I won't be coming back anymore after all the things I've heard and seen while in the store. For one, the general manager fired a special needs employee who gave years of their life to the company just because they had a personal disagreement. Not because he wasn't good at his job, he seemed to be the most knowledgeable helpful worker there. Not only that but the managers live with her? How is that not inappropriate? Promoting people when they'll live with you seems like a huge major conflict of interest that will fold out poorly. Karma will come for this company, will probably go bankrupt if they continue to run their stores this way. Not only that but Julie the store manager is incredibly fake and not slick about it. I've seen her help other customers and proceed to talk smack about them when they're not so close to her. Other people have ears and eyes, hopefully people can start looking closer at this and how awfully lazy the world has come to, people should earn their jobs and be good at them. Not just hire & promote any meth head you find off the street.

My husband called them and they told him that they had a couple people not show up. I understand that these things happen and it would not have been a big deal if they had called us and communicated that. On top of that, when my husband called they told him that they wanted to come back out to look at the property because they thought the estimate was too low. Not my problem if your employee did our estimate incorrectly. I no longer trust Preston's. We cancelled our tree removal.
