I lived here for 3 months now. I signed a 6 month contract. For the last 50 days I am having…read moretrouble with my roof. The stinky brown colored liquid leaks into the walls of the house. It has been repaired 4 times now. The roof is currently being repaired for the 5th time. Everytime it is repaired there is a cut made in the walls about the size of 2ftX2ft. It is left open for 2-4 days. The spiders and other bugs including the stink bugs come and feast on us. We also were keeping the doors open to dilute the stink which causes security problems and problem with mosquitoes. The carpet stinks because of the seepage. The sanpaper treatment on the walls before painting has plugged our respiratory system and sinuses. The fans to dry the walls run 24 x 7 for about a week each time making loud noises that makes him difficult to talk among ourselves. I am living there with my pregnant wife who is exected to deliver anytime. We are disturbed of our privacy and rest due to the repairs. I cleaned the house for 4 times and paid out of pocket. They are again making a mess of the house. The owner is not willing to give my security deposit when I plead to move out. I am forced to live in the stinking house for another 3 months.

Had to purchase a door jam after management let themselves in numerous times between 11pm and 12am. That individual was let go / quit after I raised serious concerns and it became confrontational when they were in my home while I was asleep and confronting my minor children/ them barging in at those hours terrifying my children. Maintenance has been CREEPY. Accidentally locked myself out and the maintenance man approached my one daughter saying "where's your daddy at" knowing we're just a house of women. It was scary and then of course that was the man they selected to fix my dryer and he watched my daughter to the point I asked her to stay in her room until he left. It was so uncomfortable. Other maintenance man can't fix anything and then just speaks hatefully the entire time and makes me feel horrible for asking them to fix the same toilet that's been broken for 3 years but they "fixed" it 6 times (5 documented one was before they obtained an online portal). There's always yellow jackets in the lavender bushes coming in that have stung my son twice and one of my guests. They leave furniture and what not outside for all to see but if you don't breakdown your trash and boxes it's a $200 fine. Inside building always smells like smoke and makes our apartment stink but they just say hey stop or you guessed it $200 fine but nobody stops so my children and I suffer through the winter months with the smell and I have hypersensitivity so it makes mornings excruciating with nausea. My floor also had damage from the HVAC due to the property management company never checking filters so during summer of 2023, I came home to find my floor completely soaked and damaged all the way to the subfloor. It took them from 08/21/2023 until 04/02/2024 to make those repairs. When they made those repairs they gave me no notice or warning, they came inside my apartment and removed/ moved touched and who knows what else with my belongings because I came home to it have being completed and finished and found my things where they didn't belong. I've had to buy my own air filters since then because they still don't care to put one in place and it's the weirdest size of course. Management is horrible. Neighbors are pretty good just wish they wouldn't smoke inside. For the price you pay here it's not worth it. Rent was $925 then they gave a 2 week notice it was going up to $1310 now it's $1400+ I would never recommend it.

Interior renovations were completed by maintenance staff and are not professional in appearance. The property manager responds but deflects concerns. I give a 2 because it is in a good location, the grounds are maintained, and the building common areas are kept clean. There are cameras but they offer no real security.
