There seamed to be great confusion as to why my tires were not here. They stated that online inventory is often incorrect, which I honestly don't believe. So they tell me they are in a truck making deliveries and will be in soon. My appointment was for 1pm. its currently 4pm and I'm still waiting on the delivery truck that may or may not show. While waiting the front desk phone rings incessantly without anyone ever answering it. I took my vehicle to take 5 in Phenix City Al today for an oil and filter change. The teck told me…read morethey didn't have the filter for my vehicle. He told me I could go to an auto parts store and get 1 and they would discount the oil change. I went to O'reily and got the filter then went back. Gave the tech the filter and they changed the oil and filter. When they gave me the bill it was for the full amount, I reminded him I went and the filter. He went and got the manager, I paid $20.84 for the filter, he discounted the bill $10. I said that the tech ask me to go get 1 and he said he was paying what they charged for the filter.
