interest that will fold out poorly. Karma will come for this company, will probably go bankrupt if they continue to run their stores this way. Not only that but Julie the store manager is incredibly fake and not slick about it. I've seen her help other customers and proceed to talk smack about them when they're not so close to her. Really??? So you find it odd that a customer would replace the cheap pot and place the plant in a nicer one and just hold onto the garbage pot it came in. He was not going to let it go, so I said" fine, but ll be documenting this lack of customer service online. At that point, he said I could exchange it. I went to look and got some other kind of plant. The cashier then said to said manager " shouldn't she have to get the same kind of plant? " I was totally taken aback by the rudeness of the employees there. He ultimately allowed me to get the plant I selected. It will be a long time if ever , before I them give them any business.
