They installed the motor with all the controls, a Garmin Chart Plotter, my center board and painted the bottom. Before the installation I had water in my bulges every time I used the boat. Not a lot but enough that I had to clean it out each time. After the installation I noticed that the bulges are bone dry! This was an added bonus to the expert installation. Where ever the water was coming in they found it and eliminated it in the installation. I highly recommend Tuckerton Marine. Their prices are very good and the workmanship is outstanding. All you NJ Sea Hunt owners, beware!!! NJ Outboards is the…read moreworst. They had my boat for warranty issues, had no choice to bring it to them or haul it to LI or MD. The weekend prior to them picking it up, the motor went. Yes, a 2024 Yamaha f200 with 60 hrs on it went. It was filled with water. Anyway long story short, they had my boat for over a month, didn't take care of the issues that they were initially there for. And the motor took well over the 8hrs Craig Estelle, the service manager claimed it would take. it actually took over 10 days. When I get the boat back, it's all messed up. They destroyed 5 panels of sea deck, didn't do repairs, and my motor trim isn't working properly, or the gauge. To top it off Paul Gioe, the owner, blocks my emails. I sent all the managers an email demanding the repairs to be made. And Paul calls me and tells me " We are not working on your boat. You are no longer allowed to bring your boat here. We are not dealing with a Philadelphia wise guy." He also claimed the boat looked like that when they got it. And he has pictures. But he would not send me them. "I don't need to prove you anything." This is how they react when they mistreat customers property, and the customer wants it made right. Such a circus act over there. Just be careful. Yes this is my second review on the place, but I didn't take my own advice and go to Long Island or MD.

Run, don't walk from this place. I placed an order for a new boat at the Edison Boat Show. The boat I was interested in was discounted for the show. No MSRP was listed on the boat, as was done by the other dealers. Mark Hattman told me that the MSRP was $80,000 above the discounted price. When I got home and did my own calculations, I realized that Mark had lied to me. He no doubt did this, so that when I saw other boats, I would think I was getting a great deal. After arguing for 5 days, I finally was refunded my deposit. But I really wanted the Regal. So, I placed an order for an incoming boat. Again, I should have walked away when I saw the rider to the contract. The boat was finished and left the factory the same day. It arrived at Sheltered Cove Marina the next day. I received a text from Mark, that the boat had arrived, but that they would not prep the boat until payment was made in full. Full payment was made the following day via wire transfer. I also received texts from the salesperson asking me when I wanted to come in for him to show and explain the boat to me. I was scheduling with him for the following weekend or the second weekend. That is when I received a text from another employee, telling me the boat would not be ready for five weeks after full payment was made, which by this time was two weeks ago. This was after Memorial Day weekend. Since they had my money, there was no rush for them to get my boat in the water. Their pre-delivery inspection missed that the flag pole was missing and that the ski tow pylon was missing. First they tried to claim that they were in storage on the boat. Then they realized that they had not been included, and I finally received them from Regal. They expect me to install both items, something that they should have done. The table base, for my Magma grill, was in the contract. They placed a generic piece without a pedestal to connect my grill, improperly using pan head screws instead of oval head screws which is what was called for. I argued with Mark Hattman and finally he would get the $149 piece if I brought the boat back for servicing at the end of the season. I would never use them again. Plus, what was I do for this season? Upon receiving the boat, I found the Bimini top had been ripped. They would not have told me in my opinion, if I had not found it. They did in fact give me a new Bimini, which I had to place myself. What service? Lastly, Mark Hattman promised me in writing that I would get the extended warranty included. I had it in writing. He forgot to send in the paper work, so I ended up with the basic warranty. In my opinion, the people at Sheltered Cove, especially Mark Hattman, just wanted my money, baited me into making full payment to get my boat, and then ghosted me. Read the other reviews, my situation is very similar to the other complaints. S.K.

I inquired about overnight visitors and the cost at the time of signing the contract. When I went in to the office Saturday morning, I was told there was 1 slip anvailable "C17" for my friend's boat. I was very clear it was a center consel 34ft Scout twin engines. When he got there he asked where to go and fill out the necessary paperwork. The dock manager"Mike" started screaming at him to leave it was a private marina and there was no dock spaces available for a boat that size. He told my friend no one inquired that morning about any space. That was a lie. The office manager told me that the boat was bigger than I said! No it was 34ft. Just like I said. I guess if you don't have years in the marina .. outsiders and their friends are treated poorly! Mike and Susan you are truly miserable nasty people!
